Stayed here with family, including small children. The location can't be beat, right on the water with easy access to the beach. The room was large and comfortable.
However, first impressions are everything in the hotel industry, and here Wahoo Bay dropped the ball, big time. We arrived at 6pm and had to wait on our room because it wasn't cleaned yet. When we finally got to the room, there was no hot water and we had to ask multiple times for that to be fixed. By this time we were hungry, so we went down to the restaurant, only to find that many of the items on the menu weren't available and when we finally did find something to order, we waited a very long time on our food.
This place has potential. Clean up the details, learn a few things about customer service, and I'll be glad to come back.
