Treated my fam here to the 9 course yakitori dinner and overall it was great. They were very accommodating with dietary restrictions and offered alot of alternatives. Standouts were: - crispy chicken thigh w skin - pumpkin soup - chicken liver ‘macaron’ - duck meatball - claypot rice w chicken soup Minus one star because it we didn’t know ordering a drink per person was mandatory? So that def adds $$. And tech i would say the menu is more fusion rather than just traditional yakitori. We were expecting a more skewer forward experience. The service overall was fast. Perhaps due to the language barrier, some of the ingredients and dish highlights were lost to us the family room is perfect for 3-4 people. Although it is not friendly for older folks as the stairs up are quite steep

One of my favourite finds I had in Japan. Out of so many meals, this has to be one of the best of my many visits to Japan. Every dish from starter to dessert was amazing! Value for money and to find something of this standard outside of Japan is really hard. Highly recommend! Staff was really kind too and attentive, explained every dish and took the effort to interact with guests. Really appreciate it!

We returned to this restaurant from being very happy on last year’s visit for dinner. Sadly, it was a bit disappointing. The chicken was still great quality. The dishes were not as creative and were downgraded in terms of style but at a higher price point. I didn’t even want to take photos of other dishes that were served…sweet onion soup, sweet corned rice, and the regular chicken skewers.

Amazing restaurant serving fabulous Oyakodon. Staffs were friendly and shown us to the private room on the upper floor. There were very limited menu but all their dishes look great. The meal was absolutely delicious. We were provided with samples of their spices which goes really well with the dish.

Maybe one of the best yakitori places I ever had in Japan. Fresh ingredients, excellent BBQ skills, exceptional tastes and friendly staff. The chicken tastes crispy, juicy and full of flavor, same for the vegetables, all like a senses bomb bursts in your mouth. Even the rice they serve is amazingly delicious, thought it might be too soft from the 1st look but it turns out to be so tasty and bouncy. The dessert is another lovely surprise! Strongly recommend to yakitori lovers who is seeking a nice dinner place where you can truly enjoy, relax and hear each other talking!

They do yakitori well and intersperse the traditional skewers with more modern and fusion flavours. A huge shout out to Nakatani, who hosted the night and was very kind and fun :)

Best Yakitori and service in town!!! We were guided through the meal in fluent English with smiles and hospitality. Remember to book in advance, no walk ins!
