Waffle Love - Farmington

My experience at waffle love was mediocre. I went for dinner with a large group and found the heart shaped tables cute but not logical. We were the only ones there, and the first plate took 15-20 minutes for a simple one; granted we had 6 people, but the fries took 30 minutes! The interior design was cute, and the food was okay, but I do not plan on going back anytime soon.

Savanna (employee) was very positive and friendly, and did a great job cooking our food. Food came out very quick (about a 5-10 minute wait). Food was delicious! My family got Two Breakfast Sammy's, One Chicken Avacado Tartini, and then a Mini Works as desert. Highly recommend!

Why does it take an eternity to make the food every time?? I’ve been here 3 times and have never had my food made in under 30 minutes. I’m the only one in here right now, I ordered a chicken and waffle 15 minutes ago and he is just dropping the chicken now. This is honestly painful sitting here watching the only employee not cook my food for 20 minutes. Then the default payment tried to put a 25% tip on there. Give me a friggin break. This is the worst business model, I hope you go bankrupt

love waffle Love ! food , took about 15-20 mins but i did not mind the wait . Just because the food came out great! would definitely be back! but you guys should definitely higher more people if your able to ! the poor guy in the back was busting his ass !

I got a Nutella Love waffle here and I thought it would be a bit dry looking at the waffle but, it was amazing! The waffle wasn’t dry and the ingredients on the top of the waffle blended so well with each other! I totally recommend coming here!

** update we still have not received our refund it’s been 2 weeks. ** We have never been to Waffle Love. We have heard great things so we thought we would try it. We asked the cashier what the Aweesome sauce was in the breakfast Sammy The employee said she didn’t know but said it might be like a fry sauce. My husband decided to try it and I ordered the Cinna love with a side of bacon. When we went to find a seat all of the tables were dirty and not cleaned. The store was not busy and had 3 workers. So we cleaned the table ourselves . The cinna Love was burnt on the outside and super doughy and raw in the middle. The bacon was burnt to a crisp. I like crispy bacon but this was burnt beyond what I would eat. I wasn’t going to say anything but then my husbands Sammy had a hair cooked into the waffle. When we presented it to the workers they said there was no way it was their hair. It was literally cooked into his waffle. They offered him a free regular waffle coupon for the mistake. I went up and said it was unacceptable and they would either remake his food or give him a refund. The employee said they would remake it. Then they started banging things around and throwing things talking rudely under their breathes. I decided at that point we couldn’t trust what they would do to the food and asked for a refund. Alyssa said she would take care of that. Then she said it would take 3 days for a manager to review it and process the refund. On our way out the employees were laughing. I do not think we would ever return to Waffle Love. The only good thing was the Hot Cocoa it was delicious. This place definitely needs management to review the standards of quality in cleanliness, employees, and customer service.

My teen and I found this spot and since we have a love for waffles so we did. We ordered the Res Wonder and Founders favored! Both are so good and full-filling! I couldn’t finish all of mine but she did, hence she’s a teen so she was able. We will be making this a favored spot and will be bringing friends & fam!

The waffle here was amazing and the topping they use on their waffles works so well with each other! It’s a beautiful dine in restaurant with sweet and a savory styled waffles! I recommend coming here!
