From the moment we arrived, we knew this hotel was something special. The location is ideal for exploring Bangkok, and the entire property feels exquisite, modern, and undeniably sexy.||Our room was spectacular — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were dreamy, and the bathroom was pure luxury: an oversized tub, a stunning shower, and thoughtful high-end details throughout. Every inch of the space felt intentional and indulgent.||And then there was the breakfast.||The buffet at The Kitchen Table may honestly ruin every future hotel stay for us — in the very best way. It’s not just large; it’s beautifully curated, with stations representing flavors from around the world. Every item was fresh, flavorful, and presented with care. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down, take your time, and savor every bite.||Our stay at W Bangkok wasn’t just comfortable — it was memorable. Stylish, exciting, and exceptionally executed. We can’t recommend it highly enough.||Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect hotel if you want something with WOW, the hotel itself is clean, fresh and reflects bangkoks quirky cool side. It’s conveniently located near many of the high end restaurants, roof top bars and public transport around the city. “Shadow” was very helpful around the wet deck pool assisting us with family bits when we visited. The breakfast is vast and probably one of the best we’ve had in a larger hotel. We would strongly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bangkok. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Min is the Heart of the W Lounge 💜 This is my third night at W Bangkok (I’ll be here for five nights), and honestly, I’ve spent most evenings at the W Lounge because of Min. She’s just amazing — warm, friendly, always smiling, and so genuine. From the first night, she made me feel completely at home. Her service is exceptional — always attentive, thoughtful, and natural. You can tell she really loves what she does and truly cares about every guest. She also speaks excellent English, which makes communication so easy for foreign guests like me. Every interaction feels sincere — nothing forced, just real hospitality from the heart. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but Min truly stands out. She makes the Lounge feel welcoming, personal, and full of positive energy. If there’s ever a promotion, she’s definitely the one who deserves it. And just to be clear — this review is completely personal. She never asked me to write this; I’m writing it simply because her service and kindness deserve to be recognised. This is my first time in Thailand and how lucky I am when I stay in W Hotel. The facility is all so good. A funny story is that I forgot my phone on Limosin car of the hotel while going to airport. My friends helped me to call back to hotel and seek for their help. During my waiting time at the airport, I was supported by a person from the hotel. He has helped me to coordinate with car driver and finally, I have got my phone back then gone to the flight sharply. I cannot express how much I would thank to the hotel as well as the man who gave his hand to help me. Once again, thankyou so much for excellent services delivered.

From the moment my niece and I stepped out of the taxi after a rather enduring journey from Pattaya we were treated like VIPs. This special treatment then continued for the full duration of our stay. It was an absolute delight throughout. We can't thank the staff enough - they are the most lovely people imaginable - and truly made our holiday extra special. Massive shout to Sen and DoDo would looked after us every morning for breakfast, always with a smile and great humour, and Pinny performing concierge duties with happy enthusiasm. The hotel itself is magnificent - the most comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, all of the amenities you could possibly need, oh, and a magnificent breakfast buffet - top quality all the way. Two BTS stations are very close to the hotel .. as is Arabica coffee on the 55th floor of the Empire Building, be sure to check it out. We can't wait to return - we absolutely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in BKK now .. W is Welcoming, Wonderful, Wholesome hotel perfection. Thank you .. WOW :))

We had a quick one night stay here and wished we'd had a few more nights here. Outstanding service by the staff from the lobby reception to the pool bar, every member did a great job to pamper us. The room was also magnificent with really high quality furnishings and superb comfortable bed. 5 star luxury enjoyment for sure.

We come to Bangkok often and W hotel stands out as one of the better hotels with relaxed friendly service staff, right from the doorman to the housekeeper. A special shoutout to the doormen at the front who were always friendly and who greeted guests cheerfully. ||We also particularly enjoyed our time at the breakfast lounge where Dodo took special care of us, ensuring we had a comfortable and satisfying meal every morning. I would also like to mention Ong, the executive sous chef, who saw me milling around the cheese section and personally ensured that i could find the cheese I wanted. ||The only star that was deducted was for the poor sound insulation in the room. Our room faced the main Sathorn road and we could hear the ambulances passing by despite being on the 16th floor. There were also moments where the lift could not register the key cards, though this was a much smaller problem. ||Overall, we enjoyed our time and have no problems recommending this hotel.

I seriously don't know where to begin. I guess I'll start by saying how thrilled I was, during my stay at W Bangkok! This was actually my very first-time going out the country SOLO Into another country and I seriously didn't regret my decision. This was also my first time in Bangkok, Thailand and I'll definitely be back! I had a tremendous experience at W Bangkok and I cannot honestly see myself staying anywhere else. Of course, there are other hotels but I've decided to make this my hotel. The services were beyond impeccable! The hotel itself was beyond clean and seriously well- maintained! A VERY SPECIAL RECOGNITION TO PRAPASSARA (BOOM) SWADDIPONG), who happens to be the assistant welcome manager! She helped me when I got sick from indulging in way too much good food from the Iconsiam Mall the day before. I was in so much pain. It was so bad to the point where she was kind enough to call me a cab to bring me to the nearest hospital which is literally a 15 minute walk. I didn't even realize how close it was to the hotel. When I arrived back to the hotel, she stopped me and checked on me and she even had the kitchen staff deliver some nice homemade chicken or pork soup with rice! It was soooooooooooooooo good and she also left me a get well card from her and the staff at W. Bangkok. I greatly appreciated her and her entire staff. They honestly made me feel very welcomed, which is why I decided to make this my own personal hotel choice in Bangkok! So thank you once again Boom! I appreciate your time and effort on making me feel like I'm at home! My stay at W Bangkok was nothing but amazing and before I close out my review, I must acknowledge one more individual and his team from the pool area! His name is Shadow! I must say that Shadow really treated me soooooooooooooooooo good and he's another reason why I wouldn't mind staying at W Bangkok! I had to check out at 11AM but my flight wasn't until 8:30 and my ride was scheduled to pick me up at 5PM. So I ended up waiting in the pool area all that time until it was actually time to leave. In the midst of me waiting, he provided me with tons of water and I love his vibes. He's definitely a great employee to have at W Bangkok and I hope he's still there when I get back. His services were beyond unique and exquisite and I love him for that! EXCELLENT JOB SHADOW AND THANK YOU SO MUCH! I don't know the other staff members' names from the pool area but please tell them that I seriously enjoyed their services as well and the next time I come and if all you are there from the pool area, I'll be sure to leave you a much more bigger tip. All of you from the pool area took great care of me. There was also this guy from the pool area who goes by the name A. I don't know his exact name but all I remembered him telling me was that I can just call him A. I actually left him his own review and he was so good to me as well!
