If you're an AMEX Platinum member, this is absolutely the way to go.||The gym at W Bogotá is massive—by far the most extensive fitness facility I’ve seen across hotels in the region. For travelers who don’t want to break their workout routine, this place delivers.||The reception, valet, butler service, bellhops, security staff, and restaurant team were all incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Every staff member made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Special thanks to Andre Aparicio, the general manager, for his warm hospitality. He personally provided us with a complimentary snack spread of plantain and yuca chips with queso, as well as local beer and soda—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.||The bar and restaurant are vibrant and beautifully designed, offering a great selection of food and drinks. The only small hiccup during our stay was that I never received the cocktail I ordered with dinner. It seems it was forgotten, as I was offered wine after the meal instead. Still, that minor detail didn’t take away from an otherwise flawless stay.||We’re already planning our return visit and will be recommending W Bogotá to family and friends—especially for their world-class spa services. Great experience for our stay! We were there with my mother in law and there was plenty of room for us all in the room. Very big walk in shower with excellent pressure and temperature. Housekeeping was spot on doing an excellent job every day.|A large Bogota Beer Company (BBC) is on the premises along with an excellent Restaurant (Jairo) with the waiters and servers all attentive and friendly. The morning buffet breakfast had a wide selection of Colombian dishes and fruits. |Special mention for Monica & Karla( Entrance), Maria, Brayan, Mauricio (Breakfast)||Very nice touch: the carpet in the elevators was changed 3x a day saying Good Morning, Afternoon or evening!

We only stayed for one night as a stop over, so did not really use all the facilities. ||The hotel and rooms were nice but it’s expected for the price you pay. Staff were nice and helpful. They made to effort to make our stay memorable, which was very appreciated. ||Breakfast spread could have been better. Only buffet with no A la carte offered.

Since my first visit back in January 2025, the W Bogotá has truly become my home whenever I’m in town. Now on my third stay this year, I continue to be blown away by the level of care and attention from the team.||Special thanks to Lidia M. and Fabian at the Front Desk—you two are simply amazing. And to the entire breakfast crew, thank you for the smiles and great energy each morning. Honestly, every team member I’ve come across has been nothing short of fantastic.||The gym is just right, the spa is a vibe, and having a barbershop on site? Priceless. Such a great experience from when we arrived to when we left. The staff were amazing. So attentive from the porters to the receptionists to the restaurant team. Everyone tried really hard to make us feel special. The breakfast especially and food in general is first rate. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Loved my experience here. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children

From check in to check out, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Actually it began before check-in as I had some questions for the concierge prior to my visit and every query was not only answered promptly but the service was above and beyond. My wife and I were celebrating our 22nd Anniversary on the trip and the staff (in particular, Carol at the concierge desk) made our stay exceptional and memorable. Every detail perfect, the staff had a surprise gift of chocolate and champagne waiting in our room upon arrival, the room itself was exceptional and chic and everything about the hotel was top notch. Highly recommend both the spa and restaurant (Jairo) while staying here as well. The neighborhood around the hotel, while sorta away from the action, was a real surprise as well and had great restaurant options and was quite safe. I'll end by again giving Carol and the whole staff huge kudos and as a rather picky traveler, its rare for me to lack even one point of constructive feedback. The place is a gem and can't wait to go back!

Absolutely everything was amazing, service, food and spa. Sunday we had massages with Angela and Luisa who were fantastic and very accommodating. Everyone from the front desk, valet and breakfast were wonderful, kind and helpful. Hotel has very dark hallways and elevators. If you struggling with this, please be mindful.

We had an amazing stay! The whole hotel team really made us feel right at home. Our concierge, Carol Suarez, was fantastic and so attentive to all our needs. The W Hotel is the perfect choice for both business trips and fun getaways. We can't recommend it enough!
