What an amazing property in Sao Paulo! |From a US traveler:|Service was some of the best I have experienced in my time traveling. From the bellman to front desk to all of the restaurants and pool staff we encountered, it makes you feel like royalty. They are always there to assist and help you in anyway possible. ||Room was a little bit on the smaller side when you are staying there for 4-5 days however the bathroom was big. Everything was very clean and daily service with turndown was much appreciated without even asking. ||Pool on the rooftop was one of the favorite parts of our trip, nice way to spend a sunny day and enjoy cocktails. L40 on the top floor was an amazing way to spend the evening or to come back to the hotel as a nightcap drink. We went there for 3 nights straight after coming back from dinner, the bartenders are so knowledgeable and give you a full experience instead of just serving drinks. ||Taylor from the concierge team gave full support as soon as my reservation was booked to the day we checked out. Set up all of our restaurant reservations, things to do in the area, spa appointments, thank you for all that you did for us. ||Definitely will be back when we make a return trip to Brazil and São Paulo area.

The W São Paulo was an exceptional stay! Everything about this property is modern and clean. This hotel is big on ambience and it shows in all the little details. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and attentive. The meals in the restaurants were fabulous, the cocktails were delicious and made well, and the rooftop space had a fantastic vibe. Bonus points for the live jazz/bossa nova trio that played on Thursday night! Big shout out to the housekeeping staff too- my room was pristine and little surprises arrived nightly. I would without doubt recommend this hotel to my family and friends as a great place to stay!

My wife and I stayed at the W São Paulo in May this year, and it was the perfect way to kick off our tour of Brazil. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The front desk and bell staff were incredibly approachable and friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We spent our anniversary here and it was a nice touch for the front desk to remember this when we checked in.||The rooms were new and beautifully appointed—modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Everyone we encountered at the hotel seemed genuinely happy to help, offering us great local tips, including how to get to a nearby shopping mall with ease and how to stay safe when touring Sao Paolo.||Overall, we had an incredible stay. The service, attention to detail, and overall vibe of the hotel left a lasting impression. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place with both style and heart in São Paulo.

Beautiful new hotel in an amazing location. Love the rooftop pool and deck with amazing views, day or night. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, with all the modern features and amenities you could want. Bathroom is spacious and modern, with privacy if there's two of you sharing a room. I also appreciate the blackout curtains and the buttons next to the headboard to operate them! It's the little things. Highlight of my stay here has been the service. Absolutely quality service with kind people throughout. I would love to stay here again!

We stayed at the W Hotel for a week and really enjoyed it. The hotel is new and located in a very safe area, we walked to nearby restaurants every day. The Sunday brunch was excellent, with free-flow drinks and a great buffet.

A 10-Star Experience at the W – Beyond Exceptional! I recently stayed at the W Hotel for one night on Thursday and then again from Saturday to Monday, and I can honestly say it was one of the most unforgettable hotel experiences I’ve had. As someone who has stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world, I can confidently say that this was by far the best service I’ve ever received at a 5-star property. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. We were graciously upgraded to the Penthouse Suite 2 — and it was absolutely spectacular. The suite itself was stunning, with breathtaking views and immaculate design. Every detail felt special. The hotel staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality options and excellent service. What truly set this experience apart, however, was Claudio, the Insider Manager. Claudio is a gem — the kind of person every luxury hotel should have. Even before we arrived, he was helping us arrange our trip, securing hard-to-get restaurant reservations, recommending shopping destinations, and — most impressively — helping us gain access to an exclusive Pride event. As non-locals, we ran into a few hurdles with ID and registration, but Claudio personally followed up for two days, even contacting the event organizers directly to advocate for us. Thanks to him, we were able to attend — and it became the highlight of our trip. Claudio didn’t just provide service — he created memories. We are truly grateful and can’t wait to return. This wasn’t a 5-star stay. It was a 10-star experience. Bravo, W!

The most luxurious W Hotel!|Let me introduce my experience with the following details and recognition.|This was my first time in Brazil, and of course, as a W Hotel lover, I chose to stay here. This is my 8th W Hotel visit, and I had a great experience. The building is huge and location is not bad. You have a lot of restaurants, bars, malls, metro station and more.|I can say as a Connector, this was my favorite room. Is really gorgeous and full of mirrors in it, for those who like to get pictures on your room, it's like you're having your own filter for pictures. Bed is really comfortable, and views are amazing. You see Sao Paulo from the top! |My favorite part was getting lots of pictures with the giant W at the entrance. My favorite spot in all W Hotels. I got the perfect outfit to have this beautiful picture. A green blazer, mixed with the design of the building.||I would like to recognize all of the staff, especially, the following guys who made this stay very special.|Claudio: Thank you so much! Just has the most amazing stay at the W Sao Paulo. While the hotel itself is incredible the people are even better! The warmth and attention to detail was perfection. Whether it was sending up a tea kettle without asking (because we asked the last time we were here) or handing me a towel as I walked in the door from a run, the service was impeccable. The hotel itself is a work of art. The rooms are perfectly set up, roomy and laid out with a designer's eye so everything fits together and in the right place. The lobby, restaurant, bar, pool, fitness center, and everything else is stylish and understated and elegant, making it homey and friendly and warm. Food is also fantastic. Breakfast was delicious whether the buffet or ordering off the menu. And the cheese bread! Dinner at Baio was also outstanding. The slow cooked short rib was one of the best things I've ever had - after having it once I had to go back for it again the next day! And as great as the hotel and restaurants were, I keep thinking about the wonderful people. Whether it was the waitstaff and their descriptions of dishes or the front desk people recommending their favourite places or the guy handing me a towel after a run they were the most amazing staff I have ever seen. I can't wait to come back.
