The waffles were absolutely delicious, and the frappe was just as great! The staff are super friendly, warm, and always ready to help. Such a lovely place with a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Was looking for a quick bite and the Waffle Factory was perfect. I had an Andalouse Waffle (filled with a mixed of chicken and cheese and a spicy (but not to spicy) sauce. The attendant Mariam was so friendly and helped me immediately at the self service electronic kiosk to take my order. Thumbs up!

The Dubai chocolate waffle was good but the savoury burger waffle was inedible. The waffle tasted more like bread, and it just had a little beef and cheese inside. Very dry. Washroom was also out of service.
