This is the second time I shopped at this location, and the customer service was always very good. But I went in yesterday and had an exceptional experience with one of their associates, Loren. I came into the store kind of knowing what I wanted, She was on a task but she dropped it asked me if I needed help and proceeded to help me. She gave me undivided attention, showed me some other styles, and helped me find what I was looking for. She was absolutely professional, courteous and kind. This is the type of experience you expect from a high-end retailer like this. Thanks so much Loren! I will be back for more!

Besides a beautiful location, this Vuori has something that’s even more worth it- great employees and amazing customer service. I had an issue with a purchase that was handled immediately with so much kindness by Kelly and Erin- So eternally grateful! They were so understanding. The clothes are amazing on their own.. but this experience just made me a forever customer. :)

Store was impeccable, service was excellent… attentive, professional and friendly. The line of athleisure and active wear is stunning and comprehensive. This is a one stop shop. It has even some great accessories and everyday items like mugs, water bottles, pouches and bags. The fitting rooms were large and the space was very inviting! Bought a few items which I LOVE! The quality is hard to beat.

Called Vouri at Kierland and a guy answered the phone with just Hello. I had to ask if I called the correct place. After confirming it was I had asked if he had some shorts I was looking for. He told me no, but my husband went to the store anyways and guess what they had the shorts in stock! I guess that guy didn’t want to make a sale or just hates his job.

Bought something in Kierland Arizona. Kid insisted on my email address so that it would be "easier to exchange things". Assured me that I would never get a marketing email from Vuori. Got one two days later. Will never shop there again. I don't care how good your stuff is, if you're not going to be honest with me I'm not going to give you my money.

I don't recommend shopping online at this store. The product is nice. However, be warned if you do a order online and then it'll may be canceled, Due to lack of availability of the product, the online product is not accurate. But rather than not receiving just one item, they cancel your entire order. Don't plan on this establishment for birthday gifts or anything that you need to rely on.

Great experience shopping here. Staff was attentive and helpful in finding sizes. A months after my wife bought sweat pants from there she ripped them. The cashier immediately exchanged for the same sweat pants. Great example of flawless customer service. The products are of high quality and very comfortable.

Such a wonderful shopping experience at this store due to it's incredible customer service from Skylar! She was very attentive, professional, and helped me pick through all the amazing clothing this store has to offer to find the right item I was looking for. Very thankful for her help and will be back to shop here again ASAP!

I don't often time leave reviews for mall stores but the service we experienced at this Vuori was exceptional. I just wanted to give a shoutout to Angela for providing excellent customer service. She was personable, helpful, and just overall friendly. She helped us find clothes and wasn't busy or bothered as we asked a lot of questions and took some time shopping. She made our experience A+ and it was worth coming back here to acknowledge that as rarely do I really get that kind of hands on helpfulness in a more mall or big brand store like these. I can also second that most of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful for the most part. There were two other staff that I interacted with that were just as nice. Maybe not as helpful when I had questions but again I think it was busy and they did their best. Angela set the bar high. This store is clean and spacious which made for a good shopping experience. I love the quality of the clothing and the styles are pretty cute. I'm not fancy enough to really shop here for myself but when it comes to gifts for some of my fancy pants friends and family, this spot was definitely great and I'm happy I stopped in.

I recommend just ordering online; if you don't look like you "fit in" in Scottsdale good luck getting any assistance. The people working there will look at you odd the whole time and not speak to you until you've already bought something while very clearly assisting others with a bright attitude. If you have to go in, know your size and what you want so you can get right back out again. Two stars since I do love their clothes and that's about it.

Very friendly and helpful staff! There is not a lot of depth in color variety but it's awesome to have a store to try things on.

Let's talk about the closet full Of Vuori clothes that I won't be wearing anymore. Received a bday gift and the store won't even do an exchange for the right product because we don't have the receipt. Last I checked you don't include receipts with your bday gifts. $128 pants and they can't even figure out their business practices for exchanges. Don't buy anything here, ESPECIALLY GIFTS. You're stuck with whatever you get, read the rest of the reviews on this location and you'll see what kind of business practices they have in place. Very sad considering I like their products, but lots of options to give my hard earned money to now besides them. This locations is the WORST. Now I'll be filing my BBB complaint as well. You've been warned.

I have never been to this store, but the moment you walk in there is a service rep ready to assist you with your needs. Immediately the Vuori rep helped me select a few workout pieces. From walking in to walking out, I was very impressed! I love Vuori clothing and will continue to be a fan of this brand.

Love Vuori clothing since I discovered it at REI! Went to their store in Manhattan Beach and got a couple of items. Then one was opened in Scottsdale and I knew I was in heaven. I have so many performance joggers, almost one in every color. The material is made from recycled materials and it is so soft and cuddly to the skin! I have so many Vuori clothes including hats! Upon entering the store, sales people are super friendly and helpful. I know I never leave the store empty handed! The clothing line is pricey but so worth it! Vuori is highly recommended!!!

None of the workers know what is up from down. The male checker was so rude. It's like they are so confused to be there. If they aren't completely brain dead, they are ruder than sin. Bad bad vibes. And they never carry anything larger than a Medium, I'm lucking to find a Large in anything in there.

A 20 year old female salesperson yelled at me to get out of the way while I was waiting at the checkout line, I left the pants in the counter and walked away not buying them. Not going back to that store with such rude salespeople.

There were crowds of people in this storefront. I was unfamiliar with the store name so naturally my interest was piqued. It turns out they sell high end leisure wear. Being a tactile person I touched the sweats and found them to have the softest fabric ever. Free street and lot parking outside. Valet parking is also available.

Great selection! Frantically I was searching for shorts that just dropped. They were sold out online, and luckily this store saved me! Great selection of sizes and colors! P.S. - this was one of the coolest store grand opening parties to have attended!

Pet Peeve - If you say you're going to be open until a certain time, then BE OPEN! My brother and I ran (literally) to Vuori to quickly buy a pair of pants for him to wear for a pickleball tournament the next morning. We wanted to pop in, buy them and that's it. Regardless, we got there at 856pm (at the time, their hours were until 9p. I notice they just changed them to 8p). We arrived at 856pm and the door was locked! There were still customers inside. The sales associate gave me the 'we're closed pantomime' through the window from across the store. I motioned her over to talk to me through the door. I said - You're supposed to be open until 9p, we just want to quickly buy a pair of pants. - She said, sorry, the cash registers are shut down and we're closed! - (Not sure how the customers inside were going to pay if they wanted something... maybe she would just tell them to come back tomorrow to pay?) Bottomline - If you want to GO HOME at 9pm on the dot, then adjust your closing time accordingly. But if you're open, then be open! I can't believe that the manager of the store, whose income is probably partially dependent on how well the store does, is perfectly ok with turning away sales so that the employees can get to their after-hours activities! Very disappointed and won't buy anything there, even if they decide to be open.

I'd give this place zero stars if that was a possibility. My wife purchased some things from here as a Father's Day gift. I went in a week later to exchange a pair of shorts. Walked up to the register with the ones I wanted and told the gentleman behind the counter I'd like to make an exchange. He asked for my email, then rattled off a card number. I said I guess that's it, but I wanted to exchange the shorts. He scans some things and then tells me I have to pay for the shorts because they don't do exchanges. I asked for the original shorts back in that case, he said they already refunded the card used to purchase the shorts and that they can't do anything. Thanks for ruining my Father's Day gift Vuori. I will never shop at your store again.

Apparently I can't leave a review for the new Vuori in the Scottsdale Fashion square mall but I went there a few days ago (it's only been open a week) and Cameron went above and beyond for me and I am LOVING my new Vuori clothes!!! Thanks Cameron for being the best!

I have always loved this brand; the quality and comfort, but feel compelled to write a review after manager Rachel went above in beyond when I had a lost item in her store. The customer service she provided was really superb!

Clothing quality is okay and not as great as alo, lulu or even sweaty Betty. The staff however, are the worst but practices discrimination at its finest. I purchased a men's sweater that was smaller since the women's version did not have the color I wanted but similar styles and they said .. we cannot apply your discount because it's a men's jacket without considering that's it's 2023 when all clothing is INCLUSIVE. Very disappointed that a company that originated in CALIFORNIA does not train their employees on how to handle situations like this. Second, we asked another employee if the discounts apply to the sale items and he responded .. ummm no if we applied the discount that would be STEALING.. ... what the? saying it very loud and obvious . Poor choice of words. I hope everyone chooses wisely before shopping here when there are a lot of choices to buy "athleisure wear"around the area. I hope corporate reads this and asses the situation carefully on how their employees can potentially run this company to the ground. Not sure if they discriminated according to my gender or my color?

I love Vuori clothing, but oh my goodness, this store needs to train its people on how to operate with Customer Service. No one made ANY acknowledgement of me in the fitting room. I had to ask for an additional size and it was met with a look of annoyance. There were PLENTY of people working, so they were not short-staffed. Any other high-end fitness store I visit has incredible service. It is unacceptable to operate this way when a sweatshirt costs $100+. I've gotten better service at Target.

First let me say the clothes are fantastic but the customer service was lacking to say the least. Would have bought more than I did but was completely turned off by the staff.

Vuori has a modern type of yoga clothing similar to Lululemon and Alo. Their price point is lower but the quality is still there. It has its own type of texture. As for the location it is in the Scottsdale Quarter where you have to park in the parking garage.

I absolutely love this brand and always have, but what is driving me to write today is the incredible customer service. I was helped by a wonderful gentleman named Tyler. He assisted me in finding gifts for my whole family and consistently held conversation. This experience made me a lifetime supporter of this brand.

Called numerous times to verify stock of an item, they never answer. Visited store in person and they had very limited inventory. Waste of time and not a very helpful staff.

I love Vuori clothing, for myself and my son. I know some of the reviews are pretty bad with the customer service there, but I have not experienced this so far, and trust me, I'd leave a bad review if I did. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny IMO. Now I see they are opening up a larger store... can't wait to see it!

It was a pleasure shopping at this branch of one of my favorite "athleisure" clothing stores. Located in the beautiful Kierland Commons, this store is spacious, bright, and airy. The clothing is well-organized and displayed very nicely. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. I was pleased to find all of the items I wanted in both the sizes and colors that I wanted. I will most definitely shop here again when I am in town.

YES! I finally made it into my first Vuori store. We usually have purchased the brand in other department stores. The store is beautiful, and I am excited for them to move to a bigger location. The team was beyond helpful! I ended up spending way too much and returning later that day for more. The quality is just top tier. This is a store I will be back to and recommend to anyone wanting to give the brand a try. It's worth every penny.

The comfort of Vuori clothing is second to none. I have shopped in various Vuori stores in California and the Scottsdale AZ pop-up store and can attest to the superb quality and comfort of the Vuori merchandise. I highly recommend Vuori clothing.

I found a pair of pants on vuori's website that were heavily discounted on sale. I purchased them. Later they canceled my order and I was told they didn't actually have the item in stock but that I could purchase a similar item at a more expensive retail price (bait and switch). Fast forward 4 weeks I found the same pair of pants heavily discounted on sale so I purchased and again... notified my order was canceled and I could purchase a similar pair at the retail price. Spoke to a manager and they were unwilling to honor the price they advertised online. This is a classic bait and switch and it happened twice. This is not only a bad customer experience, but it is an illegal retail sales practice. Buyer beware

Horrible service! I bought a pair of shorts and pants yesterday and the size differed from a previous pair of joggers I bought a couple weeks earlier. I asked my gf to go in and exchange them for a larger size as she works close by. They only refunded the shorts and pants and wouldn't exchange them. Wouldn't give her a reason and made her feel like a criminal like she just stole them or something. They refunded my card but It could have been an easy swap out. Guess what!? I have more items that I was going to keep which are now going back tomorrow!

Bought some shorts here and some sweatpants. The fabric is very soft but started piling after just 2 wears casual use not athletic.
