The room was very clean, spacious and safe. Bed were comfortable and sheets clean. Room cleaning service was good too. This is Bangkok and in the heart of China Town, so expect the busy city vibe. Our room was high enough to loose any street noise. If you have a room facing the street you can watch the very interesting night life 😉

We loved it here! The room was perfect for us (three women). We felt safe and comfortable at all times. Super clean rooms, nice staff and a nice coffee shop next to the lobby. The location is close to China Town. The price is unmatched!

Good hotel in the heart of china town which is a very nice area to visit while in Bangkok. The rooms were clean, but it gets very hot very quickly if you don’t have AC on, and you need a card to use it, and the hotel only gives you one card. Overall it’s a nice hotel and I might consider it again for the next visit. The picture is the view from our room from the last floor (6)

Great location and a great stay! We had a room on the sixth floor with 180° views of the eastern skyline — absolutely amazing. We really appreciated having such a fantastic room for our last days in Thailand. Thank you! The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, though. After traveling for two weeks and enjoying so many delicious, healthy, and exotic breakfast options, this one felt a little overpriced in comparison.

I was here to pick up my tourists so no comment on the room. I have got a nice hospitalily from the hôtel staff, kind and good memory of their clients and well support to the tour guide or to those who come pick up their clients for any activities, I did not expect that but very impressed. Service more than a 5-stars hôtel I can say. It's a little attention but valable quality of service. Thank you very much. In term of the location, I think well placed, you can visit in a couple of minutes Chinatown and enjoy night life with street food. Easily accessed by taxi, tuktuk, and connect to the boat pier to continue your day on visiting some historical places where you can reach by the boat pier like Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, Flower market, Icon Siam, etc. I will not hésitate tonrecommend this hôtel to my tourists when they ask for my advice. Worst hotel experience. There was a party in the laundry area at 2:00 AM, which is unacceptable for guests who pay to sleep and relax. The fact that the laundry area is open at that hour makes it even worse. I also forgot my key inside my room and was charged 200 baht, even though the same situation happened a few days earlier and I was not charged, so the treatment seems to depend on who you speak to. Noise on level 2 is constant from around 6:00 AM, with footsteps and other disturbances that make resting impossible. After checkout, I asked to leave my bag for a few hours and was refused unless I stayed additional nights, which is very inflexible compared to most hotels. After I complained about the noise, the staff’s attitude was unpleasant, with no apology and ironic smiles. Overall, very disappointing and far from a relaxing stay.

We stayed 2 nights when arrived and one more before flight back. It was nice and rooms are clean. There is road voice mostly but it is not a big issue. All crew are helpfull and kind. Location is good as well very near to China Town and also not so far from Grand Place and some other famous points you want to see. Price also good and you can check with reception sometimes they can give better than internet. Do not believe the guy at first stage who is trying to sell some tour and he is not working for hotel as well. You can find very cheaper outside while looking around.

We had a room furnished in an industrial style; it was clean but small. However, it was inexpensive. We've stayed there three times already. The staff was very helpful. It's centrally located, with many things within walking distance.
