W Dubai – Mina Seyahi

Well, what can I say. Stayed for 5 days at the W Mina.||The hotel itself is in a great location, for us better than the palm if you want to get about as the palm has a bit of traffic.|The hotel upon entering is stunning, time, effort and no expense spared to the stunning décor.|We were greeted by a lovely reception Fabian who checked us in early and we were given the most beautiful room, it was on the quitter side, im not sure if the other side facing the beach would be “loud”… im sure with the balcony doors shut you wouldn’t hear anything, perhaps request a high room if “noise bothers you”, but we were too tired and probably after a few drinks slept like a baby, or rather king and a queen as the bed was so silky and soft!!|As you can expect service in Dubai and in the W is outstanding, 15/10!|We were half board – breakfast was incredible, and OMG – the dinner options across all the hotels…. Fine dining experiences, its literally like dining in five-star Michelin restaurants every day. TAKE ME BACK FOR THE FOOD and THE SERVICE.|We got treated like a KING & QUEEN. Whatever, Whenever is their catch phrase and that is the case.|There are two pools for the W and a host of others at the Westin and Le Meridien, we spent most of the time at the W, on the wet deck. During this time, whether you were all inc, bb or half board, the waiters would bring over special juices, water, canopes – FOC – what a touch!|I don’t have any negatives, there are some cranes on the left side, bit of construction noise – but you can always close your eyes and lie on a sun bed in the glorious dubai sun with a cocktail and not take any notice! That’s what we did! |I must shout out to the staff, I didn’t get a lot if names, Andrew, the dancing guy at the front of the hotel (eve shift) always made us laugh with his great moves! Fabian – took a lot of care of us due to our cancelled BA flight (special shout out to him – as he was so attentive). It’s the small touches, that make a big difference, and they do this very very well! I lost my headphones and they sent them to my room in a W Hotel Envelope. |The W is a 5 Star hotel, with 5 Star service, standards, food amenities and we are going back very soon!|Recommendation – add some fire dancers or beach parties like a foam party?! Live bbqs on the beach perhaps?!

A truly incredible week spent at W Mina Seyahi. The staff are a total credit to the hotel/brand at every level. We visited Ginger Moon for breakfast each day, and often revisited for lunch/dinner. The menu options are beyond a typical half board/full board selection. You get to choose from the full a la carte menu which offers a quality selection of options and the food was always delicious & plentiful. The staff in Ginger Moon, (Raj, Jaya, Stefanie to name a few) were always a total delight and made us feel so very welcome and valued each day. Remembering small details and always being open for a brief chat was appreciated. Nothing was ever too much trouble. |The sunbeds on the wet deck were high in demand but we’d always be offered a comfortable cabana whilst waiting and then promptly set up with sunbeds as soon as they became free. |Bottles of Still & sparkling water were always available at the pool/beach (for free) upon being seated and as regularly as requested thereafter. |The room was kept immaculately clean and tidy throughout our stay, special thanks to our house keeper Alisa who delivered a shoe rack and organised the many pairs of shoes we had brought with us for the trip. The room was spacious, comfortable and very well thought out. |During 2 days one of the pools was closed so we got a buggy cart to The Westin Mare By Bussola pool on the Mina Seyhai site (walkable distance, but easier to hop in a buggy when heading down in the midday sun). Another lovely pool area and great staff who couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. We ate lunch at Mare on both days and the food was truly impressive! There isnt any indoor seating at mare, but plenty of shade and fans to help manage the heat. (Included in half board lunch option).|We had dinner at Attiko which we’d highly recommend (not included in half board option, but worth the spend/visit). Impressive Asian fusion dishes with stunning views from 31st floor, comfortable seating and great selection of cocktails! |We are gold elite Marriott members and felt that the team made a great effort in acknowledging our membership, with a complimentary upgrade on check in and farewell cocktails & cake at breakfast. |Overall the half board option is excellent value for money, with access to full al a carte menus in the inclusive restaurants. |Thank you to all the team for helping make our stay a memorable and special visit to Dubai! Highly recommend if you are seeking top tier service, food and accommodation. Our provider did give us the option to cancel and rebook due to ‘nearby construction work’, we were apprehensive about proceeding but the hotel assured us there would be no disruption and they were absolutely correct. We didn’t have any disruption from construction during our stay, so if you get a similar message, do not let it deter you from visiting.|We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved our stay at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi! The design is super unique and luxurious with such a fun, modern vibe. The manager was very accommodating and made our stay extra special. The housekeeping team was amazing — incredibly professional, thorough, and everything was spotless and perfectly arranged. The room had an amazing view, service was quick and efficient, and the valet team was really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

My wife and I recently returned from an 11 night stay at the W. The Hotel is modern spotlessly clean the restaurants serve excellent food, and breakfast is a feast.|We were on all inclusive and although you do have to pay extra for certain dishes, each * representing 50 UAD up to 4**** per/dish per person but it was still well worth it as the food in the restaurants was excellent.|We were a little disappointed in the adults only beach area for the W and we preferred the Mare by Bussola adults only areaat the Westin,when we weren’t at Ginger Moon pool. Also, the sea is dirty and stagnated , so much so I refused to swim in it. Not the Hotels fault.|However the thing that sets this hotel above all the rest is the staff and the service they provide. We can’t thank all the staff members enough for their kindness, politeness, the empathy they show but most of all their friendship and humour particularly from Ezzy and the Red Leopard crew and Raj and his team at Ginger Moon breakfast team and pool bar.Ben the lifeguard. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday. Hopefully see you all again soon. For anyone visiting soon give the staff the respect they deserve and you will not be disappointed.

I was genuinely impressed with how they cleaned my room the next day—everything was spotless, and the small thoughtful touches made it extra special. They even wrapped a brand band around my charging cable to keep it tidy and left a charming bedtime story card. On my last day, I was treated to a custom-made drink and a lovely dining experience just before my flight—such a sweet gesture! I also had the chance to meet the design team, who personally checked in to see how I felt about the room setup and cleaning. The attention to detail throughout my stay was amazing. With all the photos and videos I took and shared with my friends, there’s no doubt I’ll be coming back. This place has officially become my go-to stay in Dubai! Although I suspect it’s about to get a bit busier now that my friends know about it—my little secret haven might not stay so secret anymore. But hey, sharing is caring!

The W Dubai Mina Seyahi delivered an absolutely dazzling stay! From the moment I stepped into the vibrant lobby, I was captivated by its unique and stylish design. The rooftop pool, "Wet Deck," is a must-see – the views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is electric. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel like a VIP. My room was a chic, modern oasis, with luxurious amenities and stunning views. Breakfast at Ginger Moon was a culinary delight, a fantastic start to each day. The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to the marina and surrounding attractions. The energy here is infectious, making it the ideal spot for a fun and memorable Dubai getaway. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at W Dubai! The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Loved the private beach and the stunning views of the marina and city skyline. The whole hotel has a modern, artistic vibe—highly recommend!

The location is perfect – right by the beach, with stunning views and easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and nightlife spots in Dubai. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel made it extra special with a lovely surprise in our room – a delicious dessert, fun balloons, and a personalized birthday card.
