Waffle House

This was my first time ever going to a Waffle House, and I absolutely fell in love. The food is amazing and honestly, it’s worth the hype. We were taking a road trip and decided to stop here since it was on the way. Right away, JQ sat us down and was our server. She was in the middle of training Tyrome, who did a great job with everything as well. Since it was my first time at a Waffle House, JQ explained what was on the menu, and recommended some of her personal favorites. Once we ordered, Tyrome was very attentive if we needed anything and made sure we had enough to drink. These waffles have a unique taste, and ended up making us stop at another Waffle House later on in the trip. The service was excellent, and the food didn’t take long to be served. The restaurant itself was very clean and the bathrooms were very clean as well, which is very important. I will definitely be coming back again!

I haven't been to a waffle house in years. Our server Tara was really nice. The food was ok. My son had a breakfast scramble, he daid it was good and it looked good. Ordered a blueberry waffle and instead of spreading it out only in the center. The seating is very cramped. All around eating with family was pretty good.

The food here is great. The cook James is great as well. He made my food efficiently and it was great. I also loved the customer service from l the salesperson Kay, and that brings me to why I rated my experiencing 2 stars. I had come to see her just to be told that she had been let go. I am so heartbroken and it truly ruined my experience. She was one of the best servers here. I truly wish she could come back. Otherwise I would have rated my experience 5 stars.

Such a great location. the epitome of what waffle house should be! friendly service from all the staff, even those who weren't serving us. however our server Brandy was so friendly and kept tabs on us the whole time up until we left. food was delicious and came out fast!

Use to come here often until one morning my daughter and I came In and sat at the counter. No one greeted us or took our order. instead, they served the people who came in after us. As someone who works in the customer service I would recommend having all their servers and workers trained on their custom service skills. No one should be sitting 10 mins in a restaurant without being greeted. Once we were not greeted or served we got up and went to the WH in elkton MD where we were greeted right away and served. I love the food at this location but due to the lack of customer service I won’t be coming back.

The worst customer service. They took so long to give my order after I ordered it online for pick up. Inside of the bag, no utensils no syrup nothing. My food was cold and super salty .The workers were very rude. I will never be coming here again.

It was my first time coming to Waffle House as a girl from Jersey. My boyfriend and I decided to spontaneously travel over here as a nice day trip out and it was well worth it! Me and my boyfriend had very quick service and the customer service was very good! I got the all star special and my boyfriend got the angus hamburger combo with hashbrowns. Everything came out very well! It was so good we decided to come back a few hours later before we left to go back home, I got a regular chocolate waffle and my boyfriend got another burger (we’re both big backs haha) but we had a great time and will definitely be back soon! 😄

Server was brand new and was struggling with some of the tasks associated with job. As a 4 year retail veteran, I made sure to be patient because getting upset will hinder her ability to learn and only cause unnecessary stress. Food was very good, as expected. I did help the server navigate the POS system (she did not know how to use it very well), as I am an avid point of sale computer enthusiast, even though I probably wasn’t supposed to, but I figured it would be a nice thing to do since she didn’t seem to get any training before being placed in a guest-facing position, which I fully blame management for and wouldn’t blame her for.
