More than Pride: Great LGBT Festivals Around the World

"I attended the Q Cinema Film Festival in Fort Worth, where local and regional filmmakers from Ohio to Louisiana premiered their works in a small, casual setting at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center; it was catered by local businesses and made it easy to meet filmmakers, actors, and documentarians between screenings, and a professional lesbian comic, Vickie Shaw, had the audience in tears from laughter — plus I enjoyed what I thought were the best empanadas I’d had in Texas during a fun weekend." - Matthew Kepnes

We are so lucky that we visited this place. I love history. This place makes seeing movies more special. The place might be old but it’s clean. The restroom is clean too. The employees are really friendly too. If you are around the area, don’t miss it.

Have seen several plays here and there's not really any bad seats. The slope of the theatre seats provide an unencumbered view of the action and emotion.

Myself and the Wife was here to see the Color Purple Play, the Wife graduating class (75) bought group tickets, the play was the best play I'VE seen in a long time (OUTSTANDING ) this play had a outstanding cast and I highly recommend seeing it

Saw a private show produced...directed ... And acted by fort worth lawyers and judges. Totally fun. They did a great job. The venue was very nice. Easy to get to... Parking was a snap. Did not see any ramps... Just stairs to get up to the venue.

Saw a concert here and it was fantastic. Beautiful views and phenomenal acoustics. My photo was from front row, which is right at the stage.

I had the pleasure of attending a performance of "The Color Purple" at the W.E. Scott Theatre at Arts Fort Worth, and it was breathtaking. The venue itself is fantastic, providing a comfortable and immersive atmosphere. The talented actors brought the story to life in a truly remarkable way. I couldn't have asked for a better evening. Five stars without a doubt! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice Nice Saw a kiddie theater play there. Its got good spacing for all crowds. The lobby looks like my great aunts living room. It feels homey 🏠🏠🏠 The parking was timely. Arrived 30 mins b4 show. Parked in enough time to seat w/o missing any part of the show

The message given to the audience was ok but the performance was not all that great also, they need to have the kids dress appropriately or better for each performance not just have them wear a t-shirt jeans/shorts and sneakers. That's a sloppy way of dressing for a performance. Overall in general a better improvement needed.
