The rooms designs were really amazing and genuinely thought through. I was surprised by the details, the elegance and practicality of it. The hotel is quite new and views are spectacular. I have been Osaka before and stayed in other high ends hotel previously, however, this is by far the best in terms of design, space and service. Also, to be fair i have to also emphasize how great the service was, they surprise us every day with small nice gifts that actually suit us. We only stayed for 2 nights, if i knew how good was the hotel i would have extended my stay. It actually exceeded my expectations, and will definitely come back again. We stayed at the fantastic suit. Plenty of room and remarkable design.

One of our best experiences in W anywhere. I've been to many W's before this, but this one really beats the expectations. Their customer service was beyond limits, Hana the one in concierge arranged for a seamless transfer from Osaka to Tokyo. All we gave her was our room number and everything else was settled! Her communication was crisp and clear and we felt like home here with all the other staff members really being hospitable. Will definately come back!

WOW WOW WOW, just extraordinary. Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of sensational. We were absolutely enchanted from the moment we stepped through the doors. The design and aesthetics are genuinely in a league of their own, bold, striking and utterly unforgettable. It felt like stepping into a world curated for pure escapism. The service throughout our stay was extraordinary. We celebrated a birthday here and the team made it feel incredibly special. The cake delivered to our room was executed flawlessly and added such a thoughtful touch to the experience. Every detail felt carefully considered. Our room was beautiful, complete with a luxurious bath and breathtaking night time views over Osaka. The location was also perfect, just a short stroll to Dotonbori yet blissfully peaceful once back inside the hotel. We created the most wonderful memories here and cannot wait to return. W Osaka has firmly set the standard for us and we now find ourselves actively seeking out W Hotels wherever we travel. An exceptional stay from start to finish.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the W Hotel Osaka. The hotel is stunning—modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The customer service is truly impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make my stay feel special. This was my third time visiting Osaka, and it was by far my best trip, all because of this hotel. I usually don’t spend much time in my hotel when I travel, but this one was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of shopping. The amenities and dining options were also plentiful and high-quality, adding even more to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Osaka!

The location is really nice. So convenient to get to Namba or Umeda. The hotel is so chic and the staff are warm and helpful. It’s such a nice experience to stay here and enhanced my stay in Osaka. The decoration is young and vivid. I have had a bad experience in W Taipei long time ago, but now after staying in W Osaka, they won my heart and I love W Hotel.

The stay at W Osaka truly elevated my Kansai, Japan journey. In addition to irs great location, from the striking entrance and ambient lighting to the thoughtful design, decorations, and amenities in the guestroom, everything felt fresh and inspiring. I especially loved the chic coffee mug. It made every morning feel like a happy ritual. ||The breakfast served at Oh.lala...offered a splendid variety. I like their fruit options and local delights such as takoyaki (octopus balls). The service was attentive and friendly, too.||Special thank you to Benson for the warm greeting card with a wish in my home language. A small but big touch!||Highly recommend for anyone seeking that perfect blend of luxury and whimsy! Hat off to the team for making such an unforgettable experience!

Had an absolute blast staying here. The suites are really well designed, with lots of space and great little touches. Loved the location and convenience of getting around. Highlight for me was the spa, the treatments were exceptional and kazumi in particular was very skilled and kind. Ended up doing two spa treatments in a week because I was so impressed. Would definitely return!

I've stayed in lots of hotels - lots of W Hotels - and this was by far the BEST experience EVER. From check-in (by Aiko who made the process seamless and throughout our stay provided a friendly face and good advice) to the breakfast buffet (with the dining room expertly and graciously managed by Jim) to cocktails (bartender Pat's margaritas were sublime and he had the perfect mix of friendly conversation with cocktail prowess), our entire five-day stay was impeccable. Did I mention Mauricio? His constant presence (constant, as in we saw him at breakfast and during cocktail hour and during dinner!) and making sure everything ran smoothly in the dining rooms and cocktail lounge was top-notch. We celebrated my husband's milestone birthday, and every member of the team made us feel special. Thanks to all! We'll be back!

Loved our stay here! Its a gorgeous property with amazing views of Osaka! The staff were so lovely and the room was lovely!!

sort of hidden if you didn't book it online my first time in osaka so I think its pretty convenient to it all I pretty much walked everywhere in this city if the metro was not the best option staff here super great breakfast is quite good and popular both western and japanese our room very cool and hip love the mini bar with the view definitely a fun spot to hang before going out the pool is very cool I think its a hot spot for female influencers spa room and jacuzzi theres this lounge thats half inside half outside full bar where you can hang and bring your friends the W here definitely brings a younger refreshing crowd also ran into people we met from tokyo cool peeps know the same spots apparently!

Great location and beautiful hotel. The staff members at this luxury hotel made our experience impeccable. Breakfast at Ooh Lala was delicious with so many choices. We went through an earthquake yesterday (7.6 stemming from Ishikawa area) but the staff members were so accommodating through it. This building swayed which it is supposed to do so to minimize structural damage. I'm trying to tell myself that this building is safe per governmental regulations that keep the country safe from the relatively common earthquakes. Kyoka at Ooh Lala was amazing to our family. Thank you Kyoka for your Japanese hospitality. You've made our stay an amazing one.

I am not a big fan of the W Hotel brand. It is extremely generic, kinda tacky, and undoubtedly a brand for the well off twenty something set. Any place that has a DJ in their lobby / "living room" is not for me. Staying in the W Osaka City Japan is the same as staying in the W Montreal Canada and /or the W South Beach Florida. And so on. However, having checked in and out of the horrible Nikko Osaka Hotel my wife and I were very thankful to have found a room at the W Osaka. First of all the hotel is super friendly, modern, and extremely clean. The front desk staff speaks English, French, Chinese, Korean and Japanese. Very welcoming! The room we booked is a large corner room with views South and West. The windows are floor to ceiling. The bed sleeps more than two. LOL! There is a large bathtub, separate shower, a WC with an extremely smart Toto toilet, tons of amenities, and a well lit mirror above the sink so my wife and I can actually see ourselves as we respectfully shave or comb our hair or put on one's make up. There are a bunch of restaurants in the hotel serving food not just from Japan, which is very welcoming to the travel weary tourist looking for their home version of comfort food. The only drawback for me - besides the trans / house music in the "living room", is the bathrobe. It is very Playboyesque. Black, seemingly velveteen, with a big W logo emblazoned on its front pocket.
