Amazing hotel with stunning view of Amman. Everything about this hotel was amazing and every single detail was taken care off. even the elevators carpets change throughout the day with its nice greeting (good morning, good afternoon and good evening). The food was amazing. Special thanks to the lady in the restaurant Punrami (I hope I spelled it correctly). She is very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming next time with the family. I came recently during a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend it.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at the W Hotel in Amman. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was truly exceptional. The service was absolutely WOW — every single staff member was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was beyond impressive. We stayed for just one night, but the experience felt like a true escape. The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the energy — everything was perfect. Perfect is truly an understatement. I was there on a business trip, and the staff made everything so much easier. Whether at the reception or in the restaurant, they were polite, cheerful, and incredibly helpful, especially Mina❤️which really helped take the stress out of my stay. The view of Amman from the room was simply breathtaking. The open buffet offered a wide variety of options, including plenty of healthy choices for anyone on a diet. Without a second thought, I would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Amman

Staff were super friendly and helpful—from check-in to housekeeping, everything was seamless. The rooftop pool is a highlight, and the cocktails at Aura were top-notch. It’s definitely a trendy spot with an international vibe, perfect for both business and leisure. Highly recommend!

As a solo traveller the hotel made me feel very welcome and safe. There is a mall across the street within walking distance. The shower in the room is one of the best I've experienced. All staff were friendly especially Pinkink who looked after me so well and was a joy to be greeted by. Thank you for a great stay.

I recently stayed at the W Amman and had a fantastic experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. Soheib at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming—he went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary extra bed and breakfast for myself and my two friends, which was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Osama, one of the waiters, who prepared a complimentary mocktail for me—such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The only aspect of the room I didn’t love was the bathroom layout. The shower, toilet, and sinks were all separated in a way that didn’t offer much privacy, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, I would absolutely stay here again—just in a room with a more traditional bathroom setup. The service and atmosphere truly made this a memorable stay!

I was there last month and my stay was extremely luxurious, everything was nice and perfect from the entrance team to the reception, especially Yazan and his team, they were professional and full of luxury. The breakfast restaurants were very nice, starting from the buffet to the smiley team there, especially theb who is always smiling. The room service food was totally delicious and meets the luxury place, especially Nashaat who takes orders, always takes care of my orders, and he always looks full of energy and helpful. Every time I come to Jordan, I will stay at W Amman.
