W Panama

The hotel was perfect. Nice, spacious, and clean rooms. A couple bar options, one with a bit more food than the others. On the ground floor, you have a French inspired bakery called, Paul. It was perfect for breakfast or any other meal. The hotel is in a good location and allows you to walk to many good areas. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Definitely a quality choice if you're in the area. Only a 25min drive from the airport, as well.

The breakfast was good and so was the room! My room had a minibar for midnight munchies and some alcohol to take the edge off, even though they charge you for it. Other than that, great hotel and I would recommend it for people that want to stay in the heart of Panama City Panama!

We had a wonderful stay at the W Hotel. The hotel itself is excellent, and the food was outstanding. We did experience a leak in our shower, but Jenifer G, the manager, handled the situation beautifully. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were completely happy — her professionalism and care truly stood out. A special thank-you as well to Edgar, the bellman, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel was nice and we were very surprised by the size of the rooms. They were so spacey and I really enjoyed having all that space. They were able to accommodate us when we asked for adjoining rooms as well so we appreciated that. The pool is a bit small and the water was pretty cold so we weren’t able to get in on this trip and wished we could have. The breakfast buffet was OK and I’ve had much better before. The electronic lock on our room door kept popping off the entire time we were there and we had the staff put it back on twice and then gave up after that. The thermostat is a little difficult to control but overall we enjoyed our time here.

Pricey but what hotel out there isnt lol. Would go back in a heartbeat, friendly and very professional. Walls are thin so be mindful of your conversations. Stayed on 22nd floor, request for a view and u wont be disappointed

Fantastic long weekend stay! The room was beautiful, with a fantastic view and staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate my husband's birthday in a special way. Staff at the pool (el senor de la piscina) were friendly and very helpful and accomodating, as well as the Moro restaurant and the spa. If any inconvenience arose, they were always there to make it right. The food at the Moro restaurant was very good, as well as their buffet breakfasts. Coffee there was first rate! The Paul cafe attached to the hotel was also lovely. The room was spacious and beautiful, and the cleaning staff even knocked in the evening to see if we wanted any curtesy service, ei: bed remade, clean towels or water. You can book and pay additionally for services at the spa, but you have 24 hour access to the gym and pool areas. In the spa you will find a sauna and a steam room, and favorite of all, a 2 jacuzzis which you have access to also. Recommend reserving a time in case it gets busy, but our first night there, we just walked in and they filled it for us. I can't say enough about the staff, I wish I could name them all separately because they all went above and beyond. Very grateful and we will be returning.

I had the pleasure of staying at the W for a week. The view from my room was awesome. The hotel decor was very nice. Rooftop pool area is nice. The pool itself isn't huge but ok. Breakfast was buffet style and had just about everything. The location is in the financial district, so it's very busy and traffic can be a nightmare during the day (gave me a NYC feel)The highlight of my visit at the W was the bartender Francisco. He is good at what he does. He was socialable which was what I liked because I was there by myself. He was competing in a holiday drink contest which I was able to taste. He made it an entire experience and explaining why the drink had a connection to his life/family.

Right in the heart of the banking district. A safe, clean, well maintained hotel. The breakfast buffet is fantastic as is the restaurant staff. The room was spacious, clean and bright. Main access is a little confusing the first time as it is quite well hidden. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, shopping. Ubers are very inexpensive in the City if that is a preference. A 1hr walk to Casco Viejo, 22 minute walk to University of Panama. We would stay here again.
