Love them! My baby is very safe there and she loves it there. And the best part is when she comes home she’s exhausted and sleeps all day.

Google
Subpar service as time has gone on. Price has gone up but the quality of my dogs experience hasn't been improved. It's actually gotten worse since covid. We will find a different experience for her socialization and enrichment.

Google
My two pups (ages 2 and 3) visit once per 1 to 2 weeks and get very excited every time we pull up. (Sometimes more depending on my work schedule.) I’ve never had an issue with other dogs or the staff.

Just picked this guy up from his first “trial day” and can’t say enough good things. He’s tuckered out from all the playing, I got to watch him on a webcam having a blast any time I wanted to. The staff was so welcoming and helpful and even gave me a goodie bag when I left! I already booked my boarding stay for next month because I loved the experience so much. Thank you for the great service 🥰

I've been taking my older dog to the Flat Shoals location since 2012. It's a safe and dependable daycare and boarding facility for me. I have complete confidence in the team. I have noticed in the last year that the facility needs a facelift on the exterior. The smell of urine is so powerful, I can smell it 20 feet from the yard fence. It takes your breath away and gives the impression that cleaning is not top of mind. The inside does smell fresh and clean. It would be a good idea for the owners to invest in a new wooden fence and metal banister, as both have outlived their lifespans. The banister has rusted at the joint and looks unsafe. Other than the urine smell, no complaints.

I absolutely love this place and the staff. My baby Snoop has been going here for almost 5 years and although we moved out of state they call to check on him and ask when he’s coming back. I still take him to daycare and board when we are visiting home. They are always excited to see us. I wouldn’t trust him with anyone other than the staff at wag a lot!

Google
Axl has been boarding and doing daycare here since he was a puppy. Believe me when I tell you I was a panicking, worried mom the first time I left my baby for the week. Wag a lot didn’t treat me like an overprotective dog mom- they called and gave me updates on Axl and assured me he was happy and safe. Now, when I say “ Wag a lot”, he smiles and jumps into the car. Then when we arrive, he sprints up the ramp to get inside . Makai and Sydney in particular are outstanding- they love the dogs like they’re their own. All the team members are great though. We’re so happy and grateful to have such a wonderful, Pittie friendly boarding and daycare spot so close to home.

Google
My dog contracted kennel cough TWICE from this facility at the beginning of 2023 which quickly turned into pneumonia, we switched to another place once healed and have had no issues. There are too many dogs here to keep it clean, very sad. They have had kennel cough for over 3 months based on their Facebook posts and my personal experience. The staff were always friendly and I appreciate the love they showed my dog while he came.

Yelp
We LOVE Theo Wag-a-lot. It is Chet's home away from home. The staff is so supportive and friendly. Chet gets to play here in a regular. This is also his started place for his pupcations when we travel. I love that he always looks forward to his visits and generally seem happy to be here when he arrives. The lobby is full with the cutest of doggie treats. I also love that if you wanted to you can bathe your dog here for a small fee. We are fortunate to have Courtney as Chet's personal groomer. I can't celebrate her enough. Chet gets the most compliments on his cut and I swear he walks taller and prouder when he's freshly groomed in a new bandanna. Great location. But can be traffic. Great early morning hours. These are dog people! Also there are cameras for me to check on Chet from my phone.

Yelp
It's a failure in terms of availability I get that some people have the ability to babysit their dogs every day and they have much more money than I do. However every time I call they're not available they want to do some retest. It's not a worthwhile business. I've now tied up thousands of dollars in prepaid nights That I can't use it's beyond frustrating zero out of five stars

Yelp
the past several times ive taken my dogs there the days were beautiful; however, my dogs were never taken to the outdoor area. in fact, NO dogs were taken outside all day. when i asked the front desk why they said "we just didnt use it today". my dogs can lay around in my house for free. im not giving yall any more of my money until someone answers me.

Yelp
They are just an amazing and outstanding service for all your doggie needs and the staff is truly amazing and go out of their way to make sure your dogs are well taken care of!Highly recommended!

Yelp
WAG-A-LOT (upper westside location) has canine respiratory germs in their facility. My dog was there (fully vaccinated, including bordetella - yes I know a vaccine won't completely prevent [all] infections) 02/17 - 02/21 and caught a bad virus. He was also bite while boarded. I noticed the bite mark immediately, and informed the staff. I was told "no one was aware of any problems with my dog", but that the staff working while he was boarded would be asked, and the facility would follow up. I was not connected, and I called in a day later. The manager/supervisior on duty when I called said she had not been informed, nor anyone else in management. This facility is too large with too many customers to pay attention to your dogs needs. Consider this review when deciding to board.

Yelp
We love wag a lot! Our pup hasn't done well at daycare/boarding situations where he is crated all day. He is happy and busy at Wag a Lot. We are so thankful for them!

Hoho M.

Yelp
They should rename this mess to "Dogshtlanta". 2 stars for convenience and the grooming staff. But dear GOD, the front desk/scheduling staff is so gleefully inept that I have truly come to hate this place. They consistently cannot file information correctly or communicate with the grooming staff to save their lives. And then when you mention it to them, they get all rude. Hey! Fck off and go get other jobs (if you can). I guarantee these fools are costing groomers' tips. NOPE! Unacceptable.

Yelp
I had a great experiencing bringing my dog here. This was my first time boarding him. In case you are not aware, if you plan on boarding or doing daycare, you must first bring the dog in for a test and pay for that day. The "intake" process is very simple and all done online. Through the portal you can upload all of your dog's vaccine and your contact information. I received a call midday on his trial day with a status update, and then boarded him here for 3 days/2 nights the following weekend. The only small issue is that the cameras weren't working properly so I wasn't able to snoop on him. Probably a good thing so I could actually enjoy my time away without the responsibilities of caring for a dog! Otherwise the dropoff and pickup process was very smooth, he came back just as happy as ever.

Yelp
10-24-19 I pick up my dog and there's dirty white stuff stuck on her nose and the hairs around her mouth. I ask them what happened and they say it was probably Sheetrock - with no explanation to why she was exposed to Sheetrock in the first place.. I come home and notice there's more of this substance stuck on her front legs. I spend way too much money for this place to carelessly put my dog in a room with wet Sheetrock and not pay attention. Maybe some people won't care - I do. I have spent over $500 in just a couple months here... I will not be back. Also something I didn't put was that there is an insane amount of dogs there. My puppy went in with no fear of other dogs, and came out barking at ANYTHING it saw, I don't know what happened to turn my dog so aggressive Edit: I started to take my dog to a much smaller daycare and she has improved so much! It made me think of this review and made me want to post my thoughts as I remember writing this review and purposefully not posting since it was the only daycare I had experience with and had nothing to compare it to.

Yelp
Being a dog mom for the first time of course had me worried about working and leaving him alone for 10 hours a day, but then I found Wag-A-Lot. They knew my boy by name after his first day and he was only there for a groom! After probably two days EVERYONE knew him by name! Now my dog RUNS in every morning wagging his tail so hard. That is the most comforting thing for an anxious dog mom. He loves everyone there so much and I am more than happy with them as well. If you're looking for somewhere for your puppers definitely consider Wag A Lot! They are the BEST!

Yelp
My dog has been going to wag a lot for grooming and more recently started attending the day care. He LOVES it. I was worried because despite his friendliness, he didn't have many manners. The staff has been so reassuring and helpful. They already know him when I bring him in. I'm very grateful to have a place that I feel comfortable leaving my dog.
google avatar

Yelp
We've been taking our pops here for years for daycare and boarding. They always have their tails up when we bring them in. The staff is always familiar with our girls -- and it's literally the only place outside our home that one of my pups will go comfortably.

Yelp
We usually use the location in Decatur but have used this location a couple of times when the other location is full. Our dog seems to like it and has never come home with any weird ailments.

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
The staff at Wag-a-lot are wonderful! I have been taking my dog for almost 3 years, and they treat him like family. I have full confidence in the staff, and my dog loves going! The dogs are always inside a conditioned environment or outdoor concrete yard, so there is nothing your dog can get ahold of and eat. The only downside is he does come home smelling poorly after a few consecutive days, but bathing him is something I can live with. I also do the suds plus occasionally and it has always been great.

Yelp
Love this place! My fur baby loves coming here. They are always professional and clean.

Yelp
I write this review with very mixed feelings. There are staff members here who you will just love and alot of other folks and practices that you just WILL NOT. I saw their "other" side when i brought a suddenly sick dog home. When I called to tell them that something was wrong and that they should check on any new dogs to the facility (since I've been a regular) they immediately started with the excuses and even BLAMED ME, the person who had been out of town. BY the way, still not a single concern about the health of the other dogs or mine ( a REGULAR customer).....which was the purpose of my call. In addition, they seem to have started reading their own press and therefore initiated new policies that all result in more and more money out of your pocket for the same ole services. They recently charged me $50 that's right $50 bucks for a one night stay because i got there after 1pm ( a new rule). Folks, we're not talking a day after 1pm, we're talking shortly after 1pm. FIFTY DOLLARS???? This didn't include a bath, food, or anything.... Did I mention that the cameras showed my dog sleeping the day away? I'm sure some people will get all giddy about the espresso machine and couches but I have a Mr. Coffee at home and I've seen three too many dogs pee on those sofas, so I'll pass. Impress me with fair prices and friendly staff like the days of old. One girl, Cassie, allowed me to stand at her desk for more than 10 minutes without so much as acknowledging my presence. This was my last visit there. So while others may think it's okay to be taken advantage of, I've decided that I don't and will be taking my sweet pooch and my cool $50 (as several of my friends who once boarded here) somewhere else. I plan to SAVE a lot (of hassle and frustration) by leaving this place to the....well you get the picture.

Yelp
Courtney was very friendly and accommodating while grooming my 2 year old Yorkie. He really liked her and he smelled great and I will be returning.

Yelp
My sister took her dog to this location and I have mixed reviews about the place. She took him there for daycare, and they have a great online page that shows you up-to-the-minute photos and videos of your dog playing with other dogs. But when it comes to boarding, I have some reservations. They allow certified people to come and pick up the dog for the day (you have to be on the owner's list and show your ID in order to pick up the dog) and then take them back when you say you will, and when I picked up her puppy for a day of playing he was unusually listless. I first noticed that he was terribly skinny. They assured me that he had been running and playing like crazy and they had to put food to his mouth because he was so tired he had forgotten to eat. So I thought that might be normal for a male Boston Terrier. But as I drove him home he stayed still and was not enthusiastic about the walk I took him on. Later in the week, when my sister picked him up, she immediately saw how terribly skinny he was and took him to the vet the next day. It ended up that he was too thin for his size and had an eye infection. I am not trying to implicate anyone of anything, but I felt it was weird that he was not being monitored more carefully ( I know dogs can get upset when their owners leave them in a strange place ) and I felt guilty that he had an eye infection and I never noticed it. Anyway, this location is still fairly new and working out its kinks. I would recommend taking your dog there for the day, but maybe not for boarding just yet.

Yelp
This is my new homeslice Moose's weekly haunt. He has loads of energy and once a week I need an evening where he isn't all up in my business so I bring him to wag-a-lot. To be honest the only reason I bring him here versus some other spot is that it is close to my house and there are no other places for him to go that are on my way to work. I do like the people who work here; they remember him and he them. I normally drop him off at 7 am and pick him up at 6 pm. Most of the time he comes home dead tired and won't move much other than to eat and go out to the bathroom. Every once in awhile he comes home and is just as amped as usual (he's an odd dane). I am assuming this is because none of his friends showed that day. The only thing I don't love about wag-a-lot is the funk ass piss smell Moose carries home with him. I don't ever remember Bella coming home smelling like urine, but I know she wasn't as in to doggie daycare as a whole... she normally stood in the corner whenever I watched her. It just means that doggie daycare days equal bath days. Kind of a pain, but the dude needs his rough housing daycare time. I normally pay in 10 visit increments so the visit costs comes out to $19 a day. Worth it for piece of mind and a tired pup.

Yelp
My dog is needy. She has trouble fitting in; But somehow at this facility She was able to make friends. And unlike other places doesn't come home stinky and mean. I find their building to be Roomy and clean. This is my favorite spot for daycare or to board And I watch her on the webcam Run with the horde. One time I was stressing: had to catch an early flight I asked if I could drop her off early, They said it was alright. So, compared to the alternatives this is my favorite spot. For doggie day care or boarding, it's always Wag-A-Lot.

Yelp
Okay, first off I'm way overdue in writing this review and I'm giving Wag-A-Lot 5 stars for many reasons: First is location location location! I can walk there! How convenient is that? Very. And I took my boy there for his evaluation around 6:30 in the morning (way back when) and picked him up around 2:30 p.m. after I received my phone call to let me know that his evaluation was over. I was pleased to know that he passed with flying colors. :) -but actually I wouldn't expect less. He's an almost 10 year old Lhasa Apso that is like my child. ( I know many of you can relate to that) Anyway, what I love about this place is that they really do care about every individual dog and want this to be the most comfortable experience for both the owner and the pet as possible. And he got to hang out with his own age group/his own size, and basically do his own thing. I was impressed to hear that he wasn't showing any signs off anxiety caused by separation issues, etc.. -and he seemed quite mellow when I picked him up I was so happy to see him! Like I always am. It's great to have this resource so close by and also know that my little loved one is and will be in good hands anytime that I need to take him there. Oh! And you don't need to go there just to take your dog. I don't. :) You can also go there to shop and buy all different quality products of all kinds for your pets' (dogs) needs. They have some amazing stuff! -and I love the candles more than anything. You'll have to come in and smell them yourself. :)

Yelp
(Dictated by Zelda, a high-energy husky shepherd mix) I love Wag-A-Lot! Before I went to doggie daycare, my parent's would keep me in a crate during the day while they went to work. I hated the crate. They tried everything to help me get used to it but I just couldn't. I'd bark the day away and drool all over the place out of stress. If they left me out of my crate while they went away, I'd get really scared and chew up their things or go to the bathroom on the floor. I didn't want to be bad but I just hated being alone. Now my parents take me to Wag-a-Lot! I get to play with my friends all day long and I never have to be in a stinky old crate. Even though I'm a big girl, I get to play with the little dogs because the staff really paid attention to my personality and saw I was playing more in that yard than with dogs my own size. I appreciate them looking out for me! My parents say they can see me playing on the live camera feed online. That sounds cool. Maybe that's what they do all day while I'm playing. Sometimes mommy picks me up a bone or treat from their great little shop as we're leaving and that makes me happy. I get to stick my head out of the window on the way home and smell all of the lovely Reynoldstown air as we cruise down Memorial. Yay for Wag-A-Lot!

Yelp
My dog, Meatloaf, is a big fan of Wag-a-Lot. I began taking him here after moving to Atlanta and realizing that my commute to/from the EAV area tacks on quite a lot of time for him to be alone at home - and with separation anxiety. The staff at Wag are so kind and friendly and I love that they KNOW my dog and get excited to see him. They also tell me little stories when I come in to get him - which tells me that they A. pay attention to the animals and B. they care to know my pet. Meaty is a JRT mix and has a load of energy and after taking him on a regular basis, his separation anxiety has become more manageable if he is ever left home for a few hours while I run errands and, it's such a great help to know that he is getting a lot of that energy run out. I would love to mark them as a "5 star" joint but sometimes Meaty would get out with a faint urine smell on him. I get there are a lot of animals but the extra bath time tends to put a wrench in my free time. I'm sad that my husband and I have moved to a different part of town and thus, Wag is a little out of the way now to run Meaty here. (Pssst! A location in the Midtown area would be fab!) Although I can't make it to the Reynoldstown location for daycare, I will use them for boarding services when I go out of town just because I appreciate the attention and care they show for my spry pup.

Yelp
I'm writing this with torn emotions, because I really believe that Wag-A-Lot is top-notch in Doggy daycare and that they try hard to satisfy it's customers (doggies) and their pets (us, duh). The first thing i noticed is that it smells clean when you get there. So many of these places smell like an episode of hoarders, and the stench smacks you in the face the minute you break the threshold of the door. At Wag-A-Lot, you can see dogs interacting with staff and each other live, both in the building and online. They have tons of great toys, dog beds, and holistic food. They even serve ice cream snacks to your pup if you so desire, and offer fantastic grooming services, ensuring your pup smells delightful upon receipt. But. Our dog has stayed with them twice now and has come home sick on both occasions. After the first stay, she came home with kennel cough, of all things, something she's vaccined for and all dogs who stay there are supposedly vaccined for. Assuming the first sickness was a fluke, we tried a second stay. She came home with bleeding gums and a forlorn/sleepy attitude that lasted a week and was more than just being "tired". And because she's from a hyperactive breed designed to herd sun up to sun down, it was particularly worrisome when she slept 20 hours of the day. We boarded her in part because it was cheaper than paying a deposit and also less stressful (for her) than taking her with us on our road trip. But if after every trip comes a vet visit, I'm spending an awful lot of money, and my dog is definitely being stressed. So, with caution i recommend them, knowing they cannot control what other dogs bring with them. I know they do great job taking care of our beloved beasts, and only wish their patrons would do the same.

Nina M.

Yelp
You can take your dog there if you want to have a dead Dog as the final outcome. The facility took a Dangerous dog from the Decatur location and had him in the play area with my dog. The dog attack and although the facility took my dog to the vet eventually he have to be put down and I blame the lack of care at the Reynolds-town for the DEATH of NEMO Mitchell 'shame in you'!!!!!!!!!
google avatar

Leslie M.

Yelp
Friendly, caring staff in a big facility. My dog Cole used to love coming here and the staff were genuinely happy to see him every time. The groomer is excellent as well. Prices are reasonable and you can even buy packages to save money. They allow them to be very active so I highly recommend a bath before pickup.

Yelp
Our one-year-old boxer/beagle mix just spent her first weekend at Wag-a-lot and everything was awesome! This is the first time that we haven't left her with friends or family if we're away, and I was super nervous because the reviews here were so-so, but she loves their daycare so we figured we would give it a try. She spent Friday and Saturday night at Wag-a-lot Downtown/Reynoldstown and came home happy, healthy, and exhausted. Only a couple minor scrapes, the same sort of thing you'd expect from a dog park, since the dogs are playing with each other all day, and she loves to rough-play. We dropped her off with her bed, food, treats, a blanket, and a toy bone (I told you, I'm a nervous nellie when it comes to my pup! All items were returned in great condition and the bed had been laundered. Upon drop-off, they offered to give her a bath before pickup but I declined, she's pretty easy to bathe at home. But most importantly, our dog was in great condition when we picked her up too, and I think she was even a little disappointed that she had to leave. She slept the whole day on Sunday and is back to her normal routine today, no problems whatsoever. I will definitely be bringing her back to this Wag-a-Lot for future overnights and would recommend the facility to others!
google avatar

Ben R.

Yelp
Whether I am dropping her off for a day or a long weekend, I know my dog is in good hands. She has lots of energy and can be anxious and needy. Without these guys I am not sure how we could leave town. When she was a puppy and we lived in a different part of town we had used the services of one of their competitors. We had no complaints at the time but when we first came to Wag-A-Lot it was clear that Wag-A-Lot was cleaner, smelled better, and better staffed. We can't always get her the hour plus of exercise she needs everyday on our own, so the weekly drop off for a day is a huge help to our family.

Yelp
Devon & Zevon love this place. When we turn the corner onto Flat Shoals Road - they start bouncing all over the car and cannot wait to get in! When they do get in - they are greeted warmly. It is great for us as pet parents to go on and watch the wag-cams - watch out - SO addicting! Then in the afternoon we can browse through the pictures and see what our girls have been up to all day! Then once we pick them up at the end of the day - they are always excited to see us - yet exhausted! So its perfect for those days when we have something planned at night. The decor in there is awesome and their selection of toys and beds are great - just very pricey. They do lots of events - like Halloween parties, back to school nights (complete with class pictures), Bark in the Park at Turner Field, along with lots of fund raisers. You can even get fresh brewed Starbucks coffee there in the morning. Our girls go here once a week and we are "wag-u-lars"! It's fun being out and about around Grant Park and seeing the dogs get excited to see a dog we don't know - but who they know from Wag-a-lot. Awesome place!

Yelp
Our 3 year old lab Luke loves this place. He goes BALLISTIC before we turn the corner. He is VERY high energy and needs alot of excercise, which he gets there. After a long day there, he is usually sacked out within 30 minutes of getting home. The superlatives are quite cute, and very fitting for our dog. The staff is always very friendly, and know Luke by name. We've had a couple times we could not get home in time, and we called them for over night boarding and they were glad to help with food and lodging. It gets a little expensive for a weekly trip, but purchase thier frequent user card and that can come down.

Yelp
I have taken my dogs here several times, and have always blamed injuries and anxieties on the dogs themselves and not the facility. However, I was wrong to do that. The first time I boarded my dog, I noticed blood all over my legs when I brought him home. It wasn't coming from me, it was coming from the dog's tail. This happened both times he stayed there and no one even hinted at a possible issue such as anxiety, a fight, or an injury. This week, I took my dogs to be groomed. One of them just needed a bath while the other had the hair around her ears and tail trimmed as it gets matted. As I was rubbing her belly that night, I noticed they shaved her belly. Further more, scabs had begun to form over her nipples on the freshly shaved spots. Why are they shaving her belly and why was she bloody because of it. I no longer trust them with my dogs. I believe they were being rougher than necessary. Unfortunately, my dog can't communicate that verbally, but the blood and anxiety are enough to convince me.

Yelp
Terrible customer service. I will never take my dog here, which is unfortunate, because it's less than a minute from my house. (My terrible experience occurred while caring for a friend's dog.) Congrats, Wag-A-Lot, because of your assholery, you lost a customer before you ever had me.
google avatar

Blake L.

Yelp
my dog came home w an injury after a grooming. my dog can be a little crazy so i wanted more info. i made multiple attempts to speak to the groomer to hear what happened but she never was available and never called back. of course accidents can happen but the lack of communication makes me wonder what really happened.

Yelp
My pit Jenny absolutely loves this place. At the mere mention of "Doggy Day Care" she completely losses it and makes her way to my car. The staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly. They love Jenny and Jenny sure does love them. They can gladly take my money every week. Also, they provide free coffee in the morning!

Yelp
My 111-lb Rhodesian Ridgeback loves Wag-A-Lot, and the staff loves her! Always reliable care for my precious pooch.

Yelp
We were regulars here for years. Then, my dog contracted canine influenza here. Although I alerted them to his condition, no one ever reached out to show concern or ask how he was doing. He was in the ICU for 8 days, and is still suffering from pneumonia. I am so disappointed in their lack of compassion or concern. I know they had to close down for about a week, and they were on the news due to the outbreak. It was obvious by Tuesday that there was a problem, but apparently they continued to accept new dogs through Thursday. I understand that things happen, and this was an unexpected situation. They would have retained my business had they simply reached out and asked me how my dog was doing!!

Yelp
It just takes one person to ruin your whole experience with this place. We have been going there for a few years now to get our dogs bathed and usually get the best treatment for our pups. I'm not sure if the receptionist named Allison was in a bad mood but she handled our situation all wrong. We contacted the owner and never heard a follow up from him. Apparently this isn't the first complaint about the bad customer service at this particular location. There is another location in Decatur that people in the neighborhood go to because of issues they have had at this location. It was a shame because we really enjoyed going there because of the convenience.

Yelp
We had a terrible experience at Barking Hound Village (Westside) over the Holidays. So, I was very reluctant to bring our 2 dogs to another boarding facility. We heard great things about Wag-A-Lot so I decided to take a tour. I highly recommend it and feel so comfortable about leaving my dogs with the wonderful staff. I love the fact that every dog is "interviewed" before interacting with the other dogs. The facility is much cleaner and well decorated! It is the equivalent of a great boutique hotel. The dogs get to play in a huge space all day and can go in/out as they please. The people have been a delight and the facilities exceeded my expectations! HIGHLY recommended.

Yelp
So I had to take my pooch back. Emergency situation called for a quick convenient drop off. I had a great experience and started taking her back regularly. The staff is all different and they seem to stay constant (before it was always someone new). They know my dog by name and she's always excited to visit. She loves the staff and they shower her with affection. None of the issues I had before exist any longer. I even purchased a 10-visit package and I've used it all up. No complaints here.

Yelp
Through no fault of Wag-A-Lot, my dog was injured at their facility. They did not bother to tell me until I called them to ask what had happened. Because of the delay, I had to put my dog on antibiotics. The main reason I chose this facility was that they were supposed to contact my veterinarian in case of injury or illness.

Yelp
Doggy day care was one of the best things I have discovered since having a dog. I always thought it would be too pricey and never even researched it, but is just $19 for a whole (12+ hour) day when you buy the 10 pack. I have a dog walker who I am very happy with and still walks my dog a few days a week, but for the couple days when I want to tire out my pup so I can relax a bit at night, I bring her to doggy day care. She plays all day and you can even look online as they have cameras setup to watch the dogs play. Yes sometimes the dog is dirty and smells funny at the end of the day... but it should kind of be expected when you have 20+ dogs playing together all day. Within a day or so of bringing her they know who she is the second I walk through the door and are always very friendly. I really recommend this place if you want to give your dog some more exercise and fun for the day.

Yelp
Thank goodness for Wag. My dog freaks out when we turn the corner - he loves this place. He is still, even at 8 y.o., a high energy pup, and I credit his Wag days with saving our furniture. The staff know him by name, on the very rare occasions that I have not made it in time to pick him up they have always been accommodating. Their hours are great, too.

Yelp
I have a Maltese. A friend suggested I take him to this location to see Brian Matthews. I'm so happy I did! He does such a great job on my dog, creating a perfect little puppy cut. Any little details I ask for (fuller legs, shorter ears, longer tail) are followed to perfection. Brian is wonderful and sweet!! If you have a longer-haired dog and love a great cut on them, this is the man to see. :)

Yelp
So many reasons why I love this place and why I now drive from west side to go here instead of the dozens I drive by. Today added one more. We walked in the door and they knew my dog by name. Its a clean facility. The staff are awesome sincere people. I recommend them to everyone.

Yelp
our german shepard stays here for daycare sometimes and just recently spent her first week-end in boarding here. She loves it! and always comes home happy and exhausted!! I like the staff and trust them with our dog. They are always friendly and appreciate it when we ask questions. It's fun to watch the doggies on the webcam during the daytime, see what they are up to. It's a nice feature. The dogs are let outside if the weather is nice. And this location also sells food, toys and can provide bathing/ grooming services. I love this place and it also has our dog's 'paw' of approval! :-)

Yelp
I love this place, but more importantly, my puppy loves this place! He loves people and other dogs he literally leaps from the truck and drags me inside. They have always been very friendly and know us by name. I have my very very fluffy dog groomed here every few weeks and the girl is awesome- my puppy is huge and very hairy, yet she handles him no problem. Whenever I have special requests she always listens and does a great job. I value such a place and it's great because even if he is boarded he gets to play all day and just loves it. it's open and airy so the dogs are able to get fresh air without having them stuck outside in the sun for hours or stuck inside. Best of both worlds! For the people complaining that they have to wait, get over it. 5 or 10 minutes is not a big deal, especially if you are picking up or dropping off during the busiest times - they always move as fast as they can. I mean, it's dog daycare people they aren't going to have a 1:1 worker to dog ratio here. I just wanted to post this since I think some of the reviews are unfair to this place that I adore. I think some people just expect a bit too much and need to relax a little bit. I totally recommend this place!

Yelp
Called to see if they carried the dog food brand we use and the woman on the phone was so helpful and extremely nice. That's how customer service should be!

Yelp
Always great. Convenient for me because it's in my neighborhood, and they've taken good care of my dog. One time when I was out of town my dog was being boarded there, and he was was bit on the ear by another dog during some rough playing I guess - anyway, they took him to his vet and had him stitched up in no time, all at no cost. Thanks!
