Very well curated store. The design makes you want to shop more. The lady however was quite rude and made me feel as if I was in HER way while I shopped as she was bustling around to get the store opened and organized as I arrived about 10 minutes after they opened. The young man however was a gem. His customer service was absolutely wonderful.

I visited Wait and See for the first time in July 2025. I really liked the store's concept. The selection is excellent. You can create a look for both everyday wear and special occasions, and in both cases, you'll be noticed in the best possible way. I chose a look that could be worn to a party or every day, with just one change. This is a distinct advantage of the store—the ability to create a wide variety of combinations between the items on offer, as well as, at a minimum, the basics everyone has. A special thanks to consultant Lisa, who helped me choose the right outfit. It's incredibly important when a consultant at a store like this has excellent taste and can instantly put together several looks based on your preferences.

This is like a museum for Milanese style. The clothes are so well curated and picked, I specially love the collections they make in collaboration. The customer service has never surprised me, I’ve always felt it can improve a bit, make the client feel WELCOMED.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this store. Went in with my daughter and the assistants treated us as we were going to steal something.. my daughter saw them and ask me to leave feeling super uncomfortable. It was extremely disrespectful. This was my first and definitely my last visit. Good bye social media too😡

Absolutely adorable boutique and totally worth the 3 miles I walked to get there. Such a colorful and happy vibe--I love the shorts I bought. The staff are super friendly and speak excellent English, which was super appreciated as I'm still working on my Italian. Would definitely return!
