My absolute favorite hotel with rooms you don’t really want to leave! Business trips to Bellevue are my favorite when the company chooses the W for me. There is literally no other hotel in the world that would have so many supplies for it’s guests. The high end bath room amenities, the stylish shower and even a hand held steamer! The staff is also very welcoming and knowledgeable. Thanks also to my room artist, it was in an immaculate state.

I recently stayed at the W Hotel and had an amazing experience. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to different tastes. Additionally, the hotel had a trendy vibe, with modern decor and a lively atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable.||We also hosted a large business event at the hotel, and everything went off without a hitch. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, handling all the details seamlessly. Everyone was impressed with how smoothly the event ran, thanks to their excellent support.||Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the W Bellevue while on a business trip. There are a number of competitive hotels in the area but I chose the W as the brand usually has consistent quality. First off the the good parts: The location is great, it's conveniently located in downtown Bellevue near a number of corporate offices with plenty of convenient dining options connected directly to the hotel. The service and staff were also great, extremely friendly and efficient. The downside was really the room itself. It had a lot of space but the walls are paper thin and both the front entry door and the adjoining door had a huge gap at the bottom that let in all the noise. I could hear everything all of my neighbors said and did as if they were right there with me. Making matters worse when I checked in I found old food crumbs on the nightstand. Several of the pillows although visually clean had a musty stale sweat smell. Not pleasant. Update: I ended up having to stay at this location again. I was put in a high floor king room this time and had a better experience. The lower level rooms should be better and there isn't really an excuse for the noise level even if it was a cheaper room but worth noting the better rooms are more of a 4 star experience.

Excellent Hotel, great service and very friendly and helpful employees! Love the vibe of the hotel! Stylish, clean and beautiful rooms! Very silent and relaxing! Housekeeping is very calm while doing their hard job! Thanks to the whole team! Love to come back soon for my layover.

Incompetent. That’s the nicest word to use when describing the management here. I had someone bang on my door at midnight 3 times then use a key card to open my door. I was sleeping with my partner when this happened. I immediately yelled and locked the door before calling the front desk to ask what the hell was going on. The “director” calls me the next morning and doesn’t even apologize, just explains that the they need to wait until noon to figure out what happened. I had a great experience until last night. I have never had this happen to me at a hotel especially not in the middle of the night.

The moment I walked into the W Bellevue I was greeted by a huge smile from David at the front desk. He was super friendly and had great energy considering I checked in at around 9pm. He saw that I had a baby with me so he made sure the crib was being sent up to the room and ready before I got there. He also upgraded me to a suite for the evening. The suite was very spacious and the decor was fitting with the W brand which is very chic and modern. Overall a great stay. Would recommend.

Wren at the front desk was unhelpful. She acted like us asking questions was putting her out. I called for my car at 12:45pm. I got my car at 1:30pm. The valet was a mess and the “customer service” by Wren was totally non-existent. When I asked to just get my keys and direct me to my car she gave me HUGE attitude, when I asked for her name she said very snarky W R E N and spelled it out. Really WREN? Kind and helpful you are not. I am so grateful I don’t have anyone like her working for me. I would rather have a hole in a shift than someone who represents the company that poorly. Thank goodness I just had a lunch to go to and not trying to get the to airport. The W and WREN’s attitude is the absolute last place I’m staying for my next work trip. Long time Marriott member here. Whoa. Need to reassess their hires.

We stayed here for 2 nights on Friday April 18 and Saturday April 19 2025. We flew from Montreal, Canada for a quick weekend trip. Loved the central location, close to everything and downtown. Best part is being connected to so many restaurants and the large Bellevue Square mall, all shops can be accessed indoors through connecting skywalks. There is so much to do within just a few steps it can be overwhelming. There is paid valet parking ($47), otherwise free self serve parking underground on weekends. The hotel itself is super modern, slick, stylish and vibrant. The lobby area and bar transforms into a nightclub basically over night but if you are staying on the upper floors you will not hear a thing. We had some trouble checking in, as our reservation was initially booked by someone else and the staff had to keep us waiting for quite a while before we could get to our room. They offered free water bottles while we waited then we got coupons for free drinks at the bar along with a food coupon if we wanted to eat at one of the restaurants. We were on the 7th floor in room 731. It has 2 queen size beds, a large couch area you can lay on close to the window and huge bathroom with enormous glass shower. The toilet is in a separate closed room. I loved how open concept the design was, you can shower with the doors open in full view or choose to use the sliding doors for more privacy. The amenities provided were top notch luxury - there is a bottle of face wash, body lotion and bar soap at the sink. Then in the shower, you have "Davines Momo" shampoo, conditionner and shower gel. All products were new and fully restocked, you get full bottles of products, nothing half empty or previously used. There is a card in the room stating you can take a bottle home for a fee of $45 or buy these online. In terms of comfort, bedding, mattress and pillows were very comfortable and I am usually difficult in this department since I suffer from back issues. Only complaint is the light switches which work on sensors, we had a hard time figuring this out and particularly the toilet area had a sensor where the light always came on whenever we walked in. We asked the front desk about this and they even sent a mechanical guy/engineer to assist but they could not disable the sensor or change it. His suggestion, which I had already tried, was to cover the light panel with a piece of tape or paper. We tried this, but to no avail, whenever we used the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light would still turn on. This is blinding and a real disturbance. It can be hard to fall back asleep when this happens, and bothersome to other people in the room too. I am wondering if there was another sensor in the ceiling or elsewhere, we just could not disable it. If anyone is reading this working at W or Mariott, please please come up with an alternative or fix. It is a real pain to have lights going on and off when you don't want them to.

Yelp
Loved staying at the W Bellevue recently. The location is so accessible you downtown Bellevue shopping, coffee, restaurant and activity. Everything is walkable and self service or valet parking options are easy and reasonable. The staff is super friendly and rooms were nice for the four of us. The pool table, bar area, covered deck offer lounge options to relax between activities. Recommend!

Yelp
As far as upscale hotels go, the W delivers with incredible views, fabulous dining options, vibrant decor, and upbeat atmosphere. Our room for our special occasion, the Extreme WOW Suite, was frankly badass! But, the value and cost didn't align. It was abundantly clear that room service cut corners. There was a white tray in between the two bathroom sinks in the main bathroom, that holds the hair dryer and any toiletries you want, that wasn't clean. There were hair shavings and goop in the corners. Seems like a white tray would be an easy win, so it made me wonder what else wasn't clean. Naturally, my eyes went to the bathroom corners, which also had some hairs and lingering dust. There was a long black hair in the towel that hung on the shower door. And then there was the shower. The shower grout was laden with mold. A few bleach applications would have cleaned it right up, but there it was, where I was meant to feel my cleanest. There was also this mysterious coffee pod that hung out in the hallway there entire time. I called him my little espress-h-o-mie. So, all-in-all I felt a little ripped off. Bit of a bummer.

Yelp
This was my first trip to Washington and the W Bellevue first impression did not disappoint! The woman who checked us in was so friendly and accommodating. She told us she gave us a room with a beautiful room and she wasn't exaggerating- you could see the Seattle skyline in the distance! The room was clean and comfortable. The oversized shower felt luxurious and modern. I was able to use the mini fridge for my medication which was helpful. Overall a great location, close to lots of places to shop and eat. There's a nice park about a block over from the hotel. I felt very safe walking around by myself in the area.

Yelp
Came here for a Berkeley-Haas School of Business informational session and this place was great. On every floor off the elevator that I went to there was a swing chair which was very whimsical. Got to the Great Room and everything was clean, lots of clean seating and Cal sprung for hors d'oerves and an open bar and the service was impeccable. We were able to meet other potentials in a comfortable setting. They even had a coat rack at the back of the seminar room, which was a nice touch. Gonna have to stay here the next time I have business in Bellevue.

Yelp
I was there a few days ago and the front desk lady was atrocious. She was in the front she has braids I couldn't remember her name, but she was absolutely horrible and made our group so uncomfortable. She should not be anywhere near people or customer service. Please retrain her with better manners

Yelp
PLEASE READ SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS (or anyone really - it applies to all). On March 10th I was checking into the hotel around 11:25pm. By 11:35 I was texting my friend frantically about how I was undressed in my room when a man attempted to get into my room twice & while I had called the front desk, they had me on hold. That is the very short version of the events, and I'd like all to know this before I go into further details that you may want to skip out on. Again, I checked in pretty late into the night, I flew in from the east coast & I was tired. When I came in, the only person in the lobby was the concierge and a security guard, it was dead. When I was in the process of checking in there were 2 men who I assume were Guest of the hotel come and ask for directions on how to leave to street level. The concierge instructed them & they went on their way. I finished the check in process and spoke to the concierge for a few minutes, she was very friendly - I observed no one else before I left the lobby. I got in the elevator and went to my room, first thing I did was close the window blinds since I was advised there would be window cleaning through out the week. Then I started to undress to get into the shower. Already undressed I suddenly hear the unlocking sound of the door from when someone taps their card. The door goes to fling open but I had placed the latch on and that prevented this man from fully gaining access to my room. I ran to the door and pushed it back close. I'm in utter shock naked against the door and the only thing I can verbalize loudly is WTF. Then I hear it again, the tap of the card against the door and the room door unlocking. The man attempted yet again to get in and since I am already at the door I am able to shut it quicker. I stay there for a little bit to see if there is a third attempt. When I no longer hear anything, I run to cover myself up and call down to the front desk. Now the same concierge who checked me in answers the phone and the first thing she is asks is to put me on hold, I ask her to please not put me on hold because someone just tried getting into my room & she says ok but still put me on hold. This is now 11:35... all of 10 minutes since checking in. She comes back on the line a few minutes later and tells me they would investigate but it appeared to be an error from a mobile key I was given. I still don't know what that means since I was never given a mobile key. I had a physical key that was just given to my at check in. She ask for a few minutes to continue investigating & that she will call me back. As I still sat there in shock I asked myself how is it possible that in the middle of the night when there are no guest in the lobby or a rush of people checking in that they give 2 people the same room and keys back to back. My senses told me this was not a mistake and it felt very intentional. If I were already in bed or in the shower this could have gone very wrong quickly. But I had the response time needed for that not to happen. I started to gather my stuff up to leave since I no longer felt safe. The concierge calls back up and offers apologies and to move me to another room. I tell her I am just going to leave & so I left. The next morning I call Marriot and explain the event that occurred and they opened a case detailing the events & sent it over to the GM. By late morning the GM, Irina Samarina, emails me offering me a cookie cutter corporate apology. That was to be expected. But then she disrespected the whole experience and negligence in her operations by offering a very special complimentary 1night stay at her hotel. let me get this straight - I had a 4 night stay booked at the W & left in less than 30 mins due to this event BUT YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO COME BACK FOR A 1 NIGHT STAY. The stupidity and disrespect of this line is overwhelming. If I wanted any sort of freebie I would have stayed and asked for the full 4 nights to be comped, not rush out of there. Needless to say I rejected the offer. If you made it this far please reconsider staying at this W.

Vincent Z.

Yelp
Great food but the front desk employee was very rude and did not address my needs. They spoke very condescendingly and were deliberately unhelpful, and spoke with a thick accent which made it harder to understand them, while acting like I was stupid for having trouble communicating with them.

Yelp
We stayed here on NYE and loved the room, the location, and the ease of check-in and check-out. I've passed this hotel a million times in Bellevue and always wondered what it looked like inside but since I live 45 mins away why would I ever need to stay in this hotel? The husband of mine planned the perfect NYE celebration with tickets to Ascends party and a night at this hotel which was just an elevator ride away making getting to bed after the party so so easy. Check-in was fast and we got a bonus upgrade which always puts you in a good mood. Our room was amazing with a killer view of Seattle, the most incredible feature shower, great smelling toiletries, and a comfy bed. We had a mini fridge, safe, and espresso maker, just wish they had tea in the room also. This hotel is conveniently located in the mall so you can access tons of places to eat and shop. Right in the hotel they have a restaurant and lounge we didn't try but we did enjoy the cocktail bar Civility and Unrest. There was also a Safeway walking distance for anything you've forgotten and the parking in the underground lot was complimentary. Check-out was easy and accomplished online. Definitely was pleased with our stay and will return next time we're to stay overnight in Bellevue.

Yelp
What a.. last thing I was expecting is dirty underwear n socks in the laundry box. Ur famous whatever/whenever service had no one picking up after calling three times I turned to Concierge for them to send someone. Now it has been over 20minutes, no one is here, and Im just waiting. We paid for $1000 for two connecting room for the night and really it's not worth it.

Grace K.

Yelp
Called the hotel to get information on the room types and which rooms had tubs. The representative was rude and literally hung up on me after telling me that this wasn't tech support. How is that a tech related question???? They need better educated employees with customer service training.

Yelp
Service. Response time. Above and beyond. I haven't even gotten to the en-suite yet. Vinyl spinning. Beverages and snacks are stocked. Love the colors. The pictures and mural. Lots of feelings and emotion. The eastern exposure. Quiet. Feels like an uptown loft. Modern. Clean lines. Tastefully chic. It's like the vinyl was procured just for us. 10/10. Namastay!

Yelp
Hotel was hard to find, because it was situated in a shopping center. The lobby had to be access through the parking garage. Got to the hotel around 3:35pm and our room wasn't ready yet. Check in time was at 3pm. I asked when it'll be ready, the guy didn't know and said they will text me when it's ready. I have my dog with me, so we really can't go anywhere with the dog and our luggage, so we waited in the lobby. After 10 mins I went to ask for food & bev credit for not having the room ready. The lady said they don't do that, and they're just doing the final inspection of the room, but it was almost 4pm! I asked to comp my parking since it was $35/night. She said she needed to ask the manager. Came back with the manager and the manager said they don't comp parking but will upgrade us to a room that's ready. Fine, we went up to the room and room looked good, but noticed a strand of hair next to the coffee cup! Gross! There was also a piece of hair on the wall by the sink! Too tired to ask to change rooms. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. Very disappointed with the service and quality of a 4 star hotel.

Yelp
Attended a business meeting here. The hotel is very nice, super clean and modern. It is also conveniently connected to a mall with some nice restaurants nearby. They have a little library by the check in area which is cool but their unisex (and the only) bathroom by the front lobby can be confusing at first to people used to separate ones.

Yelp
Stayed for the 2nd time here and love their ambience and hotel rooms. I gave 4 stars for their amazing front desk staff. While their room and house keeping service could be a hit or miss, their front desk employees have gone above and beyond both the times i've been here.I like to give a special shoutout to David who is amazing and extremely helpful. He is very attentive and is willing to listen to the needs of their guests. W should hire replicas of David. While their room and house keeping service could be better in cleanliness and ensuring you have all necessary supplies, W is still a great place to stay.

Yelp
Beautifully designed hotel with state of the art fitness center. Across the street from CrossRoads shopping center and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, movies, Lucky Strike bowling and arcade. The lounge downstairs was busy on a Saturday night with plenty of people, dancing and enjoying the DJ and cocktails. Easy five stars.

Yelp
Recently stayed at the W Bellevue and WOW. What a spot! Check-in was quick and painless. Right off the lobby is Living Room Bar, which is a really cool spot! There's indoor seating as well as spacious and heated outdoor seating. Stayed in one of the King Suites and WOW. Blown away. The room was giant and I loved the decor. The highlight of the room for me was definitely the giant tub. Be warned though... The water takes FOREVER to cool down! The tub is insulated INSANELY well, because when I say it took over an hour before I was able to even get in, I'm not kidding! The bed was also incredibly comfy! Smart TV in the room made it easy to hook up to my our Netflix account and be able to catch up on shows after our dinner plans. The W is a gorgeous accommodation option in downtown Bellevue and I highly recommend if you're looking for a staycation opportunity.

Yelp
If you're an adult who is 31 years old and has an 18-year-old same room as you ( 19 yr old sister) they will not deliver alcohol to your room even though there's prostitutes walking through the halls & all the hallways smell like weed. No pool no balconies no views Gyms okay but there's no patio's unless your at the bar, need to be 21 to see the only view in that place. Will definitely be staying at the Westin next week when I visit instead.

Yelp
We stayed here last weekend and we were disappointed. They asked us at check in if we want our room cleaned since we're staying there for 2 nights and we said yes. Of course nobody cleaned our room. We have to call for fresh towels and bottled water at night and housekeeping came in at night to take our trash because nobody cleaned the room. And I think W Maintenance needs to check their air filter because they have poor air quality. All of us got congested and sick after staying at this hotel (we were on the 6th Floor). For the $$ amount we paid it's not worth it to stay here. I agree with the other reviewer that next time we will be staying at The Westin next door.

Yelp
I will preface this review by saying without a doubt, the W is by far the nicest hotel I've stayed at. That being said, from the moment I walking into W Hotel Bellevue, I knew I was in for quite the luxurious stay. I would describe the W as urban chic. Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, its a perfect location for fine dining and awesome nightlife within walking distance. Surrounded by upscale shops and entertainment. But as soon as you step into the W, you enter a serenity. I was lucky enough to get a room with a stunning view of Lake Washington. It was a clear day, so I could see all the way to Seattle. My room was very spacious, sleek, and smartly designed. Comfort and modern aesthetics blend together nicely for the perfect vibe. Floor to ceiling windows, a rain shower, and the most epic bed I've ever slept in. It feels like a luxury spa. While the amenities are top notch, I did not spend time in the fitness center as I was in town on business. The level of service is what truly sets W Hotel Bellevue apart from the rest. The staff is professional, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. All in all the W Hotel is the place to stay if you want to feel like a VIP. I wholeheartedly recommend the W hotel for a truly memorable experience. Im looking forward to my next visit!

Yelp
W Bellevue is essentially a cheap motel with an industrial aesthetic. The phone next to the bed didn't work, and the one on the desk faded in and out. There was no room service menu and though the woman who answered was kind enough to describe the items, the order I made at 6:45am still hadn't shown up by the time I had to leave for my first meeting at 8:15am, even with the follow up call I made at 7:45am and was reassured that the food was on its way. The shower pressure is like a slow drizzle and the towels are threadbare. No minibar in the room, no snack shop in the lobby, and a convoluted elevator system that requires two rides to get from the street to the room. There's also no sign indicating the hotel entrance and we watched as others made the same mistake we did, walking into Nordstrom thinking it was the hotel. The one advantage is the location - when you leave the hotel there's an abundance of restaurant options to select from.

Yelp
Wow this hotel... Its definitely the place you should stay at if your work is paying! Rooms are so impressively decorated, makes you want to redo your house. Hotel is connected to lots of walkways that are connect to restaurants, bakeries, or whatever else you can think of. Easy to get lost in the garage. The staff and service is very good. The bar service can use some improvement. One lady bartender spent so much time flirting with the men, service was slower than it should have been. Food is pretty excellent and drinks are a little lacking on flavor. But still, id choose this place over and over for the artsy decor. Eye candy.

Yelp
In town and needed a place to stay for the evening. Marriott has been promoting their Covid safety protocols via email, so I decided to give it a try and this has been my first hotel stay during Covid. Valet: staff wore masks Check-in: plexiglass at check-in stations Elevators: you can only board with your fellow room guests and hand sanitizer station at elevator, but if crowded, this could take a while Room: clean. They only gave 1 bottled water in the room, even though reservation was for 2 people. Also, when needing more water in the middle of the night, couldn't find glasses in the room. However, found 2 disposable plastic cups the next day, but they were hidden behind the ice bucket. Noise: party going on down the hall late at night and could hear people shouting for several hours (isn't there a pandemic?) Room service: this needs work. Had a $50 credit for food and decided to order in room breakfast. Coffee, eggs, hash browns, toast, bacon, bagel, another order of bacon and bottled waters. This took over an hour. No sugar was brought for coffee. No salt or pepper for eggs. Bottled water and extra order of bacon not brought (but they didn't charge us). Eggs, hash browns, toast, bacon & bagel were cold. Breakfast cost $95. Even with my $50 credit, it wasn't worth $45. My guess is room service issues had to do with being understaffed. Once everything picks up, I imagine this will improve again. But I wouldn't offer room service if understaffed.

Yelp
I loved, our 5 nights at The W Bellevue. We vacationed from Phoenix. The staff was friendly, the room was modern and clean. The housekeepers were very attentive. The location was fabulous, there is a grocery store, coffee shops and plenty of restaurants at every price range within walking distance. Bellevue is vibrant with parks trees and nightlife. The area is safe and I felt comfortable walking around at all hours. I will return as soon as I can.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our first stay at the W and I am sure we will be back. Check in was super fast and easy and the layout of the Bellevue location is awesome! This hotel is right in the heart of Bellevue and so convenient with tons of great restaurants including Ascend, Castilla, Central and Japponessa all of which we visited. Safeway, The Nordstrom Rack and Bellevue Square are also within walking distance and you can even stay indoors with all of the sky bridges nearby! All the team members we interacted with were super friendly. We chose this hotel largely due to their pet friendly policy and one of the lady's remembered our pup by his name on several occasions! The room was spacious and comfortable as well as unique with the shower placement! Definitely keep this in mind if you are traveling with a friend or family. My only two pieces of feedback are regarding the room and bar. Regarding the room the pillows were a bit too soft for me. We did try to visit the bar/nightclub on Saturday and were told the wait would be two hours which we found odd since we were staying at the property I feel that guests should have priority access over other visitors coming for just the bar. Other than that our stay was great! Keep in mind parking is extra it's about $30 a night so plan ahead if you are intending to drive to the hotel.

Yelp
The W is usually known for its great hospitality and well appointed rooms with superb service. This location in Bellevue must be the exception. Cleaning services must be improved. A coffee cup left on the small table near the window beside the elevators sat there for 2 days. How could this happen? And what happened to W's Whatever/Whenever philosophy of service? Michael answered my call 3 times in a 90-minute span of time for simple things from housekeeping. He must be asleep or just doesn't care. I finally received it after the 3rd call. This is not the type of W service I'd expect.

Yelp
I've been to Seattle countless times but this is the 1st time I decided to stay outside of the city and I'm really glad I did. It was a struggle to get into the hotel parking lot due to the holidays and the fact that there is a mall across the street and apparently during the Christmas season there is a parade every night, complete with santas, dancing sugar plum fairies, santas helpers on stilts, SNOW....like the whole darn package. NOTE: If you're here during this time be careful to not get caught on the mall side of the street. You're stuck until the parade ends although that wasn't a hardship because I thoroughly enjoyed both the parade and the manufactured snow. Anyway, once I parked, I wasn't able to find many signs to point me to the elevators to the hotel so I had to rely on my spatial abilities. I exited the elevator on the ground floor but in a mall like area with several restaurants. After about 60 seconds of confusion, I found my way thru a door and found the W to my left. There is an interesting looking bar on the main floor that I plan to return to visit. I took the elevator to the lobby floor and was directed to the elevators since I DID ONLINE CHECK-IN AND THEY HAVE MOBILE KEYS. YAS! i exit on my floor and quickly ascertained that I had been upgraded due to the size of my door. Sure enough, upon entering I was pleasantly surprised. The room was massive. Upon entering and to the left there was a working record player and several records. I enjoyed playing a little vinyl my entire one night stay. Straight ahead to the left was a massive bar that also held the minifridge, snacks, and nespresso coffee maker. At the window was a.....swing! And, yes, I used it. The living room also had a dining table, sofa, and wall mounted flat screen. The bedroom area had a separate shower, freestanding soak tub, double sink, and the toilet was in a separate "closet". Otherwise, the bathroom was open concept. Regardless, if you were in the king size bed you wouldn't be able to see the person in the shower or anyone at the sink. There was a 2nd bathroom in the living room area. The room looked out on the opposite side of the hotel from the mall side. The room decor fit the entire W concept...modern, colorful, playful, eclectic. The room was very clean and housekeeping came in for a turn down while I was out. The mobile key worked flawlessly and the front desk staff were very helpful. Room service was efficient and the food was actually edible. This is one of my top 5 US Marriott's and I can't wait to stay here when I'm in town again.

Yelp
My friends and I stayed there for a girls night and it was so fun. The suites are beautifully decorated and so much background behind the art. My favorite part of the room was the hot tub. They also had an amazing gym in the hotel. Not a lot of hotels have boxing bags so I was impressed to see one here. The free water bottles in the gym was nice as well. I didn't give this a 5 star because it can get quite crowded at the bar area during weekends. Overall, great hotel in Bellevue.

Yelp
Should definitely be a 3 star hotel. Just above a Hilton extended stay. Over 75% of the time you call you get a recording. For room service. For your valet'd car. For everything. All in all a disappointing stay.

Yelp
The overall stay is ok. However, we did receive an extra bill of 390 dollars for phone charges. Our son was pressing some numbers and we didn't realize hotel charges 30 dollars each time, for 1 second of conversation. One star for the unexpected charges.

Yelp
Excellent service and the staff are really nice here. I enjoy the food and drinks as well as the decor. It's one of the nicer hotels in the area. I've been here twice now and it's always been a pleasure.

Yelp
Kyle and the team at W Bellevue were fantastic. The property was lovely and in a great location. We enjoyed the food options, ambiance, gym, and our room was great. Everyone on staff from the front desk to the housekeeping team were responsive, courteous, and friendly. We recommended this location to friends and family already and would definitely stay here in the future.

Yelp
Check in was a breeze and the staff was friendly. A lot of dining options and shopping located close by or in the building. The room was spacious and definitely for the "familiar" or at least not shy (see through shower located net to the bed). Loved my stay and will return.

Yelp
Had a great stay this weekend celebrating a birthday. David at the welcome desk was very...well, welcoming! It was our first time staying there and he went above and beyond to make that stay amazing! Will come back again!

Yelp
My husband and I got married on the 27th of September. Since we couldn't go on our honeymoon trip like every newlyweds out there, my husband decided to splurged and have our "mini moon" in town, so he booked 2 nights in the Fantastic Suite for us; It ain't cheap to stay there, we spent quite a bit of $$$$ for the suite. The hotel was modern and artsy. The cons of our stay in W had to do with checking in into the hotel and the room we stayed in. Prior to making our reservation, my husband spent few days doing some in-depth research on their strict COVID cleaning protocol. However, we definitely felt like the cleaning protocol was misleading... 1. when my husband was looking at their website, they said there will be contactless check-in (bypass the front desk) and that there would be a code sent to email to use to access the room. After he saw this info, he booked the room. The next day, the same "contactless check-in" info page disappeared from the hotel app and never received a digital code, What? And when we called them to verify while making our way to the hotel, not only were we told to come to the front desk to check in (no way around it), the receptionist also told us, 15 seconds into the conversation, with an annoyed tone, "I can cancel your stay if you'd like". First of all, we never asked to cancel the stay, we were simply trying to verify the info on COVID safety protocol. we paid (~$1k) for the stay, and to hear that kind of tone was just disappointing. We didn't expect to be treated like kings and queens, but we expected the hotel receptionist to put some effort in providing us info other than just "I can cancel your stay if you'd like." 2. During our stay there, we saw brown stains on the duvet cover. $1k for 2 nights and got to sleep in a bed with stained duvet cover. You would think that since it's COVID and they advertise so much on how good the cleaning and how safe it is to stay in their hotel, they would be more diligent when it comes to changing sheets/blankets. Guess not. Was our sheets washed/changed? We will never know.

Yelp
Interesting to read some of the negative reviews on here. The W in Bellevue is AMAZING. The service is great, the suites are LARGE and comfortable. I have stayed several times and consistently enjoy my time. Conveniently located near some great eastside shopping and near great restaurants. If you're looking for a break from the holiday sales, this is the place for you to stay! Also, the views to downtown seattle and mt rainier are superb!

Yelp
Extremely rude and discriminatory bar. The level of unprofessionalism here was unbelievable. But then again this place isn't an upscale hotel bar. My first experience here was extremely terrible.

Yelp
It's a W, not for everyone. Nice looking hotel, great service, pseudo-sexy. But please in the name of design, what's with the two drawers in the bottom which obviously can't be used by anyone because they're hard to open and so narrow not even a sweater fits.

Yelp
A bit overpriced but then again it is a W Hotel. The interior design of the rooms is very eclectic, with s nice standing shower surrounded by glass in the middle of the room we stayed in. Staff was friendly, nespresso capsules for coffee in-room, but the Lakehouse Restaurant downstairs is really the highlight, as well as the lounge area. Huge seating area on a covered outdoor patio makes sitting into the night a fun thing to do.

Yelp
This has become one of my favorite spaces in Bellevue. With delightful seating areas both inside and out, views of Bellevue, tasty bites and now some new featured cocktails there is a little something for most everyone. Great for a private event or a fun time with friends on the weekend it's a place to check out for sure. Thank you to Cory for bringing in great staff, delish drinks and customer service.

Yelp
This hotel is very clean, and the staff is super friendly. The front desk Manager Kyle B. was able to get us the most amazing room for mine and my husbands 10 Year anniversary. The room is spectacular to say the least. It truly made all the difference and was a wonderful surprise. I recommend this place to all of our friends, and we will definitely be back.
