Waffle House

I've been here for 15 min. Will four servers just keep walking by, talking,and giggling NO one acknowledge me the time. I had to ask a server to take my order, and her response was that she would get someone for me. As I'm writing the review, I'm still waiting to be served Jamie was the only one who came to take my order after she saw me waiting, very sweet, I like to keep her out of this negative review.The cooks have to do better , I order smothered and cover (look at what they give me) as for the rest of your crew working 3/17/25 @9:00pm useless, they give you Waffles house a bad looks.

Delicious scrambled eggs with steak. The hash brown was perfectly toasted and crunchy. Very welcoming service, quick, and professional. Everything looked clean and organized.

Everything was cooked perfectly and very quickly. My server, Tiara, was amazing! Always all smiles and on top of everything. She was so very kind, and such a hard worker, she made my experience there so much better with her bright and cheerful attitude!!

My Dad flew in and wanted a quick bite to eat. We stopped at the Waffle House on Palm Beach Blvd. As usual, the service was fantastic, our order was up fast. Our waitress was very kind to us as well.

Waffles House is one of our favorite places to eat when we're in the south. This one did not disappoint! Not only was the food phenomenal but our server was one of the most sweetest people we've ever met. We made a good friend that day. We'll forever love our visit there!

It is what it is. Waffle House is geared for simple affordable meals. They have an unusual focus on the careers of their employees. Still owned by the original family. 24 hour breakfast. Incredible whole milk chocolate drink. Never gotten sick eating at any waffle House. Hearty meals.

Always busy. Could use a remodel. I feel dirty just sitting in there. Food quality is hit or miss. Service always is good. I like sitting at the bar the best.

I’m a lineman from Canada and came to the states to help restore power. We have eaten waffle house in a few different states so far and I would have to say this one is my all time favourite. Brittney aka doja cat was our server and she made us feel very welcome and took good care of us.

This was my first time trying a Waffle House, and it was on Christmas Eve 2021 for breakfast. I've always wanted to try it and finally made stopped to check it out. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Our service was great, from the manager welcoming us to our waitress and even the cooks. The place was busy, but clean, and we got a table right away where we could watch the cooks. I definitely got to see how hard the cooks work! I tried the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Hashbrown Bowl-Smothered with gravy. Holy Awesome...of course, very glutinous, but so awesome! I loved it and would get it again, especially on a 'I don't care what I eat day.' ;-) I'll definitely be back to this location, if I'm in the area.

I have no words for my experience at this establishment. We sat ourselves at a table and our waitress Rose came to take our order. She seemed like a very sweet young lady. The staff seemed happy and hardworking. However, the rest went downhill quickly. I ordered a two egg breakfast with bacon. I asked for the eggs to be medium in the middle because I am not a fan of runny eggs. When I received my breakfast, there was a hair on my plate, which you can see in the picture, my eggs were runny, and my bacon was overcooked. The butter on the toast was of poor quality, and the hash browns were just okay. We also ordered a bacon and cheese hash brown bowl which was okay. Flies were present on the inside window and one could see the green mold along the window trimming. They need to power wash the outside of the building to avoid this.

You can never go wrong with breakfast at Waffle House. Let me be straight with you the restaurant is a bit grimy and sometimes not the cleanest. However the food hits the spot. I love stopping here for breakfast especially when I am on the road. I tried their sausage, egg, cheese Hashbrown bowl and I loved it. It was super filling and tasty. Make sure to order a waffle! The waffles here are thin but so good! I really like their chocolate chip waffle. So good!

My boyfriend and I went to the Waffle House for breakfast while visiting Fort Myers, Florida. When we arrived, we were greeted by kind and friendly staff. The table in the booth that we sat down at was a little sticky. My boyfriend ordered Peanut Butter Waffles with Sausage and he wasn't disappointed. I ordered Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Toast, and a side of Grits, which I thought tasted good. Our service was exceptional and that made the experience great! Only thing was that the syrup dispenser we received had a leak in the bottom of it, but overall, good experience.

Waffle House is many things, but consistently dirty with tasty food are the 2 main ingredients. I don't go there for the incredible clean atmosphere, but I know going in what I'm getting. The service is typically good. The coffee is tasty, the breakfast really great, and the overall vibe is typical of nearly every location I've ever been to. If you know, you know - it's the same almost everywhere. Even though I'm only giving a 3-star rating; I'm sure I'll be back. Not on a regular basis, but only when I have a hankering for a delicious...and greasy breakfast!

First waffle house I'd been to. Pretty dirty but they've got friendly and fast service. Food is pretty good for what you get, greasy and no frills. Been here a few times when I'm hungry late at night and nothing else is open, never had a negative experience.

This Waffle House is just east of I-75 at exit 141. I stopped in for dinner. The place was not busy, loud music dominating the atmosphere. I headed straight for a seat at the counter, placemats doubling as menus. My server quickly got me coffee. What caught my eye was their hash brown bowls, and I decided on their cheesesteak melt variation. Their slogan good food fast was definitely true today, I had my bowl in under 5 minutes, and it was good.

Slow service and cold food brought to you at the table. A little dirtier than most waffle houses, which is pretty bad because the bar is already set pretty low...I would avoid this Waffle House if possible.

With only TWO employees in sight, they made sure their guest were all greated & taken care of. They rushed to make sure they could attend all. Absolutely great service. Hope these two are getting the recognition they deserve.. The two employees was a blonde employee with a bun (server) & a cook (Hopper?) . thank you !

This Waffle House has the BEST service! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! Service was fast and food was great!

This is probably the last place I would go especially later at night for something to eat. There has been a couple shootings there. I opt for safer options.

Tiara is a great waitress, the best one! She will take care of you ! Beyond excellent service and gratitude!

If you go to this Waffle House and ASHLEY is serving you , you already know it's about to be a kind experience. It was definitely busy and I was asking such slow questions and she was nice during our whole interaction. She's the best ! I hope they're treating you good here . I'll most def be back

Me and 3 friends stopped in here for lunch because every other restaurant around had a long wait. This place is always reliable for quick, cheap, delicious food. The staff was wonderful. Food was awesome and the place was clean. You can eat like a king for under 10 bucks. I love this place.

Always consistently great the way breakfast should be! Love the hash browns Don on the grill!

Here is my 2 cents on the food and some chit chat. As always the waffles are great. The food is served fast and hot. I was surprised when I got my food so fast. I forgot to take a pic and started to chow down. See my pic. My only complaint was the coffee was too weak . I like strong robust coffee like they have in Brasil. Aside from that it was a good experience. So when driving by stop on in. You will not regret it.

Tasty for an early morning snack. When you drive and are in pain and exhausted you do not want to stand and fix a meal. Waffle house is clean they make it right in front and the food is tasty. Don't forget to ask for the dinner menu, it's not the same. They have omelettes on the dinner menu too.

Yes, we have another Waffle House here. And, yes, they are all essentially the same inside and out with identical menus. So if you like it, you do, and if you don't, you don't. For some reason I like them and this one is especially nice because it's not busy and you can walk right in and take a seat. The food is fast, average & cheap. The service is usually slightly above average. Who could ask for more?

Fun times had at Waffle House #870! We had a great first visit ever to a Waffle House mostly due to the staff. Our wait staff was funny, kind and attentive. We ordered a cheese steak and hash-browns "all the way" style, piled with all the toppings they offer, but really with a healthy amount of chili. The downsides were unfortunately the waffle which was underwhelming and flat!

First time ever at a Waffle House so I had to order the waffles. The waffles were good & service was good to, especially considering how busy it was.

Alissa is so rude and had a nasty attitude when she took my families order, she needs to work on her customer service skills. I won't be back here...

Breakfast was Great and Topher made it better! Her personality and service is unmatched!

My Family of 5 dined this Past Sunday. We had sat down at a table at the windows facing Hwy 80 and my son Noticed something gooey on his show. Turns out there VOMIT all over the seat, floor, and wall! EWWWW!! They came over and cleaned it up with bleach while my kids went outside to wipe their shoes down. When I went to pay I expected the manager to at least apologize and comp our meal but we were charged full price. I tipped extra for the poor server that cleaned up someone else's biohazard mess. Most disgusting dining experience of my life!!!

The most disgusting Waffle House we've ever tried to eat at. Food all over the floor, dental floss on the floor, our table was covered in food even after they wiped the table. Menus and table were also covered in syrup. After getting our coffee including a mug that had lipstick stains on it, we threw a five dollar bill on the table and left. This place is just too gross.

love it here.. Love most of the waffle house franchises. You can't screw up breakfast too bad. Quick food and friendly service. This wait staff actually has teeth and the waitresses are not as old as other places I have been. Its directly off I-75.

Food is ok for late at night.. Service is fast.. Place is dirty, bathrooms are gross. They seriously need to do some cleaning in this place.

We went there about 7:10 in the morning. The food was great and so was the service. I had a Waffle and bacon witch was a very big meal for a low price.

Don't do it. We got to watch the cook lay his hand flat on top of each waffle to see if they were done before serving them. No gloves, of course. I mentioned it to the district manager who happened to be at the store and he went and spoke to the store manager. Store manager said they didn't have gloves big enough to fit his hands. Well that's nice... he's touching everything in the kitchen then he palms each waffle like a basketball before it gets served... Try another WH.

I came in on my work break to pic up my breakfast it was called in but still wasn't ready 30 minutes later. Aside from the food being mediocre staff members varied. I was greeted when I walked in by one of the cooks but the lady taking my order (Beth) had absolutely no people skills and was just rude and sarcastic. If I wanted that experience I would have went to dicks. 1/5 would NOT recommend this place

Esther was our waitress. Not only did she not get the order right, refill drinks, etc, when I got the bill she charged us for items we did not receive. I brought it to her attention, and she said "I didn't add them to the total". Me, having a higher education that 2nd grade math, added the numbers quickly and saw she did. I simply said ok, and paid. It was not worth making a scene for $5.

Stopped in this morning with my family and was very pleased. Not only was it surprisingly tasty for the price (great value), but our server Gigi was also a breath of fresh air. She was kind, helpful, and patient. Couldn't have been more happy with our morning breakfast.

Ok, first off let me start by saying, I am a waffle house lover. For me to feel the need to say a bad thing about the uniqueness of what a awful house, means it was really bad. I was in the waffle house on Boatways Rd Saturday 3/16/2013 my "sever" for lack of a more descriptive and derogatory term was SHERYL but we will get back to that little slice of hospitality in a minute. There were 3 of us, my wife, daughter and myself. We were at the low bar and it was about 4 pm, not "busy" by waffle house standards. I have seen days it was standing room and ran smoother. My order, was my standard double hashrowns scattered, covered chunked an topped. It's never a good thing when they show up BURNED BLACK around the edges. Not cheese burned but potatoes burned to ash. I pushed that bit off the edge and went on to hopefully like the rest. I never found out though. Lets rejoin Sheryl in her spiral of hate and shame. While giving away my wife's order to co worker as "extra" while she sat there 1 of the 3 of us, with NO FOOD. I inquired as to where her food was, OH yeah that stuff you just gave to your off shift co worker sitting in the corner looking like death warmed over. And could I get a refill on my coke? 5 mine hand her 2 runny eggs no sausuage hands my daughter the bacon that went with her waffle 10 min ago miss she ordered sausage, yeah that plate you just gave away again and can I get this empty coke filled please? no reply goes to clear a table 5 min later cook offers to engage Sheryl in a food fight, give me a reason finally brings sausage to my wife miss can I get a soda? or do I need to go to the store next door? nothing Sheryl continues to win friends by growling at one of the guys near the register about she hasn't got time to talk to him she is busy and if just one person gives her a reason she is GOING OFF. Miss can I get a coke? its been 20 min now, I mean really ask another server can you find me a manager NOW sheryl has time to tell me she is too damn busy deal with it manager shows up Sheryl proceeds to tell me how its MY FAULT the rest of the staff is hiding they been watching this build the whole shift, knew she was going down in flames. Sheryl Slams down a coke in front of me tells me again how she is BUSY in front of manager. She has empty tables and chairs at the low bar, she is NOT busy. She is mentally cornered, she is pulling a double as she has made it a point to tell everybody in the place one excuse and you all get it. I decline the coke, tell the manager there is NO Way in hell I am trusting anything Sheryl brings me, and we leave the plates completely untouched. Really a shame, as I LIKE the waffle house! will I go back? probably if sheryl is there I am going to leave though. Really a shame, it didn't have to be like this.

Many drunken nights we headed to this Waffle House afterwards. Decent food and good service... They were nice to treat us drunks so well. :D They also made whatever we wanted.

5 am cook was one of the better waffle house cooks not to mention the servers were actually easy on the eyes and friendly best waffle house grits I have ever had!

Loved the food and service was great. Always a good value. Place was packed on a Sunday morning so be prepared to wait a few mins for a table.

It's a Waffle House and it is what it is. Most people either love it or hate it. They all have the same look and feel inside. Fast service affordable food and very tasty, it is very difficult to screw up breakfast so...Open early and open late!

The food was excellent. The workers were kind and the pecan pie was outstanding and it was fresh and delicious!:)

Just left there and the guy cooking the food was awesome. Tried the new hash brown bowl, yummmmm. Very good! Like the new menu too. We'll definitely be back soon

This morning was a very pleasant experience warm staff especially our server Kathy who made us feel right at home
