Yesterday I visited this cinema with my two children, and unfortunately my overall experience was very disappointing. This review is not about one single person, but about the general staff behaviour, systems, and overall operation.
From ticket purchase to concessions, the process was slow, disorganised and inefficient. The systems they use clearly felt outdated. The staff often seemed inexperienced, untrained, unfriendly, and indifferent rather than helpful. There was no sign of proactive customer care.
Even basic interactions became unduly stressful, and I felt uncomfortable explaining things in front of my children due to the negative atmosphere. I did not see any understanding or willingness to assist, and I left dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I would not return.
