Absolutely mind-blowing — exceptional service and generosity.From the moment I arrived at Armand Jordan, I was impressed. I checked in quite late, around 11 p.m., but the team was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. I had requested an upgrade and specifically a penthouse suite with a bathtub by the window — a fairly big ask — and they not only fulfilled it but upgraded me from a $2,000 room for three nights to a $6,000 suite. I honestly could not fault them in any way.The staff were supportive, attentive, and went out of their way to make everything seamless. Breakfast wasn’t originally included, but they generously added it for me at no extra cost, which was a lovely gesture.Everything about this hotel — the service, the attention to detail, the experience — was exceptional. I would return here again and again without hesitation.

Our stay at W Amman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We stayed in a spacious corner-facing room with a stunning wraparound view of the city. The floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the room with natural light and gave us a real sense of space and luxury it was genuinely one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in. There was a party one evening and a little noise, but the way the hotel handled it was exemplary. The team acknowledged it immediately and more than made it up to us, which really shows how much they care about guest experience. Breakfast was outstanding a huge variety, beautifully presented, and delicious. It easily became a highlight of our mornings. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the front desk team. They went above and beyond to ensure our baby, Marlo, was comfortable and safe at all times. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel completely at ease as parents travelling with a young baby. We also used the laundry service, which was very reasonably priced and efficient a big plus when travelling with a baby. One of the most touching moments was when the hotel made a baby grow for Marlo. It was such a thoughtful, unexpected gesture and honestly meant the world to us. The front desk staff were simply absolutely amazing professional, kind, and truly exceptional. This hotel doesn’t just deliver luxury; it delivers heart.

I stayed at the W Amman as a solo traveler for two nights in January 2026. The hotel stands out as one of the tallest buildings in Amman, and from the moment you enter, the chic interior design and curated art make a strong first impression.||The check-in experience was a bit disappointing. I arrived in the late evening and waited at least 10 minutes before another staff member was able to assist me. The staff member who eventually helped me was apologetic and kindly upgraded me to a Supreme Guest Room, which I appreciated.||Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The buffet was extensive, and the service in the restaurant was attentive and genuinely warm. The staff remembered my name and checked in on me frequently.||My room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The gym was well equipped with modern machines, including treadmills and free weights. I also ordered room service during my stay; it arrived quickly and was delicious.||Overall, for a five-star hotel, the W Amman offers excellent value. Aside from the initial check-in delay, my experience was very positive, and I would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was among the most sumptuous we have ever experienced, with an outstanding selection of both local Jordanian specialties and international delicacies, beautifully presented and of exceptional quality.||The concierge team was extremely helpful, providing thoughtful, insider tips that allowed us to experience the city at its best. Above all, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff: without exception, the best we have encountered. We had an amazing stay at W Amman. The suite was super beautiful and very comfortable ,, we really loved it. Special thanks to Joanna at the reception. She was always smiling, very kind, and super helpful with us. Honestly, we see W Amman as one of the nicest and most luxurious hotels in Jordan. One of our best stays in the country and a very special experience for us.

Our experience at this hotel twice within the last 14 days has been top shelf. From the moment my family and I arrived we were treated like kings. We always felt pampered, secure, comfortable and content from all of the folks at this property. Above all, the warmth, pride and friendliness of the Jordanian staff stood out. My sincere thanks to the management and staff of this hotel, for treating us so well and for running an excellent property. As a lifetime Titanium member I am truly impressed.

Very good hotel with exceptional service in Amman. The staff are warm, welcoming, and clearly well-trained, reflecting a strong culture of hospitality. The hotel’s layout is a bit maze-like, requiring the use of different elevators, stairs, and corridors to reach various facilities, but I actually found that quite interesting. The room was spacious and clean, and they even provided an extra bed without me requesting it. The kids really enjoyed their stay, and I appreciated the professional and proactive service from the reception team to all the staff we encountered. A special thanks to Hassan Al Shayeb for guiding us smoothly through the hotel’s layout. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Al Abdali Boulevard, a great spot for a stroll, coffee, or a meal. The only downside is the heavy traffic on the highway leading to the hotel, though of course that’s beyond the hotel’s control.

Throughout my time at the hotel, I found the staff to be consistently helpful and attentive. Whether it was dining recommendations or assistance with my luggage, they were always ready to provide support with a smile. Overall, W Amman combines luxury, modern design, and outstanding service, making it the perfect choice for travelers seeking a memorable experience in Jordan.
