Stayed three nights in a two bedroom unit. Great view of trees and green fields. The unit is old but comfortable, plenty of space. The general store and the museum are just across the road. Wifi wasn’t great inside (good out on the deck), but mostly affected by the rain. I would stay there again.

We arrived to check in early just as the receptionist was going off to lunch. It didn't phase her one bit as she signed us in. The grounds were immaculate, view to the bush across the paddocks stunning. The swimming pool was a bonus, they also have a spa pool right next to the pool, and a playground. Goats to feed on a paddock next door that the children thoroughly enjoyed. We did a bushwalk for 1 and 1/2 hours that takes you up the top of the hill to look back at Waitomo. Stunning views. The walk is not for the faint hearted. There was a family with 3 young children who just had such an amazing time. Amenities veryclean and tidy. Bonus for me was having my very sentimental watch found and handed in by Danielle the receptionist after I had left it at the pool. Thank you so much!! I thought it was gone for good. Hubby thinks the Wifi is a bit in and out but it might have been his phone, lol

Excellent accomodation for a family. A Very comfortable queen bed in the shared area with lounge, then bunk beds in the separate room. The shower pressure is excellent. Good kitchenette with modern, quality facilities, fridge with good sized freezer. Even plunger coffee! TV had all the apps to use. Such a handy location to everything as well. Brilliant

Nice and quiet. Excellent service and cleaning. We always get a self contained unit when we stay away, with Top 10. Girls loved the pool, spa, and tv room (with books and toys) Addition was the animal farm next door🙂 Their new member robo lawnmower did not disappoint. Would highly recommend this place when visiting Waitomo Caves. Thanks team for the wonderful getaway!

The stay started well with a very warm and friendly greeting and check in.||The park is scenic with plenty of grassed areas and laid out well with amenities central to the sites and with a pool, hot tub and childrens play area. Amenities were clean and looked like they had been refreshed recently, but no plugs in the sinks meant that I probably used more water than I needed to.||The park is just a short drive from the Waitomo/Ruakuri caves.

This is a beautifully kept site, the grounds were immaculate and the facilities were very clean. Ye staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing advice and guidance. The kitchen and bbq area was spotless but also a very nice communal space. Whilst we've done lots of camping being brits we hadn't come across campsites with kitchen faciltiies before and this was very welcome in a cramped motorhome and the facilities here were top rate. The laundry facilities were reasonably priced and the addition of card paying machines to operate the equipment was welcome. Most of the motorhome sites were quite small and close together with not really enough room to put out your awning or sit out but i suppose most people like stay here a couple of nights to see the caves so it was perfectly fine. They have chalets/cabins to rent and these looked very nice. If you do visit make the effort to go a little further than the caves as Marokopa falls and Mangapohue natural bridge are worth visiting both free. Also the restaurant Tomo across the road sells reasonably priced food and has a good atmosphere.

A lovely park overall. The staff were super and facilities were really good. Men's ablutions undergoing renovations so they'll be great when completed. I'll be happy to stay there again next time.

Lovely clean camp-grounds and facilities. We were in a caravan but took advantage of the hot showers. Great spot across the road from the museum and shops and a short drive or walk to the caves. A bonus for us was the rugby field where we could exercise our dog.
