I had an AMAZING experience at this store! Kat helped me and she was awesome. I had never shopped her before, only heard rave reviews. I was so overwhelmed when I got in the store and had no idea where to start, Kat helped me out and I ended up leaving with 2 sets and a zip up!! Truly the best, I will be back here for sure!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Vuori today! The store has an incredible vibe, with a great selection of products and plenty of sizes to choose from. The girls working the floor, Conner and Sami, were amazing—they both went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and even helped my mom, who was shopping with me, find something she loved as well. Their personalized attention made our shopping experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Vuori if you’re looking for quality clothing and outstanding customer service.

Arrived at 6:40 (store closes at 7) and the store was already closed. It was closed because they had a yoga class. Really confusing.

Nice addition to 12th South for shopping. The store was much smaller than I envisioned with minimal merchandise. Good number of Sales associates in the store, felt like 10+. Prices are comparable to lulu. Most parking surrounding is paid to park, they may have three spots out front designated for the store at no cost.

THE BEST CLOTHES EVER and the team and staff at the Nashville location in 12th south is beyond welcoming, helpful and kind. I've been to the store 2 times and both times I left with over $700 in merchandise that I literally wear EVERY DAY. I've found my favorite go to spot for everyday and athletic wear. I'm also so impressed with the Vuori products and sustainability efforts the organization inspires. As someone who not only loves to wear stylish, comfortable, easily maintained clothing items...but who also values the environmental impact business make...Vuori you are doing things BETTER than most! Great work and I'll keep coming back. Luckily the Vuori products stay looking and feeling great for years if cared for properly. As a San Diego native living in nashville I was so excited to see a vuori opening here! The store is beautiful and well laid out as well very clean and organized. The manager May is incredible and so helpful and kind!

I was astonished by the quality and knowledge of the manager (Mae I think) and Kate-Lynn, the two people who assisted me in my purchases last week. I am not sure who Jenna, the previous reviewer talked to or who helped her but our (mine and my wife's) experience was just the opposite of what she experienced. Sounds like "sour-grapes to me" but I was not there. We will be customers of the Nashville store as long as we are here. I would hope other reviewers would not be condescending - and use a spell check!

As someone who use to work for a huge athletic apparel corporation I would except all employees to understand the fabric and purpose for their products. I went in today looking for a pair of leggings for indoor cycling (cardio) and the gal helping me verbally said, she did not know very much about the leggings or anything about product online. If someone is going to pay a premium price for any clothing, I'd hope the employee could tell me what I can and should not do in them. For example, if you cycle in a pair of Lululemon align pants, the fabric will change and soften because they're not designed for sweat or high-impact workouts. I left this story very frustrated, I understand if someone can't answer something but not being able to provide any information on what you're selling is a bad representation on the companies training. Try another store if you're looking for product information.
