W Bali - Seminyak

I stayed at this hotel over Valentine's Weekend and truly appreciated its excellent location. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a diverse selection ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to fresh Japanese sushi, catering to a variety of tastes. I also enjoyed the well-maintained pool area, which provided a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the 24-hour gym and steam room were great features, adding to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.

I highly recommend this place!!! This is my second time visit. Staff are tremendously helpful! The amenities by the beach is so awesome. Sun and beverages! Very accommodating which you can 100% feel relaxed! I remembered the food was good too. At least didn’t get food poisoning like I like a day later at the Renaissance up on the mountain. Definitely avoid that place. Both are Marriott hotel, you get much better treatment and care HERE FOR SURE! I love the staff are really friendly, educated and they get the job done and acknowledge anything guests would ask for!!

The W Hotel is very nice. The property and rooms were a good size and standard. The staff were attentive and polite. The Beach is alright but not great. The spa and gym are nice and open all the time 24/7. One minus point to mention is they allow only adults over 16 in the gym/spa to use the facilities. The food and restaurant venues are limited in choice and the taste is decent but not outstanding. The welcome and restaurant staff are highly attentive and deserve commendations. The hotel has a tremendous photo shoot option where a professional photographer can take photos to a high standard and make various montages to suit all tastes. The DREAM STUDIO BALI that operates within the hotel is well worth it to round out the memories of the stay. Thank you to our photographer Damar, videographer Gustu and our host Dewa Ayu. Good Resort. Usual Marriott loyalists as guests. Breakfast in 2 locations gets quite busy and chaotic when hotel is at high occupancy which makes the ambience less appealing … but you kind of already know what to expect because of the size of the hotel and the factory breakfast appeal. Quality was good. Service attentive. The staff all deserve a pat on the back for managing so many guests over peak holiday times. Good for first timers to Bali and has a family appeal. If looking for exclusive boutique service , this wouldn’t appeal to your taste.

Sunday Brunch - and staff at starfish bloo amazing amazing can’t recommend the resort and staff enough always going above and beyond. The Chef’s have a high standard everything is so clean - can’t beat the service and quality here. Thanks starfishbloo staff and W staff - this is my 3rd or 4 th brunch here and the levels just keep getting better and better - this is levels above anything else I have ever experienced

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel, and it was made even more special thanks to Dwi, one of the most thoughtful and attentive managers we've ever met. From the moment we arrived, Dwi went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Her care and attention truly elevated our experience and made us feel incredibly welcome.||||We stayed in a villa with a private pool, and it was absolutely stunning—spacious, luxurious, and perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the sunset views were simply breathtaking. It’s no surprise that this hotel is regarded as one of the best in Bali.||||All the staff we encountered were friendly, energetic, and genuinely kind. It’s clear that the entire team is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for their guests.||||We’re already looking forward to coming back, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. We stayed in W Seminyak for 2 days then moved to Ubuf and Nusa Dua, we regretted not staying there longer… the best experience in Bali so far.|Hotel’s location is great just in front of the ocean, rooms are very clean, and comfortable . The hotel staff are very friendly, kind and welcoming. Hotels waterfront bar are great for sunsets, the restaurants are good. Spa is also good.

They provided excellent service in the hotel. The room and the common areas were all kept clean and felt very comfortable. The breakfasth is highly recommended too. The staff really made a great job at making the stay as comfortable as possible.
