From the moment we arrived at the W Bogotá, the service, amenities, and overall experience were nothing short of exceptional. If you're an AMEX Platinum member, this is absolutely the way to go.||The gym at W Bogotá is massive—by far the most extensive fitness facility I’ve seen across hotels in the region. For travelers who don’t want to break their workout routine, this place delivers.||The reception, valet, butler service, bellhops, security staff, and restaurant team were all incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Every staff member made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Special thanks to Andre Aparicio, the general manager, for his warm hospitality. He personally provided us with a complimentary snack spread of plantain and yuca chips with queso, as well as local beer and soda—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.||The bar and restaurant are vibrant and beautifully designed, offering a great selection of food and drinks. The only small hiccup during our stay was that I never received the cocktail I ordered with dinner. It seems it was forgotten, as I was offered wine after the meal instead. Still, that minor detail didn’t take away from an otherwise flawless stay.||We’re already planning our return visit and will be recommending W Bogotá to family and friends—especially for their world-class spa services.
