This place has delicious Sunda food, The indoor seating area is cozy, and I love that they have both lesehan and regular chairs. Everything is really clean, which is a big plus. The staff are also friendly and welcoming. The service was remarkably quick, which we all appreciated. The atmosphere felt cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed gathering. It's a great place to enjoy a meal and good company.

Sundanese Wok restaurant on Jln TB Simatupang near Perhutani. With quite limited parking space. The interior is very attractive with ample space, providing a comfortable feeling for dining and chatting, really impressive. There is also outdoor seating available. main menu Nasi timbel, fried gurami, chicken satay, nasi timbel, stuffed tofu, fried rice, karedok, gado2, and other Sundanese dishes. fresh tea drinks, juices etc. Have implemented health protocols. It's a good try for those who like Sundanese cuisine in a comfortable atmosphere.

The food is delicious and the place is also beautiful. The price is relatively affordable, around 100k per pax, our group of 5 meal was around 490k. The gourame sup was spicy, the genjer belacan was also delicious. I ordered the es campur wajan, it had tapai inside.

When the resto first open their sayur asem tasted really good but as time past the taste and quality of it wasn't that good as they chopped the veggies too big and it was a bit hard, and the broth was quite sweet not enough asem. But other their sayur asem the empal, chicken, bebek, gurame and other food their is great. And the atmosphere is really great.

Nestled along Jalan TB Simatupang, Wajan Sunda offers a delightful culinary journey through the diverse flavors of Indonesia. The food at Wajan Sunda deserves special mention. The menu boasts an array of traditional Indonesian dishes, each bursting with authentic flavors. From the sop buntut to the spicy nasi goreng, the food captures the essence of Indonesia on a plate. The taste is good. However, one drawback that I noticed was the portion size. While the flavors were undeniably delicious, the portions were somewhat small for the price. As a hearty eater, I found myself wanting a bit more after each dish. For those with bigger appetites or sharing meals, this might be something to consider. The restaurant's ambiance and layout contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a family lunch or dinner. The waiters were prompt and reasonably attentive. On the downside, parking can be quite challenging, especially during peak hours. The limited parking space might require some patience to wait, or creativity to find a spot nearby. However, once you step inside the restaurant, the charming ambiance and flavorsome dishes will surely make up for any initial inconvenience. Wajan Sunda is a thumbs up, especially for group dining. The food is good, though the portion sizes might leave some diners desiring more. The restaurant's warm ambiance and family-friendly layout make it an excellent choice for gatherings and casual meals. Wajan Sunda is definitely worth a visit, just be prepared for the parking challenge during peak hours.

So, this is a relatively new Sundanese restaurant, I have been wanting to try. Finally I had a time to give it a try. First impressions, this place is nice, there is no stairs to climb up to the main area, which is good for disabled people, aside from the spacious parking lot. Ordering menu was relatively easy, however it took me ages to wait for the food to be ready, more than 30 munites. There were various kind of sambal, but not many choices of fresh vegetables. The food taste good, so at least the waiting time was not wasted. The price was quite expensive, for 2 persons we had to pay IDR 250k. Well, my opinion towards this place is: try of you realy have time and patient.
