We had a really lovely stay at W Koh Samui. All the staffs were super friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist with anything we needed. Honestly, we were a bit nervous at first since both of us are pretty introverted and weren’t sure if we’d vibe with the lively atmosphere here. But it turned out to be such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our villa was peaceful, beautifully private, and had direct access to the beach, which made the stay feel even more special and relaxing. Namu restaurant was a real highlight — the food was delicious and the prices were actually very reasonable. Breakfast was good too, though we think it would be even better with a bit more variety. Thank you so much to the amazing team for taking such great care of us and making our trip extra special! 💖

From the moment we arrived at W Koh Samui, we were embraced by luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. The entire experience was exceptional. The staff’s friendliness and attention to detail were outstanding. A special thank you to Ms. Cookie, whose care and professionalism made our stay truly memorable. She ensured everything was perfect from check-in to departure. The floating breakfast was a definite highlight — visually stunning and absolutely delicious. My wife and I have had the most wonderful 10-day stay at W Koh Samui. The staff are so friendly & always helpful. Our garden villa was pure luxury & privacy. The resort itself is set among incredible tropical gardens, and offers every convenience you need. We highly recommend W if you are seeking a pure relaxation holiday in high quality accommodation. We stayed at a beach side villa. The property is quiet yet centrally located. Easy to get around. My son was in an accident while we were on the trip and the staff especially Emily, Ton and Biw were super helpful.|I loved the morning workout sessions as well, conducted by Boom. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the chef Raghav specially prepared dosa for our family. All in all highly recommend.

W Koh Samui|Is peaceful and a beautiful place just what you need on a holiday. |The staff is available 24x7 if needed. They are courteous and they have taken good care of us. ||From the Restaurants to In room dining the food and beverages have been refreshing and delicious.||Highlight of the place is the kind of activities we did around here, We got a photography session with a professional photographer Biw at the hotel, and oh! boy wasn’t that wonderful. |The photos are stunning and beautiful something we couldn’t manage on our own. ||Thank you W Koh Samui|for a wonderful time and memories.

Absolutely blown away by The W Hotel so glad we choose to stay here for our holiday on Koh Samui. The welcoming team led by Cookie were exceptional - I’ve never felt more at home in arriving to a hotel. The concierge boys were brilliant - so attentive and kind and diligent in ensuring that you have a great stay with great advice and suggestions on what places to visit, I sadly can’t remember all their names but they all get equal credit. The room (Tropical Oasis) by the beach was gorgeous, so clean and pristine the daily little touches by our room artist; Gamee were a highlight. Food & beverage - The Breakfast is NEXT LEVEL seriously - check it out it’s crazy! Beach Bar and Beach team were brilliant on hand to assist you cold drinks while you chill on the beach and enjoy the sunshine. From the moment I arrived, I was swept into an atmosphere of modern design, exceptional service, and breathtaking views. W Koh Samui strikes a perfect balance between serene relaxation and vibrant energy. While my villa provided ultimate privacy, there were plenty of opportunities to socialize and enjoy the lively atmosphere, especially at the bars in the evenings. The resort also offered various activities, from yoga classes to cooking classes and even movie nights under the stars. My stay at W Koh Samui was nothing short of incredible. It's a destination that truly delivers on luxury, style, and an unforgettable experience.

Most amazing hotel set in lush nature between sea and hillside. Panoramic views, excellent service, stunning villa, Japanese restaurant is exceptional, delicious breakfast buffet, we can only highly recommend. A big and special thank you to Michael for making our stay extra W-special.✨️🙏💙
