Every time I walk into this store everyone is super nice and it is so appreciated. We brought our little 2 yo in with us this time and the employees were so sweet with her playing & helping us while we shopped. Raquel is very friendly & helpful. Love the genuine conversation and kindness from all of the employees. Can't say enough good things about this location. Keep being rockstars :)

I was greeted when I walked in and the employees were very kind. I needed to exchange some gifted items for different sizes. Sebastian helped do the return and set me up to order the sizes I needed- which was very easy.

I have visited this store location many times and every time I have had an incredibly pleasant experience. The staff is always so helpful, outgoing, and very knowledgable. The store is organized in such a way that makes shopping there enjoyable, and it is always so pristinely clean! Honestly love this vuori location, and find myself in there way too often!

I love the quality of the clothing at this place!!!! The fit is great and feels yummy. Now I a new go to for athleisure and athletic!

The Austin location is so nice. The staff helped me order clothes that were no in my size. They checked the back and were very accommodating. They were so cheerful and helpful. I will be back!!

Great store! Returned an online gift and exchanged for another item which they had in stock in my size. Staff was super helpful. Happy with my new gear!

The clothing is nice but you are better off ordering online. In-store staff is flat out rude and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time. I felt attacked by the man working there when asking simple questions. He should be fired.

The customer service here is awful. They never have stock. You can’t exchange for anything online. They refuse to help you, and they’re flat out rude. The man we worked with blamed their systems for the issues and refused to help us. Never coming back.

Just found out they opened this location (2 years ago.. I need to get with it) and was super excited as I love the brand. I personally think this is one of the better quality athleisure brands - they have everything from yoga pants, to joggers that are SO SOFT, tops, bras you name it. Given the quality, it is up there in price with competitors like lululemon and alo however being a tall girl I love that I don't need to order longs in Vuori as they come pretty long which is super nice. I'm 6' for reference and the regulars fit me! Only thing I'd say is that I came in on a weekend morning and there weren't many people in there and I felt a little overwhelmed by the number of employees checking in. I think 3 talked to me and asked if I was good or what I was looking for in the span of 10 min which seemed a bit much.

So glad Vuori opened nearby! I've been a fan of Vuori for a while and had a wonderful experience in store when I was looking for items I saw online. They didn't have the particular item I was eyeing but the team gave me recommendations on a similar item that I ended up purchasing. I would put Vuori under athleisure wear and if you're new to the brand, HIGHLY recommend their performance joggers - buttery soft material perfect for lounging or running errands. Their price point and quality are on par with Lululemon. Overall, the team's friendly assistance and excellent service will have me coming back!

I was visiting Austin for a conference and wanted to check out Vuori. I was assisted by Michael, who was so attentive and got me some clothes to try on in my correct size! The clothes themselves are versatile, ultra-cozy, and flattering, and it was hard to whittle the number of items down! A+ service and attention, gorgeous store. I will be shopping Vuori in the future after this visit.
