Amazing experience. Cosy bar with great "frenchy" sake. The food, delicious. Every ingreident was fresh and tasty. Karaage with wasabe mayonaise is a killer. And the winner is definitely the raw maquereau with vinegar and ginger. Hats off to Yves for taking care of us that night 🙇‍♂️

Tasting menu was perfect. Pre menu cocktails also very nice! Service and experience was faultless. Would absolutely go again and highly recommend⭐️

I booked the table the same day and was not aware or made aware that we will be seated downstairs and not at the bar which kind of tainted our experience. There is no signal downstairs and I felt sometimes we were forgotten (e.g. one of us had to go upstairs to tell the waiter that we are ready to order). The food and the drinks are good quality but portions are running small and are way too pricey for the size of it. Even though our waiter asked us if it was our first time, he didn’t feel the need to explain us anything. When ordering my second drink, I asked for a recommendation and his response was that it depends on what I eat. This was after we just ordered the whole menu 😂.

Hidden gem in the heart of the 5th. Definitely worth trying, the concept of the sake brewery is very unique. The place is intimate and welcoming, the staff is friendly and the vibe is just perfect.

Came 3 different times this year, always a fantastic experience. Food is amazing and the sake pairing dinner is definitely worth it, but a classic bottle and some tapas also do the job. A must do in the area if you like Japanese food.

A unique Japanese cuisine experience in the heart of Saint Michel quarter. Authentic and refined cuisine by a Japanese chef. Friendly service. The match between sake made in France and suggested dishes is just perfect. If you are looking for something different and want to be out of the tourist crowd then this is a place for you.

A delightful discovery where they service sake that is produced in France with ingredients that are freshly grown here as well. Enjoyed a sake tasting to determine which one we wanted to order and the food matched perfectly with our choice of sake. Really friendly service and good quality! A great overall experience.

One word : perfection ! This restaurant was our plan for Christmas Eve, and it was a very nice experience. We had a lot of different meals, Karaage, porc belly cooked for hours, onigiri and other. Every meals was so flavorful, so different to what we are used to eat, it is so good !! The people are very welcoming, explaining how their Sake is being pressed and done. We even had the chance to have a taste of their Mikan Sake which is an exclusive Sake only for a couple of weeks. It’s made out of mandarine juice. All in all, what a nice place to have some real Japanese food, travel in Japan right in the middle of Paris !
