We stayed at W Bangkok to celebrate my mother’s 65th birthday, and it was a truly memorable experience.||At check-in, Bam welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. When our room wasn’t ready by 3:30pm, Nurse immediately explained the situation and kindly converted the Platinum welcome breakfast into points, while still offering breakfast to us. At the same time, Sun quickly arranged a temporary room so we could rest, and later even spoke Chinese with my mom, helped us change rooms, and took a Polaroid photo for us – small gestures that meant a lot.||Other staff also left a great impression: Faustine handled check-out smoothly and remembered my mother’s birthday (even speak Taiwanese to my mom, what a lovely surprise), Aoom from housekeeping was both professional and caring, and Pond at the pool thoughtfully packed extra peanuts because he noticed how much my mom liked them. At breakfast in The Kitchen Table, the team was always cheerful, and the coconut coffee and croissants were outstanding.||The hotel also prepared a birthday cake (taro chocolate – delicious!) and decorated the room beautifully. Even on the 30th floor, the water pressure from the shower and bathtub was strong. The hardware may not be the newest, but the staff’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this stay exceptional. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return.

The check-in process is efficient and swift. They also actively introduced the hotel facilities and nearby delicacies. When encountering problems, they patiently answered and promptly resolved our needs. The polite and meticulous service made us feel extremely warm and the experience exceeded expectations! The best hotel we had ever stay. All stuffs are so friendly special Khun Salinporn,FO Manager. Room is super beautiful and has all facilities we need. Kids love balloons provided in room. Bed is so comfy. All perfects!!! Highly recommend. Breakfast is very delicious.

Unforgettable Family Stay at W Hotel Bangkok! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We stayed at W Hotel Bangkok for two weeks with our family and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were amazing—incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and stylish. The whole hotel has a vibrant, modern vibe that really adds to the experience. We also loved the food at the hotel restaurant—great quality and reasonable prices. One small suggestion: it would be nice to have some light nibble-style dishes on the menu, but overall the food was excellent. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely recommend W Hotel Bangkok to anyone visiting the city. A perfect place for families, couples, or solo travelers!

The hotel staff are always very willing to help, especially the team by the swimming pool. They are always warm and attentive, offering towels and water with a smile. I was especially impressed when I accidentally left some of my belongings at the pool— the staff kindly kept them safe and returned them to me the next day. The highlight of my stay was meeting Dodo, an energetic and engaging young lady who truly embodies the spirit of hospitality. She connected with every guest effortlessly, making everyone feel special and seen. Her vibrant personality and genuine care made my Bangkok experience unforgettable. This room was immaculate! It was very clean and staff cleaned it daily! The floors are carpet but somehow not filthy! The water pressure in the shower was awesome and bed/pillows were really comfy! Location was perfect with a 7 eleven literally downstairs. Take a quick and cheap Grab anywhere!
