W Guangzhou

Awful experience, checked in around 4pm on 13 Aug for room 1213, receptionist didn’t explain anything! Where is breakfast?, where is pool? Didn’t tell us that our package came with 300rmb spa voucher and didn’t tell us how to redeem? Didn’t tell us how to redeem of two glasses of changle plum wine!! No explanation at all. All staffs are with bad attitude, and no smile. This is what i didn’t expect for a 5 star hotel!! Also the staff doesn’t know how to pour a sparkling wine! Spill it, not the right amount and no “sorry” word. The worst is no one smile and no one friendly, i would expect a 5-star hotel hire better staffsI will go back to book with Hilton Group then Marriott. I would recommend Hilton like Four seasons, they are lot better. They hire good staffs, smile, friendly. Avoid this hotel

The service was great from walking in the Hotel lobby to check in. I enjoyed the cup of Nespresso coffee in the spacious room though the element of W brand name stuff was not too obvious inside of the room. Definitely everywhere else in the lobby and the gym as well.

🏨 Location & Accessibility W Hotel Guangzhou is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by modern high-rises. While this central location is convenient for business and shopping, don’t expect a scenic view unless you’re staying on the higher floors. 🛏️ Room & Facilities The rooms were very nice — spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with great in-room amenities. However, when we arrived at 3 PM (the standard check-in time), our rooms weren’t ready and we were asked to wait for an hour, which was a bit inconvenient. 😊 Service & Staff The service throughout our stay was excellent. Staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and professional. Check-out was also fast and smooth, leaving us with a very good final impression. 🍽️ Food & Overall Value Breakfast was a highlight — lots of variety, high quality, and something for every taste. Considering the comfort, service, and food, the hotel offers great value for a luxury stay. Overall: Despite the delayed check-in, our experience at W Hotel Guangzhou was very enjoyable. Beautiful rooms, warm staff, and top-tier breakfast make it a hotel we would highly recommend.

The room facilities and equipment are all very new, and the overall design of the hotel has a trendy and fashionable style. This stay was very pleasant, thanks Jennie~ !!The Woorbar is also great, with good conditions in every aspect!

This room was booked by my friend, and during this time, I would like to express my gratitude to the beautiful front desk girl, Lris, for her assistance during check-in. Her English was excellent, and she was very enthusiastic in our conversation. I found it very impressive, and the room was also quite nice. I didn't have WeChat, so I didn't add her as a contact, but we meet each other again when I checked out, which was quite unexpected. We talked for a long time, and I promised her that I would leave a review for her work when I left. Thank you, Lris!

Fantastic stay and full recognition of titanium members. The hotel is clean the staff is friendly. Special mention to Clark Huang. He did his best to assure our most comfortable stay. We were upgraded to an awesome suite and we truly appreciate it.

Other international hotels we stayed at had adapters for all types of plugs. Unfortunately they did not. That’s okay, my fault for not bringing one, but it made the rooms a 4 star for me. Other than that the hotel is beautiful, the view from the room was amazing, and you don’t hear the next door room through the wall! Very nice hotel overall
