WakeMed MyCare 365 Primary & Urgent Care – Ten-Ten

Visiting from out of state for Christmas and my son hurt himself. This was the closest Urgent care to our location. The establishment was super clean. Front desk staff was extra friendly and reassuring. The doctor that treated my son was very patient and kind. Thank you!

I've been to this location multiple times and on many instances it's taken too long to be seen for urgent care. (Estimated wait time can be an hour up to 2) (Front desk) Pam is kind, and compassionate. She is thorough and listens to each concern while completing registration. (Facility) The facility is clean, and they are equipped with good medical professionals, however when I have been here I am told they are short staffed or do not have the equipment needed for a proper diagnosis. If you need somewhere to go for a general visit, or primary care, this is a convenient location. However, if you are in need of an urgent care, I recommend a different facility that doesn't estimate a 1-2 hour est wait time each time for urgent care. Not everyone will be able to wait that long for an urgent care visit.

Easy in and easy out. There was no wait, and I was seen within minutes. They got me diagnosed and by the time I got home, my meds were ready for pick up at the pharmacy. While I wouldn’t recommend getting sick on Christmas Eve, if you have to, you should come here for treatment.

The entire team is great, from the beginning to end. They truly care about their patients. Trust and integrity are hard to find in most doctors offices, but this one definitely has outstanding care practices. You'll see.

Receptionist was the nastiest, most unhelpful person I’ve ever had to deal with in a medical setting in my 31 years. Took my little guy here due to an allergic reaction. This place is only 5 minutes up the road from us, and it was an issue that was NOT ER worthy — yet the receptionist took his insurance card, looked at it, and told me to go to his primary care doctor, they won’t take him there. It was a Saturday. The pediatrician is closed. That’s why I’m going to an urgent care to begin with. Because it’s outside of normal business hours and this place doesn’t operate on normal business hours. It’s an urgent care office. Instead, she sucked her teeth and told me “sorry” and closed the window. So I had to drive my child to WakeMed ER in Cary, where we waited two hours for a problem that would’ve been easily taken care of in less than 10 minutes. I don’t really understand what the point in this place is. An urgent care office is the place you go when your regular doctor’s office is closed and it’s not necessary to bring them to an ER. Avoid this one. They’re a waste of time and their front office staff are incompetent and unprofessional.

I’ve come here twice now. It’s been cool and the doctors are kind and friendly. Very convenient location and you can be seen very quickly. The office staff in the front and the people that you see before the practitioner need some work though. They aren’t professional and some of them seem like they don’t want to be there. No smile, no hello, nothing. If they fix that It will be a lot better here. Oh and another note: They don’t see babies under 6 months I believe, which is very ANNOYING.

Front Desk- wonderful! Nurse taking my vitals - outstanding. D.O.-I saw- arrogant, complaining to me “ It’s been a long day” & not acknowledging my true concerns/ not really listening to this patient. This D O- has a lot to learn as his bed side manner is terrible. I had no response after requesting a script needed- waiting 72 hrs tor someone to call me back. I was told by answering service-“ You must wait 48-72 hrs for a response”. Worst experience ever here. Would not recommend.

I came down with a cold and needed to make it go away before I went back home to Arkansas. My sister, who lives here in Raleigh took me to a WakeMed clinic. I was impressed with the staff there. They were very caring and very professional and took care of me. If I ever need to see a doctor again while I am here, I will definitely go to WakeMed.

This is a relatively new facility but if you have been to one WakeMed MyCare facility it will feel very familiar. I've been pleased with both the service and the speed of this facility. Everyone I've encountered has been nice, the system is easy to use to book appointments, and the staff is caring and professional. I really they that they take a holistic approach to health, they always ask about mental health, and they seem to genuinely want you to be your best and healthiest self. I'm a fan and I'm glad this location is here - it's very convenient.
