A 10-Star Experience at the W – Beyond Exceptional!
I recently stayed at the W Hotel for one night on Thursday and then again from Saturday to Monday, and I can honestly say it was one of the most unforgettable hotel experiences I’ve had. As someone who has stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world, I can confidently say that this was by far the best service I’ve ever received at a 5-star property.
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. We were graciously upgraded to the Penthouse Suite 2 — and it was absolutely spectacular. The suite itself was stunning, with breathtaking views and immaculate design. Every detail felt special.
The hotel staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality options and excellent service.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was Claudio, the Insider Manager. Claudio is a gem — the kind of person every luxury hotel should have. Even before we arrived, he was helping us arrange our trip, securing hard-to-get restaurant reservations, recommending shopping destinations, and — most impressively — helping us gain access to an exclusive Pride event. As non-locals, we ran into a few hurdles with ID and registration, but Claudio personally followed up for two days, even contacting the event organizers directly to advocate for us. Thanks to him, we were able to attend — and it became the highlight of our trip.
Claudio didn’t just provide service — he created memories. We are truly grateful and can’t wait to return.
This wasn’t a 5-star stay. It was a 10-star experience. Bravo, W!
