Nice and quiet. Excellent service and cleaning. We always get a self contained unit when we stay away, with Top 10. Girls loved the pool, spa, and tv room (with books and toys) Addition was the animal farm next door🙂 Their new member robo lawnmower did not disappoint. Would highly recommend this place when visiting Waitomo Caves. Thanks team for the wonderful getaway!

Excellent accomodation for a family. A Very comfortable queen bed in the shared area with lounge, then bunk beds in the separate room. The shower pressure is excellent. Good kitchenette with modern, quality facilities, fridge with good sized freezer. Even plunger coffee! TV had all the apps to use. Such a handy location to everything as well. Brilliant

This is a beautifully kept site, the grounds were immaculate and the facilities were very clean. Ye staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing advice and guidance. The kitchen and bbq area was spotless but also a very nice communal space. Whilst we've done lots of camping being brits we hadn't come across campsites with kitchen faciltiies before and this was very welcome in a cramped motorhome and the facilities here were top rate. The laundry facilities were reasonably priced and the addition of card paying machines to operate the equipment was welcome. Most of the motorhome sites were quite small and close together with not really enough room to put out your awning or sit out but i suppose most people like stay here a couple of nights to see the caves so it was perfectly fine. They have chalets/cabins to rent and these looked very nice. If you do visit make the effort to go a little further than the caves as Marokopa falls and Mangapohue natural bridge are worth visiting both free. Also the restaurant Tomo across the road sells reasonably priced food and has a good atmosphere.

If you're going around New Zealand this is a great place to park overnight if you're looking for a bit more amenities and especially if you're visiting the Waitomo Caves. Easy to book online, great parking spots for big camper and, both powered and not. Water, waste facilities, kitchen, bathrooms, showers and even a pool, TV room and reading lounge.

It was a great stay in our two bedroom motel room with a comfy bed! The kids loved the bunks which had great sturdy rails. Clean place with great ammenities - the kids room, pool, spa and go carts were a bonus for the really reasonable price! The staff were friendly and approachable. The only slight downside was the uncomfortable couch that we sat on in the evening. Would definitely come back!

Lovely clean camp-grounds and facilities. We were in a caravan but took advantage of the hot showers. Great spot across the road from the museum and shops and a short drive or walk to the caves. A bonus for us was the rugby field where we could exercise our dog.

Loved our stay here with 2 of our kids. Lovely quiet rural setting but central to Waitomo and a short drive to visit some local walks as well as Otorohanga and Te Kuiti. Kids loved the pool(s) even though it's winter! Rooms had everything we needed (we stayed in a motel room) and service was top notch. There is a small (independently owned) petting zoo at the back of the property with goats, pigs and chickens. There is a cafe/restaurant on site (check opening hours) and a general store/cafe across the road open 7 days from 8:30-6pm. There is also a small pub/eatery open for dinner (The Tomo), which was also across the road so a great place for dinner and few drinks.

Beautiful location. We told them we would be arriving around 9pm but arrived 3 hours later (for to delayed flights). There was a note at reception left for us, very easy to park into our powered campervan site.
Facilities were clean, hot showers that were not timed. And a robot lawn mower keeping things tidy at night!
