If you're looking for a fantastic rental home in Newport, look no further! This property is perfect for families of all ages. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious layout allowed everyone to find their own cozy spot, while the common areas were perfect for our family gatherings. The location is also ideal, close to local attractions, shops and great restaurants! We couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories together. Highly recommended!

This is the perfect spot in Newport!! We went for my 50th with my family and had the BEST weekend! Each room has their own bathroom, clean comfy beds, great kitchen for cooking and everything you need! You can walk to everything downtown!! It was the perfect place for us, and could fit more very easily and comfortably. The hosts are amazing! Definitely give them five stars!!!

Once again, we had an incredible time at 5 Waites Wharf!! Lisa and Billy have everything you need, the rooms are large and the beds are soooo comfortable!! Each bedroom has its own bath and the house is in the heart of town so we are able to walk everywhere! We have stayed at 5 Waites Wharf at least 5 times and already have plans to stay again and again!!! Thank you Lisa and Billy!!

Just returned from a great family getaway at Waites Wharf Cottage! Super convenient location, very clean and spacious and well stocked. Beds are comfy and house has everything you could need. Owners are amazing and helpful too!

Waites Wharf Cottage is an amazing vacation home! The home was spotless when we arrived. The location is fantastic. We walked everywhere. My 87 year old mom was with us, she said she felt like she was staying in one of the Newport mansions. The host was so helpful with suggestions on where to shop, eat and sightsee. Highly recommend! Parking on premises was awesome!!

Everything about this house is fantastic. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient. The house was perfect for our June trip to Newport for a family wedding. The house provided much more space than we would have at a hotel; we could be with our four adult children and share living space but still had plenty of room to ourselves. The location is great, and it is easy to walk to downtown Newport. Communication with the hosts was superb—all directions were clear, and any questions were answered. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and can highly recommend renting this house!! Thank you so much for a great stay!

The Modern Cottage at Waites Wharf exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable beds, full bath and showers in each bedroom and great AC! The location was great-walking distance to O'briens, downtown, shops and restaurants. Very clean and quiet. We look forward to coming back whenever we are in Newport.

This was a perfect location for our extended weekend for a wedding celebration! Lots of restaurants & shops close by & easy to walk to. As some mentioned there is an outdoor bar across the street but with sound machines in each room we didn’t hear them at all. And having 4 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms was so helpful! Check in & out was very easy as well. Really enjoyed our time!
