Enjoyed the elite service at the W! Staff was so hospitable and welcoming each time we returned to the hotel. The doormen downstairs were the real stars of the show. As our driver dropped and picked us up, they were always ready to open the vehicle doors and greet us. The Moro restaurant has a great dinner buffet. Never ate breakfast but I’m sure it was just as good. Room had great views. Front desk was amazing, very professional, pleasant and offered to take photos when they were free. Hotel is considered five star, I would say four star. Still a great option and I would stay here again. We stayed with our 2 kids (9 & 7) and they enjoyed the pool deck. This hotel is very romantic but still kid-friendly enough.

Great birthday experience! Loved the suite layout, the birthday treat provided was delish and the champagne, the staff were attentive and friendly, great location to get to other spots. Truly enjoyed my stay!

I enjoyed my stay inside of the Fantastic Suite. The views from the 17th floor were amazing. The deep jetted tub was so relaxing. The check in process was fast. The staff and breakfast was wonderful. There is a convenience store and restaurants within walking distance. I would most definitely stay here again.

A while ago, I had the pleasure of staying at the W Hotel Panama for a surprise trip I planned for my husband’s birthday. If you know my husband, you know he always goes above and beyond to make me feel special, so this time, it was my mission to outdo him — and thanks to the W Hotel team, I succeeded! From the start, the staff was incredible. I had messaged them ahead of time, explaining that I wanted the room beautifully decorated in his favorite color and requested his favorite bottle of cognac to help us celebrate in style. They not only delivered but truly exceeded my expectations. The room was perfectly decorated, and all of his favorite sweets and drinks were thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. To top it off, the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking — a memory we both still talk about. Every detail of our stay felt luxurious, personalized, and full of love. I can’t thank the team at W Hotel Panama enough for helping me create such a special and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to celebrate something (or someone!) in a truly stylish and heartfelt way.

The W Panama is my favorite hotel in Panama. It’s always my first option when deciding where to stay while visiting. I stay at the W for the service, comfort, and the experience.||The level of service is exceptional. If you are an elite Bonvoy member, they will make sure you filled valued for your loyalty. They go above and beyond in every way. ||I’ve visited a couple times in the last few years. Got to stay in a WOW suite and on my latest visit the Marvelous suite. You can’t go wrong with either one. I’d say for couples looking for a romantic experience go with the Marvelous. If you have a larger party go with the WOW which is much larger. Both are great, trust me! ||Love the decor, the scent from the hallways, the breathtaking views, the hotel is very well put together. Rooms are well laid out. You have turndown service as well. W covers all bases.||My wife and I enjoyed couples massage at AWAY spa. The spa offers complimentary sauna, showers, secure lockers, steam bath, lounge chairs, tea, flavored water, to their guest you’ll just need to call ahead.||The W has a Paul’s cafe in the lobby. They are open for breakfast lunch and dinner. I go for the pastries and coffee. ||Breakfast at Moró is decent. It’s buffet style.||Special thanks to Analia and Nathaly for making our stay unforgettable. My wife loved the extra attention. I will always remember this visit. Thank you both for the extra effort and the excellent service, our stay was a little more special because of you.

The W Panama is hands down my favorite hotel in all of Panama. Im a loyal Marriott Guest and this Hotel just gets it. Every time I stay here, I’m reminded why I keep coming back, it’s not just a hotel, it’s an experience. From the moment I arrive, the staff always warmly acknowledges my elite status, which makes me feel genuinely valued. The service is consistently exceptional, they go above and beyond in every way imaginable. I’ve been fortunate to receive some amazing upgrades over the years, and each stay has left me with incredible memories that I’ll always cherish. One of the absolute highlights is the AWAY Spa. My wife and I recently enjoyed a couples massage, and we both walked out feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa is beautifully designed, featuring themed rooms, a sauna, showers, and secure lockers, everything you need to unwind. Sauna, steam room, and hot tub is complimentary. But you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t try one of their signature massages. This hotel has become our go-to getaway in Panama. It’s a unique experience. The combination of style, service, and comfort is unmatched. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the W Panama. It never disappoints and always exceeds expectations. Highly, highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in Panama this week. The employees at this hotel could not be more helpful. Service was impeccable! Our room was large, clean and well equipped. The location is great for getting around the city. It’s really the employees here that made our stay a 5 * experience. Thank you!
