My wife and I were here for NYE plus some additional days. Very lovely personnel, great modern hotel, super clean, amazing service. We visited W Hotel Bali as one stop of a multi-hotel trip and were very pleased with this choice (as compared to others). Great location too, with delicious restaurants and lively bars and beach clubs close by. Not our first booking at a W hotel, never disappoints. Can highly recommend.

An incredible luxury experience with stunning views and top-notch service — just be ready for higher-than-average restaurant prices. We had a fantastic stay at W Bali! The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. We were lucky to have a room with an amazing ocean view — waking up to that was unforgettable. Later, we upgraded to a villa with a private pool, and it was absolutely outstanding. Super private, luxurious, and perfect for relaxing. The variety of food and restaurants on-site is great. Breakfast with an ocean view was especially a highlight — truly next level. The staff throughout the resort are very friendly and made us feel really welcome. Special shout-out to the Spa team — incredibly caring and professional, they really made us feel like we were in a different world. The only downside is the price point at the restaurants — it’s noticeably above average, especially compared to typical Bali pricing. Worth it for a treat, but something to keep in mind if you're budgeting. Overall, an amazing experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury and great service in Bali!

This was my first time staying at W Bali, and the experience truly blew me away. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The whole place had such a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere.||But the real highlight was the team. Darma took great care of me, as did Denta and Ella at Reception, who were all equally friendly and attentive. Their service made the whole experience feel personal. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Amazing experience this resort will wow you in every way possible. The people the food the atmosphere it has it all. I would like to highlight the management Eka went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. All of the staff here have amazing customer service they go above and beyond to ensure you feel at home and welcomed with every interaction I cannot recommend this resort enough go visit Eka and his team you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were truly amazing, from the restaurant team to the reception and housekeeping. The rooms are comfortable and offer a stunning view of the ocean, and the pool area is beautiful. We especially loved the Saturday DJ music by the pool. However, the resort is starting to show its age and could benefit from an overall refresh (including room furniture, mattresses, pillows..). To be clear, everything is clean and the housekeeping team does an excellent job, it just feels like the property could use some updates. Excellent Marriott Bonvoy elite recognition ! That said, if I return to Seminyak, I would definitely choose this resort again.

Am currently staying here in a villa (10/10 room by the way) with breakfast included. Breakfast is phenomenal. I am from Canada and have been warned about “Bali Belly” but the hotel clearly makes their drinks, food, ice etc with filtered water. We did a private yoga session on a rainy day that was fantastic. A few nights it was so cloudy that we couldn’t see the sunset BUT when it did come out, wow. Breathtaking was an understatement. We sat out by the pool (called Sun Chasers) and have had nothing short of phenomenal service there. Huge, huge, huge shoutout to one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting - PUTU who works at Sun Chasers. He has consistently, day after day gone above and beyond to ensure our experience here in Bali is nothing short of perfection. My boyfriend & I travelled over 26 hours to get here, and boy, oh boy, was it well worth it. The W Bali overall is a fantastic hotel with amazing private villas, great food & drinks, but the best part of my trip (so far) has been the people and workers. What a great group of kind, appreciative and attentive people. I couldn’t recommend this hotel and destination enough.
