Convenient place for dinner, whilst visiting Tivoli. Had made no reservation and the staff found us a great seat for two very quickly. Staff were friendly and efficient, offering us an English menu. Our food was very quickly prepared and was super tasty. Despite Copenhagen being a bit pricey, we felt that the cost wasn't overly more expensive than the UK. Fabulous food, staff and atmosphere. Will definitely return.

Google
Great Asian food! Somehow our food didn’t arrive at the same time, which was a bit weird. But service was very friendly. We were at Tivoli at that time and there were a lot of people in the restaurant. I liked the food very much and asked the chili on the side (which I would recommend doing). Try it if you are close to the place.

Google
I just loved it! Their atmosphere is very cool. They are really nice and careful with allergens. They have gluten-free and vegetarian options. I found the food very different and delicious 😋

Google
From a tasty food to a friendly service with smile, add to it a clean place , you can get an asian/Japanese food as much as delicious as you can imagine. A cold beer which can fulfill your thirst and a drink for refreshing…. All at Wagamama Tivoli Garden/ park

It's a typical tourist trap. Best avoided. It's inside Tivoli, and the interior decoration is inviting and it's Asian, so you would assume that it would be mediocre at worst. But trust me, it's way way worse. And I'll tell the reasons below: 1. Ramen: undoubtedly one of the bottom 3 ramen I had in my entire life. The noodles had no taste, the broth was salty and zero umami. The pork itself was not appealing. Don't go by the pictures, it looks good and tastes the complete opposite. 2. Thai coconut curry with rice (chicken): Absolute disaster of a dish. There are beans for God's sake that adds nothing but takes away from an already below average dish. And again, no taste, just flat. Not sure why. Not properly seasoned too. 3. Pork bao: zero taste of pork. Bao is bao sadly. What can a sad bao do to elevate a dish if the filling is a total fail. 4. Chicken katsu curry mini (for kids): Oh, what a horribly cooked dish. No salt. No taste. My kid didn't eat it so I thought I will finish it, but couldn't. I paid 540 dkk for this dish and I should have just slept on an empty stomach. Run away from this restaurant.

I absolutely loved the mindful cherry lemonade with roses cocktail! It was poetic, delicious, and just the right amount of sweetness, which I really appreciate. The food was fantastic too—so tasty and clearly made with a lot of care!

Pretty average, but fine after a long day at Tivoli. Convenient and fast-ish.

Food was pretty good. Inside Tivoli Gardens. We've eaten in this restaurant before but in Netherlands. This time around it was better. The pad thai was good. The place was so crowded but the service was quick to our surprise.

Yelp
We have ALWAYS loved Wagamama since 1996! So we look for them when we can't find Asian food as we know this will be solid fare! At this locations which abuts the Tivoli garden & amusement park (bonus discovery!) we came by Taxi and there really was no one to greet us for some time. Which felt awkward but I think the lack of employees perhaps is real in Europe as well in the US. We finally got a table, I was amazed to see the menu so transformed into items I always wish they had. There were noodle and rice bowls that sounded amazing. My daughter got a Ramen that seemed classic but she was bummed as they used rice noodle like for pad thai? I got my usual Veg. Katsu Curry~most veggies but esp one was SO over fried I could not bite through or identify~but the Wait person did me a solid and tried to have that one over done aubergine re made for me (+). My other child and husband ordered NEWER items (teriyaki Chicken bowl and a Beef Donburi bowl) and fared super happy so, my 2 cents it to order the newer stuff and maybe avoid Ramen as they are not using Ramen Noodles~which Ramen is really a noodle. Go figure. They totally got food to us in a weird backward order as well~ main, sides, then the drinks, but we had to push for them!~was nearly too full for drinks (Smoothie juices there are always SO good, esp while travelng). Could have been just our waitress? as everyone else around us seemed to get their items in a normal order and way ahead of us! So my score is a 2 and 5 combined with the appreciation that a Wagamama was here & half our family was happy. Hopefully, much better experiences for other people! I would just flag the drinks asap~but we really could never find our person.

Yelp
We ended up here as part of our Tivoli visit. Easy access via the park. Although they were busy, only 5 minutes wait for a table of 4 around 2 on a Sunday afternoon. A decent sized and open dining area. I ordered the Bang Bang Prawns for a light meal. Firecracker Mayo was mild and didn't live up to the spicy billing. Prawns were ok. The rest of the party ordered Pad Thai, Gyoza Ramen and Teriyaki Donburi. Most of our party had been here before and the dishes were ok if you are visiting Tivoli and want Ramen. Service was friendly and attentive. The presentation was impressive. That said, intensity of the spice/flavors just wasn't at the level that I would like.

Yelp
Very solid. Fast service. Devoured. Will go again just a tad out of my price range whilst studying abroad

Yelp
Excellent service. Took pity and found me a spot to sit in the wheelchair. Soup was fantastic and refreshing even with the high temps.

Yelp
I got the nikko with prawn (it's a curry with rice). There's not a lot of seasoning and prawn were slightly overcooked & very SMALL. Would've thought it was shrimp. It didn't impress me. Got mochi balls for dessert, it was OK. Overall, I wouldn't come back but I didn't leave upset.

Yelp
Delicious food! Came in and ordered the chicken ramen, but the waiter was kind enough to tell me to try to order something else. I ended up getting the katsu curry, it was amazing!

Peter K.

Yelp
Food: not horrible but definitely mediocre. Be warned that what's Wagamama calls Ramen noodles are *not* ramen noodles but spaghetti. When we asked the manager about it, they simply told us that those noodles is what they sell as ramen and that if we did not like them to just order something else. I will not be eating there anymore. Service was good and fast despite the place be completely full. Kudos fir this.

Yelp
We're big fans of the Wagamama chain and were excited to visit the Copenhagen location for the first time. Sadly, the food tasted very pre-made and bland. I got the warm grilled tofu salad like I always do at Wagamamas and it was very disappointing. On a positive note, the location next to Tivoli was excellent and the decor was Asian-chic with great lighting.
google avatar

Yelp
We ate here twice during our visit to Copenhagen. They were able to accommodate our boys food allergies to dairy, nuts, and eggs. The staff was very helpful making sure our boys were safe from cross-contamination. I got the bao buns, both the pork belly and Korean BBQ. They were off-the-chain. My wife on the second trip got the ramen and really enjoyed it. If we're in a city that has a Wagamama we'll definitely go back.

Yelp
Delicious food, great service, cozy atmosphere, recommend. Considering Danish prices, the check did not shock us and we left super full and satisfied :)

Yelp
I have a friend who absolutely loves Wagamama and unfortunately we don't have one in South Florida so when we had a long layover in Denmark she was dying to go, so we did. While I've never been inside one, I'm a fan of pretty much all Asian cuisine; whether it's more traditional or a more westernized version like Wagamama, I'm usually down for it. We were seated immediately and of course being Europe, it took us a bit to get our drink orders and then our food orders. It's just the way of the land here. I ordered a pitcher of water because I'm not messing around with refills here since nothing is free in Europe. When it was time to order I went with their chicken teriyaki donburi which is a teriyaki chicken bowl filled with white rice, carrots, seasonal greens and scallions. It also comes with a side of kimchi. After some time my friend's order arrived. My order came literally ten minutes later basically after she completely finished her meal. It was difficult to get someone to check on my meal since servers don't really stop to check on you as they are not earning tips from you. Eventually my meal did arrive, but by that time I was starving and now my friend had to wait on me. The bowl itself was good, but groundbreaking? No. The teriyaki was tasty with the mix of ingredients the bowl comes with. The kimchi was really spicy, but good. I'm not a huge spicy food person so it may not be that bad to you, but I did like it, but thank goodness for the water... Overall the meal was fine, nothing amazing. I'd go again? I guess so, but nothing I'd rush back to. Maybe I'd have a better experience in the states, but it was good to try once.

Yelp
I love me some Wagamama! While this location doesn't seem to be quite as good as its UK counterparts, it is still a great place to get your fix if you are craving their food! First of all you have to understand how it works - big menu, you can order by numbers or name and things come out to your big communal table when it's ready - not in any particular order. If any of those things scare you, then you should probably not eat here. Almost everything I've tried has been delicious, I especially love the Katsu chicken curry, but their Goyza and noodles are amazing as well. Tons of fresh juice options along with alcohol and soda. Toilets are downstairs and are busy but fine. This location operates inside and outside of Tivoli Gardens so make sure you get your hand stamped for reentry.

Yelp
This place was definitely good, but nothing special. It was a cold day in Copenhagen, and we were out in Tivoli gardens, so ramen and Japanese food sounded great! We ordered prawns, edamame, dumplings, and bao buns to starts-- all of which were delicious. The ramen I had was the chicken chili ramen. It was good, but like I mentioned, nothing special. I would say it lacked some flavor and it wasn't as spicy as I had hoped. This is a good place to try and definitely worth trying, but I probably wouldn't choose it again. Still, the experience was good and no complaints.

Yelp
Copenhagen in general is expensive, Wagamama is no exception. Everything felt overpriced compared to the states, and the taste was lacking. Come here only if you want convenient and mediocre Asian food within walking distance to central station and Tivoli garden. One star for the free green tea and attentive service.

Yelp
I have been to several Wagamamas before this and I have always had a good experience with both the food and the service. You get what's expected of a chain like this. It's decent food delivered to you pretty fast. This Wagamamas however was a big letdown. Mainly due to the poor service, or lack of any service actually. We waited a long time to get seated, once we did no one took our order until we asked. The food took a long time to arrive and my partner got her food around 10 minutes before I did. Drinks ended up coming after the food and we never got asked if we wanted anything else to drink later on. We also saw other people having the same experiences. The food was decent but I would definitely be a little wary of this Wagamamas in particular, but of course it might just be a big off day for them.

Yelp
Quite pricy for pretty average westernised Japanese food. It doesn't taste Jap, at all. The chilli chicken Raman is basically a Thai flavoured noodle dish while the pork Raman just tasted a bit non-Jap/interesting. All in all, at least it's hot noodle in such weather! Oh yeah, it's annoying they even charge you for tap water!?!

Yelp
Yo Wagamama so fat that... oh wait, that's probably the wrong ethnic joke to tell in Copenhagen, isn't it? Besides, fat people don't come to Wagamama, at least not this one in Tivoli Garden. It appears to be mostly skinny hipsters and related urbanites looking to eat some faux-Asian noodles. That's right... they ain't fat, they just faux and not even pho. Wagamama even sounds hipsterish and looks it, too, with its sleek community tables and black-clad waitstaff using their wireless PDAs to transmit the orders to the kitchen. Now I'm so used to eating at places like this in San Francisco that I found the vibe gimmicky and pretentious. Unfortunately the food follows the same pattern. I started with the Tori Kara-age (50 DKK = $8.88), which I was expecting to be lightly crisped fried chicken pieces but turned out to be tough and overcooked with a too-sweet chili soy sauce (see photo). This was followed by the Yasai Yaki Soba (99 DKK = $17.57), which appeared to be a healthier alternative since it's made up of whole wheat noodles. But their teppan-frying technique meant it was slathered in oil and coriander vinegar. Toppings were on the skimpy side - egg, bean sprouts, peppers, onions, garlic, mushrooms and a showy clump of pickled ginger (see photo). Just not that satisfying for the price. Yo Wagamama, what up? FOOD - 2 stars...by-the-numbers noodle house given a glam sheen AMBIANCE - 3 stars...hip, modern, communal...not my favorite adjectives when I'm eating noodles SERVICE - 2 stars...did I mention the attitude?...oh and the American hostess who had no interest in being cordial to this Yankee tourist TOTAL - 2 stars...Yo Wagamama so mean that...

Yelp
I love Asian food, and although Wagamama is a "westernized" version of Asian food, I am still a fan ! The good thing about Wagamama is that its a "fast food" version of Asian food. I dont mean that its junk, but it is really fast service. I have never had to wait more than 10-15minuets for my food. Its a nice place to grab a quick delicious lunch. Good for big and small groups because there are many different dishes to pick from, or just for a nice meal between 2 people. If it was up to me I would go to Wagamama at least once a week, and just order something new of the menu each time. The place: I find that almost all Wagamama's look the same, so the interior here is probably the same as 99% of other Wagamama's. The staff at Wagamama Tivoli mainly only speak English but very friendly. You dont really have private tables at Wagamama unless you are big group, because again its a "Fast food" restaurant

Yelp
Just what you'd expect for a theme park eatery. They charge for tap water (about $1USD). This experience was disappointing, as I was excited to see this Wagamama, because the last time I'd been at one was in London. The food was fine, not salty, which I liked. If you're entering from Tivoli, you need to wait by the entrance for a hand stamp. The sign is not too obvious, so we walked right past it, trying to get a hostess's attention, and we were admonished for not waiting by the entrance.

Yelp
This location is right by the Trivoli Amusement Park. Plenty of seats here. There's two different "levels". We sat In the front part of the restaurant. The bathrooms were downstairs and they were clean. The new menus haven't made it to this location yet. I had the Pork Ramen and the vegatable gyzo.

Yelp
I had been wanting to try Wagamama's for such a long time, as I had heard they had Ramen on their menu. Having lived in California previously I really miss Ramen here in Denmark so I was excited to finally go and try out the place. When my boyfriend and I sat down we were told by the waiter that food wouldn't necessarily come out together, but come out when it was done, which I didn't think much of at the time. All together we ordered ordered: Apple, mint & lime juice, chicken gyoza, chili beef ramen and wagamama pad-thai with chicken. Lets start with the juice. I actually really liked it. It was very refreshing and really tasty. Perfect balance of mint & lime and I really enjoyed it. The chicken gyoza was pretty good. I don't have much to compare it to as I usually don't order gyoza, but I thought it was a nice starter. Now for the main entrees, we're back to what I said earlier about food not coming out at the same time. My boyfriends pad-thai came out first and my food didn't come out until about 10 minutes after. Maybe that doesn't seem like a long time, but it is when he's staring at his food wanting to be polite and wait for your food to arrive and his food is getting cold. I just find it to be an odd concept that food doesn't arrive at the same time (or close to the same time). He ended up starting his food without me, which of course is no problem but by the time my food arrived he was already quite a ways into his. Would just be nice if people could eat at the same time. But anyway, I had a bite of his pad-thai, and It was pretty good actually. Not the best pad-thai I've ever had but it satisfied my tastebuds. My ramen however, terrible. If you're a ramen lover like me, don't order it. Just don't do it! The broth had barely any flavor, which is a pity as that's what makes up a good ramen. The meat was also just ok for me. Didn't have much flavor, so all together it just didn't do anything for me. I'm giving it 3 stars since their juice, gyoza & pad-thai was pretty good, but the ramen just really killed it.

Yelp
I travel to Copenhagen often for work and was excited to find a ramen place close to my hotel. Being from Chicago where there are some great ramen joints, I was hopefully optimistic about this place, seeing as how the food scene in Copenhagen is deep and broad. Unfortunately, Wagamama did not deliver. I ordered the gyoza and the pork ramen (clearly not tonkatsu ramen by its description). The gyoza seemed to be of the previously frozen variety, steamed and then quickly pan fried. Soggy, mostly tasteless. Dipping sauce was fine. The ramen was likewise tasteless. The noodles seemed fresh but again no flavor. The broth was a clear chicken base and they dumped a lot of fresh spinach and green onion in it. Almost seemed like it was slightly pho influenced. The pork was super fatty, which isn't a problem in itself for pork ramen, but again, no flavor. They put some duck sauce or something on top of it, but that's really just like sprinkling salt on top of a cooked steak. Doesn't add any depth to the flavor. I also ordered the apple mint ginger juice and that was the highlight of the meal. Refreshing and crisp. Service was great. The servers were fast and attentive. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Prices were ok by Copenhagen standards. My whole meal was 300dkk, including 20dkk for flat water that I didn't ask for but ok. All in all, if you absolutely must have hot noodle soup, this place will get you by. Otherwise, I'd skip it.

Yelp
Super place to stop while visiting Tivoli. A hot bowl of ramen and a refreshing cup of green tea and you are fortified for the next adventure. duck yakitori with a tasty sauce Shrimp curry with a spicy kick And Wagamama ramen with a bit of everything All go well with green tea. Now you are ready to get back out there and battle that monster cotton candy ball.

Yelp
Ramen in copenhagen...WHAT?! It does exist! This might be the only ramen place in copenhagen and i had to try. Located right around the corner of the infamous Tivoli and they opened til 10p (which is great cause of lot of shops closes early) Great open space with bench styled seatings and booths as well, you don't feel crammed at all Service was nice - ours told us about the freshness of the ingredients and was there if we had any questions. Mind you, THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL RAMEN SHOP - dont expect the same as you would any other ramen-ya place. The menu was huge! Ramen had about 6-7 options, and there were also curries and appetizers...nice I ordered Chilli Ramen with Chicken Pork Gyozas Chicken Katsu Curry DISCLAIMER - i had very low expectations for this place...just cause...you know...copenhagen + ramen = didnt really add up Ramen - NOT BAD AT ALL...broth was unique and had a spice to it...like an indian spice and not a HOT spice....it had a bit of a kick but not much, sensitive eater though..beware...my friend said it was spicy. The noodles were the wavy thick kinds and it wasnt bad either...maybe cooked a bit too long cause it was on the softer side. Chicken was grilled and sliced...more like a salad type chicken versus for soup. Overall...the ramen was way better than i expected and tasted better than some places in NYC. However, towards the end of it, i was getting sick of it Curry - BLAND BLAND BLAND - it looked bland when it came out..the curry was very light...kinda watery light and the chicken katsu was sitting on the bottom next to the rice. Eating the curry with the rice was like eating water mixed with curry powder. Dont try Goyozas - eh...they're goyozas...the skin was like in between thin like most goyozas and thick like a dumpling...nothing TOO fancy overall...it exceeded my expectation but again...my expectation were low... but if you're out there...WHY NOT just TRYY

Yelp
Hot, crowded, slow slow slow, easily confused (brought us to our seats, only to make us wait again). Charged 5 crowns for a single glass of tap water. When I asked about it, the waitress said "it is not in the danish constitution that water should be free." This has been bugging me... 1) Was she being sarcastic? - There are many things NOT in the constitution that one does not normal charge for, like a seat or the restroom. 2) Was she confused? - Does she think that you must charge for a single glass of tap water if there are no government regulations demanding that you do so? 3) Is she a liar? - Does she expect me to believe that they are passing through the price they pay for water, if so then each toilet flush must cost $50. All in all I'm fine with paying for water - I expected to be asked if I wanted still or sparkling and to be charged for mineral water of some kind - I'm NOT OK with paying for water that isn't listed at a price on the menu and consisted of turning on the tap. Ramen: Over salty - sea food under cooked - pork way over cooked and dry
google avatar

Christa S.

Yelp
Service: just OK. They were busy, but not THAT busy and food arrived (incorrectly based on what we ordered) before drinks. Food: standard wagamama fare - reasonable quality for the price point. Atmosphere: casual and vibrant... right at Tivoli Gardens Their location keeps them busy, I would think, so consider reservations or be prepared for a short wait. They also do takeaway in convenient to carry boxes.
google avatar

Sam E.

Yelp
Very bland flavor in their sauces, noodles are over cooked. "Cup of noodle" has more flavor. Would not recommend. This place is great for newbies who never had Asian food, thinking it's awesome. It sucks. Do not waste your time and money. Their management is a mess, they brought us to the upper level and said 3 minutes is the wait time. Then we waited around for another 20. The tables are cleared and ready for more customers. Then I approached the guy who said 3 minutes. He blames everyone else.
google avatar

Daniel C.

Yelp
The place has a multitude of food options to choose from. I started off with the crispy duck lettuce wraps with tamari sauce. This was a great appetizer as the duck was crispy and tasted delicious. The lettuce and other veggies like green onions had a good crunch with a fresh taste. I would definitely recommend ordering this to start. My main meal was the wagamama ramen, which is pretty much the ramen with the most meat such as grilled chicken, barbecued pork, mussels, and prawns. All of these ingredients, along with the half tea stained egg, menma, and onions had a good flavor. This is mainly what I liked from the dish. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed with the broth. It is made from miso, ginger, and chicken; however, the flavor was so bland! This lack of flavor from the broth ruined my overall opinion of the dish. Broth is very important to the complete flavor of ramen; Wagamama totally failed. If I were to ever come back, I would have to try the other food options.

Yelp
This was at least my fifth stop at a Wagamama in different cities around the world. Had some Ramen as always and different kind if starters (cauliflower, chili quit, gyoza and edamame). In this Wagamama in the Tivoli they also have some fine danish craft beers.
google avatar

Brianna W.

Yelp
We went during a random time so it wasn't busy at all but service was still really slow. Seemed to be a trendy atmosphere and felt clean. We both enjoyed our food and found it to be very flavorful. Portions were bigger than expected leaving us with leftovers.
google avatar

Danie R.

Yelp
Surprisingly, this was not ridiculously priced. I mean, it kind of is, considering I've been to Wagamama in the states and I know how much these items cost there... But this are fine prices for KBH, especially for Tivoli! Service was wonderful. Our dude server was nice and explained to my date how everything worked here. Things were seamless. Kimchi was mediocre, which really disappointed me because I was craving kimchi BAD! Yasai chili men was good, but I substituted rice noodles for the soba because i was giving my body a break from gluten... I think that was a mistake because it really watered down the entire dish. The flavor was good, but not as strong as it should have been. The yasai katsu curry had tempura'd veggies in an awesome curry sauce with a nice salad and rice. In love with this dish and I would order it over and over if you let me. Best dish, clear winner.

Yelp
After 10 days without my Asian food fix in Scandinavia, we stumbled upon Wagamama and was so thrilled to get our fix. I first had Wagamama in the UK 20 years ago and remember it being delicious but not the case this time around. Maybe it's because of the Ramen boom in Canada in the last 5 years which bought my ramen standard higher than it was 20 years ago. Don't get me wrong, the noodles weren't bad but just not as good as the ones back home. Plus at the price of $25 CAD for a bowl of ramen, lets just say it did the job and satisfied our cravings but we won't be coming back here anytime soon
google avatar

Yelp
The service is good. We ordered ramen and rice noodle green curry. Everything tastes fresh and yummy. They ran out the egg on my noodle and gave me price reduction

Yelp
This wagamama is an integrated part of tivoli and is very tourist friendly. You can enter the restaurant from both sides and they pride themselves in running the restaurant in a very japanese style. The decour itself doesn't imply anything asian, but the way they serve the food does. This means you have no guarantee to get your food at the same time, but the waiters also makes sure to tell you that, when you get seated. We ordered different meals and a side of dumplings and I received a cold dish and returned it to the waiter, once I found out it was cold - the waiter was really sorry and got me a new one pretty much five minutes later, but that could have been avoided all the same. The plate wasn't even warm. Neither was the plate on my second dish, but the dish itself was pretty steaming hot this time and it tasted pretty fine. Our dumplings arrived almost after we had finished our food and the taste was bland, to say the least. My own dish was nothing special, but tasted ok. The rice tasted like they weren't salted. But my friends dish was absolutely amazing. I actually wanted to have her dish instead of my own - it was that big a difference. It is okay to have a difference in your menu, but not _that much_ Due to the way the restaurant runs, it also felt a little rushed. We weren't given much attention by waiters - but when you are five waiters for roughly 200 people, it is not really that easy to do.
google avatar

Mark A.

Yelp
I ventured to Wagamama to dinner while walking around Tivoli Gardens. First, it seemed hard to get any waiters attention to be seated. But, we finally got seated (I had to go get my own menu because I wasn't given one). The options are plentiful and it was also aok for my vegitarian friend. The food was good, but there were many shortcomings: The food comes out when ready, which is fine but - The layout of the restaurant seemed very innefficient. My friend ordered a salad which came out when she was 3/4 done with her actual dinner. The salad seemed to have been forgotten about until we asked about it. The service is just bad, which is unfortunately a typical Danish problem. The waiters are clearly just there to work and serve food. Nothing more (Danes don't rely on tips, and it shows in every aspect of the service sector). I would rate the restaurant higher based on the food and relatively reasonable price, but just have a hard time with the Danish quality of service. Of which Wagamama is a perfect example. A warning to American's, don't expect a bright eyed, smiling server that will engage in small talk, because it won't happen here.

Yelp
Nice to finally have Thai food away from the burger and Danish food places all over the city. Food a little bland and service not good, but prices are good (compared to the rest of Copenhagen) and it was quick. I recommend the Pad Thai, it is the mat flavor able thing on the menu. 3 stars because be prepared to get food 10-15 minutes after the rest of your table.

Yelp
Excellent food and service! If you like asian food coocked with love and passion, you've come to the right place. I have only kind words and offer my strongest recommendation! Keep up the good work!

Yelp
This Japanese restaurant is way below average. I went in having low expectations only to have my expectations lowered even more. If you've never had authentic Japanese or Asian food then you might enjoy but since I've both went to Japan and have amazing Japanese restaurants very close to me in California this was absolute trash. We first got the cauliflower, gyoza, and the calamari. The cauliflower was ok it was mushy and over bathed in some chili sauce. If that's what you like then go ahead and order it. The gyoza tasted like pre dozen dumplings that are sold at Costco. Finally, the squid was probably one of the best things they had my only complaint was that the squid was pretty chewy maybe because it was over cooked. I got the chicken katsu curry. The chicken was decent but the coating should've been more crunchy. Their rice to sauce ratio was wayyyyy off. I barely had enough rice to cover my chicken with the sauce. Although the sauce added almost nothing. It just tasted like they took a teaspoon of curry powder with 200 gallons of chicken stock. I was disappointed to say the least. I also tried some of my mom's yakisoba and I was very disappointed in this as well. The yakisoba didn't have its traditional seasoning and tasted like it was bathed in soy sauce. When trying the seafood ramen I strongly disliked the noodles they tasted like they took Italian pasta and threw it in some toilet water. It was incredibly mushy and reminded me of baby food. The broth was mediocre it just tasted like the broth out of a container. Overall i would not revisit this restaurant, I would go to the McDonald's inside the train station instead.

Yelp
Didn't get my food on time, although I payed and waited 10mins like they said. Then I had to run to catch a bus to Berlin. So now I'm on a 7 hour bus drive, on an empty stomach.. :'( Refund?

Yelp
I was excited to find a Wagamama in Copenhagen and came here for late lunch with much anticipation. I used to love Wagamama when I lived in London, and somehow I am always expecting that level of quality in all the Wagamamas I visit (which is my downfall). I had the raw salad with the house dressing and the beef miso ramen. The salad was generous in portion, but I barely tasted the dressing and there were way too many red onions. Seriously, half the salad was composed of red onions. I know bc I ate around most of them and the uneaten onions filled half the bowl. The beef miso ramen was OK. The steak was of good quality, but the broth was very salty. There were hardly any vegetables in the dish and I wasn't too crazy about the noodles, which tasted like it was overcooked and soggy. The service was a bit lacking too. I visited during the off peak hours and the restaurant had only a handful of customers. While they were quick to take my order and serve the food, I had to flag them down to get the check. I think the place was understaffed because it was off peak. I'm debating on a return visit to try the other dishes. The other reviews don't sound too promising though so I may have to move on to the many other restaurants offered in Copenhagen.

Yelp
Ordered shrimp and vegetable dumplings, pad thai with prawn with lemon and lime beverage. Side Note: water is .75. Dumplings are lite and AMAZING; notl greasy. Nothing like this pad thai in all of NYC! The drink is refreshing. Tender chicken. .. atmosphere is fast paced so be on your toes, wide open airy space. Food is served as done, individually. Prompt and attentive service. Bathroom gets a plus. This is a good chain.

Yelp
I am actually not a fan of wagamama - the food is OK, but I really don't dig the whole 'your food comes when it comes' kind of thing they've got going on. Unfortunately, nearly everyone I know likes to hang out here so I am often dragged along. I get that it is convenient fast-foodish and somewhat healthy - also, I have to appreciate the fact that they are so good at adapting to dietary needs such as gluten allergies etc. But I really do prefer more cosy places more like cafés and less like cafeteria. But given the popularity, I guess that's just me.

Yelp
Don't know why this place was rated with only 3 stars. We ordered 3 diff kinds of noodles and we loved them. My beef ramen noodle soup was really delicious and with a lot good quality beefs. I am from Texas and am very picky about beefs, but I can tell you their beef steaks were high quality! The soup base was flavorful. My wife ordered chili ramen and my daughter got stir fried udon with Chicken. They both liked them. I will come back again tomorrow and try other flavors before we head back to TX in 2 days.

Yelp
This place is great for all the reasons it seems to get bad reviews in Danish. Food comes as it is ready, not in any particular order and seating is open and communal. It is, after all, a noodle bar. Is it as awesome and authentic as that little place in San Francisco or London that only you and your friends know about? No, it's not. But it is the only noodle bar in CPH and the restaurant equivalent of Thievery Corporation: pleasant, sort of exotic and totally safe. Go with it... *Kid friendly!

Yelp
Four of us ate here before visiting the cinema. Green tea is free, but is best avoinded. The starters are reasonable, however, my main - a chicken curry - was rubbish. The sauce was like something from a fish and chip shop (and not a good one). Nice atmosphere, fine service, bad food.

Yelp
Good food and nice atmosphere. Went with friends and had a really good meal. Lot's of good things to try with a nice twist on traditional Asian fare. I will be back.

Yelp
This restaurant specializes in noodle dishes, and although it is a chain in the UK, it is a bit of a stand-out in Copenhagen. It's located just around the corner from Tivoli and a short walk from the main station. The decor is clean and modern, which we found very inviting. We stopped in late in the evening when the place was not too crowded and had a super and attentive server. We had Yasai gyoza (veggie dumplings) in a delicious sweet ginger sauce, teriyaki salmon soba (outstanding) and chicken tama rice. We topped it off with yummy creme brulé. The prices are moderate, but they are fair for the quality, service and atmosphere. Great for a date.

Yelp
The fried rice was completely flavorless, but the rest of the food was not too bad. However it was very loud and our food took a long time to come. But they do get bonus points for how friendly and helpful their staff was.

Yelp
The tamed was delicious!! The broth had a lot of flavor to it. Interesting name this place has. Would definitely pay a visit if you were in town.
