W São Paulo

One of the best stays I’ve had in the past few years! The staff is extremely attentive, kind, and fun. They went above and beyond to make my birthday special and again to make me comfortable on a long travel day home. The rooms are immaculately clean and complete with all the additions to make you feel at home. The design in the rooms, gym, and restaurants both functional and elevated. Special shoutout to Alina who made the stay exceptional!

Truly one of the best guest experiences that I have had at a hotel. The facilities are immaculate, the service was above and beyond, and the overall guest experience was fabulous. Highlights include an amazing gym, a spectacular suite with automatic curtains that reveal Sao Paulo to you at the touch of a bedside button, and a an outstanding breakfast spread every morning Special shout out Alina at the front desk who went out of her way way to ensure we had a great stay.

Stay was fantastic and a home away from home. Obrigado Aline, Jennifer, Lucas and all the breakfast staff I had a broken foot and the staff took fantastic care of me. The rooms are new, spacious, and super comfortable, breakfast is tasty and plentiful, with great views. My best stay in the last years with over 100+ nights a year as an Ambassador. Obrigado 🙏

Special thanks to Daniel Lau, Alice, Aline, and Brasília at breakfast — all were attentive, professional, and welcoming. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop swimming pool, offering excellent views and a great atmosphere. The room was clean and met W brand expectations. Staff were friendly, and most spoke good English, which made communication easy. One downside: unlike other W hotels worldwide, amenities are not placed in the room by default and must be requested, which feels inconsistent with W standards. Area of improvement: the rooftop was fully booked for a private event one evening, and hotel guests were not allowed access. Given that the rooftop pool is a key feature of the property, this was disappointing for paying guests. What I also didn’t like is that I paid the same rate as W hotels globally, yet staff here do not appear to receive the same benefits or support as W staff in other countries, which feels unfair to the team and noticeable in the experience. Overall, a good stay with a standout rooftop pool, but with some inconsistencies compared to other W properties worldwide

What an amazing property in Sao Paulo! |From a US traveler:|Service was some of the best I have experienced in my time traveling. From the bellman to front desk to all of the restaurants and pool staff we encountered, it makes you feel like royalty. They are always there to assist and help you in anyway possible. ||Room was a little bit on the smaller side when you are staying there for 4-5 days however the bathroom was big. Everything was very clean and daily service with turndown was much appreciated without even asking. ||Pool on the rooftop was one of the favorite parts of our trip, nice way to spend a sunny day and enjoy cocktails. L40 on the top floor was an amazing way to spend the evening or to come back to the hotel as a nightcap drink. We went there for 3 nights straight after coming back from dinner, the bartenders are so knowledgeable and give you a full experience instead of just serving drinks. ||Taylor from the concierge team gave full support as soon as my reservation was booked to the day we checked out. Set up all of our restaurant reservations, things to do in the area, spa appointments, thank you for all that you did for us. ||Definitely will be back when we make a return trip to Brazil and São Paulo area.

The W São Paulo was an exceptional stay! Everything about this property is modern and clean. This hotel is big on ambience and it shows in all the little details. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and attentive. The meals in the restaurants were fabulous, the cocktails were delicious and made well, and the rooftop space had a fantastic vibe. Bonus points for the live jazz/bossa nova trio that played on Thursday night! Big shout out to the housekeeping staff too- my room was pristine and little surprises arrived nightly. I would without doubt recommend this hotel to my family and friends as a great place to stay!

I had an amazing stay here thanks to Mr. Cláudio Lopes! All of the staff here are great, but Mr. Lopes went above and beyond and made my stay truly unforgettable! Even before I arrived at the hotel, his extraordinary customer service shined! The hotel and rooms are very modern and upscale. The rooftop pool and restaurant feature spectular views as well. I have told many friends about this hotel and I look forward staying here again in the future!

Beautiful new hotel in an amazing location. Love the rooftop pool and deck with amazing views, day or night. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, with all the modern features and amenities you could want. Bathroom is spacious and modern, with privacy if there's two of you sharing a room. I also appreciate the blackout curtains and the buttons next to the headboard to operate them! It's the little things. Highlight of my stay here has been the service. Absolutely quality service with kind people throughout. I would love to stay here again!
