This hotel is awesome , and the wet deck they have with that astonishing view of the twin towers is just breath taking. The room as any W hotel has its unique weird design , I have an amazing room with the twin towers view, the staff were awesome and helpful, the breakfast was super and I never regret spending a weekend in this place. The location is just perfect to walk to the twin towers and the KLC mall. I love this place, definitely one of the best.

Outstanding ! Probably is an understatement. Loved everything about this, including small gestures of taking care of our dietary preferences (vegetarian) or welcoming staff and great vibe at the pool area. One of the best city-luxury hotels we have been to.

Outstanding Stay at W Kuala Lumpur – Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, the service at W Kuala Lumpur was beyond exceptional, and a huge part of that was thanks to Faruk. He provided one of the most seamless, warm, and welcoming check-in experiences we’ve ever had. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality set the perfect tone for our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making us feel truly valued as guests. A special thank you as well to Sam, our driver from the hotel, for his kindness and professionalism. At breakfast, Raja and Reena, along with the rest of the kitchen team, made every morning a treat with fresh, delicious, and flavorful food. Their attentiveness and care in providing an excellent dining experience did not go unnoticed. Every single staff member we encountered was outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and dedicated to making our stay memorable. The attention to detail and warm hospitality at W Kuala Lumpur truly set it apart. If you’re considering staying here, we highly recommend it. The service, comfort, and overall experience are second to none, and we can’t wait to return!

This hotel is amazingly modern, beautiful, extremely clean and with the most wonderful staff with the best sense of customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. From Ewoll at the concierge desk to Mr. Burth, the GM, every single staff member, including the gardeners greeted us daily and made us feel so very welcome. ||Going well above and beyond his job responsibilities, Ewoll went so far as to pay for our Grab fare when a mistake made it impossible to pay through the app. We had just arrived and had no cash yet. Of course we repaid him but I would never expect anyone to use his own money to get us out of a jam! Our profuse thanks to him for his willingness to help. ||We had similar experiences throughout our stay. We arrived on my birthday and my husband surprised me by having the hotel put balloons and goodies in our room. Once the hotel staff learned about it, I was subjected to a barrage of well wishes, singers of the happy birthday song and numerous cakes with candles. I have an entire list of names, but suffice it to say that every day we spent there was my birthday and was celebrated in style. An amazing experience! And well beyond any treatment I’ve received in the US, ever. ||Our room was gorgeous, comfortable and with a fantastic view of the Petronas Towers next door. The hotel is chic, fun and yes the pool bar got very noisy at night but we’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

The rooms (Marvelous Suite) are nice and modern. But beware: do not go to this hotel if you want to sleep. Our room is facing the pool, on 19th floor. The music (heavy techno with additional base and drums) from the pool bar is deafening. At 10pm. At midnight. Every night. Earplugs do absolutely nothing to block the noise and vibrations. I guess this is a good hotel for party people, but again: do not go there if you want to sleep. |The hotel is suitable for young party guests but not for families, in my opinion.|I do have to admit that management did a fantastic job in trying to accommodate our needs and tried to relocate us to a quieter room. When we did not find any suitable room, they arranged a booking at a different hotel and the transfer. Guest friendly and accommodating.

What an amazing Saturday night brunch at Flock, W Hotel KL! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a treat. The buffet spread was absolutely smashing—delicious food everywhere you looked. The highlights? The snow crab was divine, and the fresh oysters were a total showstopper. Then, there was the perfectly cooked lamb and a variety of meats that were simply irresistible. The cheese selection was a delight too, with something for every palate.||The food wasn’t just great, but the service was top-notch too. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel so well taken care of. We truly had a blast and enjoyed every moment.||We did have a minor hiccup with the reservation process, but it was quickly sorted out with such professionalism and a warm smile—it didn't take away from the overall fantastic experience. All in all, a wonderful night, and we can't wait to come back for more of that incredible food and great vibes! Highly recommended!

I had an incredible stay at the W but what stood out most to me was the service provided. From the first greeting to the last, I was treated like a honored guest. But there was one interaction that stood out more than the others. I was staying at the W during an annual scheduled blackout (no elevator support). I had just checked out during the blackout and remembered that I forgot my passport in my safe. Sean, the operational room manager, took initiative, and went on foot to my room (11+ floors) to retrieve my passport from the safe and bring it back. These types of service is unparalled. I will be back to thank Sean in person and will tell everyone about my experiences at the W.

At check-in, a staff member named Shaff provided us with exceptionally kind assistance.|We were visiting as two families and booked one suite room with a Twin Tower view and one standard room.|As a Titanium member, there was no room upgrade provided, but we were able to enjoy a late check-out until 2 PM.|Additionally, as Titanium members, we received two drink coupons per person to use at the Wet Deck.||The Wet Deck was truly stunning, as its reputation suggests. Our family was able to create wonderful memories over the two days. The staff were also very friendly and energetic.|Breakfast was excellent, and the service provided by the staff was outstanding.||I can confidently say this is the best place to enjoy the Twin Towers.|Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for us

During my tour of Southeast Asia, we were debating between the St. Regis, JW Marriott or the W. We always stayed at the St. Regis in Bangkok and heard the views of the tower at the W were amazing so that was the winner. We got there around noon but our room wasn't ready since they were fully booked from the night prior. Our room was ready an hour later and we stayed on the 21st floor. We spent 3 nights here and below are my thoughts: PROS - The hotel is impeccably clean!!! The staff does a great job keeping up with it. -The greeting on the carpets by the elevator match the time of day, which means they change it every morning, afternoon and evening to match. I thought this was so cute. -The rooms were spacious and had awesome views. -The pool area, with the view of the twin towers is ahhhmazzingggg!!!! -Plenty of options to choose from during breakfast buffet (wish the food was warmer though). -Concierge readily available to call a taxi for you when needed. -The wet bar (pool area) turns into a nightlife experience around 10pm which is great for those who don't want to leave their hotel. Guests get priority sitting at the cabanas or the tables. -Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. -Centrally located so you walk or take a taxi for cheap. -Felt very safe as concierge and additional staff were always by the entrance. CONS -Some of the staff at the desk could use more training around customer service. They were tepid and didn't seem concerned in helping guests. -They turn the AC off between the hours of 3-6am in the lobby and every floor below (8 floors in total). While I understand this is to conserve energy and I support it, they should provide the desk staff with fans. It was so hot down there when we were checking out and I felt so bad for them. -The gym was smaller than I expected. - The hot water kettle in the room didn't work. -One of the guests, our neighbors in particularly, were so loud and made provocative noises all night. I had to call security on them.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay and I always have to stay here when I'm in KL. The service here is seriously incredible. My first stay here was when this hotel had just opened and I was a bit worried they were still figuring things out. Well, I was wrong. Upon check in they've always upgraded me to one of their largest suites for being a Platinum member. Also they always made sure I'd have a room with a clear view of the Petronas Towers. Not only that, they hand-delivered delicious complimentary cocktails and desserts to my room for being a loyal Marriott member. What have I received at other Marriotts? Maybe cookies or decent macaroons. Then on one of the nights, my friend and I went to the club/pool area and noticed it was completely packed while all the tables had high minimums. One of the hotel managers who I barely conversed with a few days prior, noticed me, correctly addressed me by name, and then gave us one of the best tables free of charge. Again, incredible service. The breakfast buffet selection is also incredible. Malay, western, freshly made items, and exotic fruits. Though the selection doesn't change too much every day which is only an issue if you're staying at the W for several days. The breakfast was comped for elites, so I didn't mind.

This is an opulent hotel. Very impressive. Service is impeccable i arrived late, yet the staff were very accomodating to get me food. Bar has a good variety of drinks. The room is impeccable.

W is coming in clutch in the big KL! Wow what a dream of a hotel. We all know the W never fails to let us down but they have stepped up their game like no other on this occasion. My sister and I flew it on a red eye from Wuhan, China after a 14 hour flight from San Francisco. We checked into the hotel before 7am, hoping they could at least store our luggage until our room was available. Low and behold - they let us into a room immediately at that time after a long 26 hours of traveling. We were eternally grateful, especially when we saw our rainforest shower!!! The robes and slippers are always an amazing feature. The endless supply of drinking water, mango ice cream by the pool deck, curtious staff, and stunning guest rooms are just a few of the added bonuses. The views rank above anything else as you can see the Petronas towers from many of the hotel rooms and from every chair on the pool deck. We are so incredibly pleased with our stay here and are proud Marriott bonvoy elite members because stays like this remind us just how amazing this brand is!

We enjoyed a brilliant weekend staycation at the newly opened W Kuala Lumpur! Our room was huge with a view of the Petronas Towers, and we were able to relax and enjoy the amazing Wet Deck and Flock restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner! A huge thank you to Simone and the entire W Kuala Lumpur team - it is a truly wonderful hotel, and we can't wait to stay again soon!

My husband and I stayed at W over the weekend and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay! The staff were very friendly and attended to our every request quickly and with a smile. When we complained that our neighbours were very noisy, they quickly shifted us to a new room. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet at Flock was quite good and we enjoyed the eggs and local cheeses. We also had lunch and dinner at Flock and enjoyed the lamb kofta burger and the Birds of a Feather pizza. One of my favourite parts of the hotel was definitely the pool area and the Wet Deck. The view of the Petronas Twin Towers is great and you can also get a view of the KL Tower. The drinks served, whilst pricey, were good and overall, the music and vibe totally matched the W Hotel experience we expected. Would definitely stay again! :)
