Hotel Stay Review The hotel sits perfectly between St. Louis and Chong Nonsi BTS stations, making it easily accessible—especially handy when the weather turns rainy, as Chong Nonsi provides a convenient route.|Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Guest Officer Katie, who personally escorted me to my room and acknowledged my Bonvoy membership. Her thoughtful gesture of decorating the room with festive balloons and cupcakes truly elevated my experience. She even helped take some photos, which made me feel genuinely appreciated as an elite member.|Thanks to a lighter occupancy, I was fortunate to be upgraded to a larger suite—a delightful surprise. The breakfast was another highlight, offering signature coffee blends and unique dishes that set this hotel apart from typical Marriott properties.|Its proximity to the lively Silom area brings in a stylish crowd of young, fashionable guests, amplifying the energetic ambiance. The hotel's design reflects the iconic W vibe—modern, bold, and irresistibly chic.|Lastly, don’t miss out on exploring the historic House of Sathorn and indulging in the stunning signature swimming pool. I had the best birthday experience at W Bangkok! Huge thanks to the amazing team who went above and beyond with the birthday decorations and arrangements – truly made my day special. Thanks to Ms. Emma, Club Lounge Manager!!!||||Special shoutout to *Aye from Front Desk* – super friendly and welcoming, walked us all the way to the room and explained everything clearly. Felt so at home, thanks Aye!||||During breakfast, *Dodo* was a total star! So warm, remembered me from my previous visit – absolutely adore the energy and friendliness. Thank you Dodo, you're the best!||||At the bar, *Yaya* served us with such care and enthusiasm. Super friendly, bubbly, and just made the night feel even more fun. Loved every moment!||||Had dinner at W Bangkok’s Coffee House and we were served by *Four* — she was super friendly and attentive, always checking if we were okay. The food was fantastic! Absolutely loved the tenderness of the meat and the rich, flavourful green curry. Lurrrveee it!!!||||Big thanks to the housekeeping team for cleaning up and keeping everything tidy — really appreciate the effort!||||W Bangkok, you’ve got an amazing team. Can’t wait to be back! 💜

This hotel is absolutely amazing! I’m at a loss for words to describe how incredible the service is. This is my second stay in here and it is just getting better and better. Every single staff member truly puts customers first, always going above and beyond. It’s no surprise that this is one of the top W hotels in the world! ||I want to give a huge shoutout to Nannie and Dor Dor from F&B and Katie from the Spa. I only stayed for three nights, but by the second day, Nannie already remembered our names and our drink preferences! She took such great care of us throughout breakfast, bringing a smile to our faces and even surprising us with a special French toast treat. Dor Dor was fantastic too, preparing some delicious takeaways for us. And let me tell you about Katie from the Spa—she was so thoughtful and sweet! This experience was truly unforgettable!

From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive—especially during check-in, where their warmth set the tone for the rest of my visit- was handled by Aye. The highlight of my stay was meeting Dodo, an energetic and engaging young lady who truly embodies the spirit of hospitality. She connected with every guest effortlessly, making everyone feel special and seen. Her vibrant personality and genuine care made my Bangkok experience unforgettable. If I ever return to Bangkok, Dodo will be one of the biggest reasons why. She’s a gem and a true asset to W Bangkok! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and heartwarming stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars From the moment we arrived at W Hotel Bangkok, the warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. The first impression was wonderful – the hotel’s interior design is modern, stylish, and full of character. At check-in, we were greeted by a lovely receptionist named Bem, who made us feel instantly comfortable. Her friendly attitude left a great first impression. I had emailed the hotel in advance to mention that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it special. When we entered the room, we were surprised and touched to see it beautifully decorated with balloons and a birthday cake. They even took a photo of me and my daughter to capture the moment. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The overall service throughout our stay was excellent — definitely five-star. Thank you to the amazing team at W Bangkok for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning!

W Bangkok has become one of our favourites in BKK. It's located between Chong Nonsi and St Louis Stations. Very convenient to get around. The Mahanakon Tower is just around the corner. ||The room was spacious, bed and everything on it were super comfortable and luxurious, very clean and extremely quiet. Restful nights, too. Upon checking in, although w/a little hiccup, everything else for the next 2 nights were beyond pleasant .||Breakfast was extensive, fresh and delicious. Wait-staff at restaurant were very attentive (especially Ms Aoy, and Dodo, goes all out to serve our needs. Couldn't ask for more. Every staff in the hotel fr Concierge to reception, to housekeeping and everyone else were very kind, helpful, polite and professional yet friendly. And most hospitable.|||Thank you again for making our stay, although short but a memorable one. Would love to go back there 💓

I had a short layover stay at W Bangkok and overall had a pleasant experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of local delicacies. The staff was friendly and attentive, with a special shoutout to “Mew” from the Front Desk team. She was incredibly courteous and went above and beyond by offering us a room for a quick shower since our room wasn't ready upon our early arrival. The only minor downside was that the rooms feel a bit dated, likely due to being the first-generation Marriott rooms, and could benefit from a refurbishment to match the hotel's modern vibe. Despite that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend W Bangkok for its great breakfast, location and excellent service.

I also want to give a special mention to the attentive young gentleman who spoke with me in the lounge when I arrived early and was waiting for my room… his hospitality set the tone for a very memorable stay.
