W Bellevue

First off let me say we are frequent flyers at the W Bellevue and have always been well taken care of. But our recent stay takes the pot. Sylvia was absolutely amazing. She was new and in training but you could not even tell. Her level of poise and professionalism is unmatched. She was very helpful and kind from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We stayed all Memorial Day weekend because my husband just got back from deployment and we were treated like royalty. We even got champagne sent to our room. This place definitely knows how to take care of their military patrons. Please whoever is reading this, I know there is a lot of options for hotels in Bellevue but theres only one answer. The W Hotel. Make sure you ask for Sylvia and David. They are the best!!! WE WILL SEE YOU GUYS AGAIN IN A FEW WEEKS!!! Thanks again for a spectacular stay.

I just stayed at the W hotel after a long camping trip before my flight home. David at concierge was amazing and very accommodating! The front desk was inviting and pleasant. The rooms were well decorated and accommodating with beautiful views. It was a comfortable stay and I would definitely come back for my next trip!

GREATEST ANNIVERSARY EVER! They treated us like kings & queens. They upgraded our room had complimentary champagne with fruits and macaroons waiting for us. They also gave us two drinks comped sent up to our room in the evening. Exceptional service! & Hospitality! The manager was amazing!

Love, Love, Love the location of this hotel and the convenient access to such great restaurants, bars, and shopping. We are empty nesters and traveled in for a wine event at the Lake House, ate dinner, at Barron’s, and shopping at Bellevue Square before heading home. Quite easy to park and access the hotel. We were greeted by super friendly and helpful front desk team. Room was quite fabulous!! Room was comfortable for my husband and I. Clean and comfortable. We didn’t use WiFi, I didn’t even have any screens. However, it did have a desk, if you need to work in the room. Excellent view of Lake Washington. Nespresso in the room, which I love. Steps to everything we had planned for the weekend. Room Service, Breakfast was great. We’re definitely returning!! And, while we didn’t go to the Bar in the later evening, when we returned from dinner, the Bar / Club had lots of people enjoying some good music. Overall incredible experience. Lifetime Platinum member.

Came to Bellevue for business. W Hotels are always trendy and swanky, IMO. This W tracks to that. The room design was interesting, with the shower in the middle. The location is a foodie paradise as well. I enjoyed my stay and would return again.

Our stay at W was just amazing!!! The staff provided implacable service, from check in to check out. They upgraded our room for no additional cost and generally were very personable and polite. The amenities were top-notch, making it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable stay. We loved our room and just an experience overall. Huge thank you for a hydration station on the morning of January, 1st!!

Enjoyed an evening here just before New Years. Excellent attention on check-in and followup throughout the evening by the staff. One comment, we had drinks in the bar and had a staff member come by, take our order and credit card, and then forget about it. That was the only time during about 90 minutes that anyone gave us any service on the terrace. The bar seems to need better/more service staff. The room was great, complete with a glass shower in the middle of the room!

I recently stayed at the W Bellevue, an incredibly youthful hotel characterized by its bold design. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. From the warm welcome during check-in by Julie to the exceptional service provided by Yulia at the bar, and the meticulous housekeeping by Maggie, every aspect of the service was remarkable. The room itself was audacious with its all-glass design, adding a novel touch to the overall ambiance. The bar’s burgers and fries, especially the Parmesan truffle fries, were well worth the price and delicious. For breakfast at Lake House, I indulged in a Wagyu steak and eggs, which, despite being a bit pricey, were delectably satisfying. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the W Bellevue. The combination of innovative design, outstanding service, and high-quality dining options made it a memorable experience.
