Lovely hotel with an unbeatable location in Houhai! 潘兀元 was very helpful, friendly, and professional while showing us to our room, and we loved the complementary beverages and snacks that were included with our stay.Only note I have is the cleanliness of the room carpeting (seemed like it needed a cleaning) and the subtly musty room smell (believe it’s likely due to age of the building). But these aspects were minor and would not prevent us from staying at Blosssom House again. I recommend staying here, especially if you want to explore the old hutongs and Houhai area!

Had an amazing stay here. Very nice location and friendly staff. Very cozy common areas and a great place to wind down after exploring Beijing. The breakfast was made to order and had a good variety of options. A nice bonus that the minibar restocks for free every day.

I guess the minus thing for this hotel is simply the location; it’s far from the closest subway plus it’s on a small tiny road that can fit only one way cars.As for the hotel; the staff were great and very helpful in all of our questions; top notch for their service!

The room was spacious and clean. The big sofa was comfortable to rest on after a day of walking. The complimentary mini bar was a generous gesture as it was always supplied with adequate drinking water and snacks. The front desk service was excellent too! The hotel is situated at the Houhai and Shichahai mrt station is about 20 mins slow walk away. The hotel is best suitable for active personnel who like walking and strolling along the lake after heavy dinner. A small suggestion to the hotel to have lights at the back gate.Overall, we enjoyed our 4 nights stay and would recommend to couples. Thank you for the great service!

Best location and service. You're in the middle of the hutongs, and can experience old Beijing by walking outside of the hotel. This location was definitely better than other hotels we've stayed at in Beijing, which might be located in more isolated high rises. The service at the hotel was also excellent. We loved the complimentary Old Beijing Yogurt and tanghulu made fresh by the staff. The room was modern and cool, but a little too dark for us. In the future, we'd opt for a room with a little more privacy (our windows opened out to the main courtyard). Definitely would recommend this hotel and stay again!

Our stay at Blossom House is great and unforgettable, in room mini bar is free and will re-load everyday. But the room carpet seems not vacuum cleaner. Over all we have a pleasant stay Thank you to Ida Xi also Xiao Xu and Xiao Zheng 堂小徐 receptionists they are very helpful and patience. Unforgettable memories!! Will comeback to Blossom House next time.
