Overall a nice budget hotel well located. Rooms are small but cozy - ok for 1-2 nights. Overall quiet and modern design. No cabinet or racks to keep the cloths. Only a few hangers on a coat rack. Sink in bathroom unclean, full of hair below the plug - that was really disgusting. Check in staff was not very informative. Other staff at later time at reception was very friendly and helpful. Parking is in shopping centre behind hotel. unfortunately cannot reach directly from hotel. Bike rent available and bike was fine and price ok. Nice restaurants and breakfast places around, too.

It was very quick and easy to check in to this hotel for an overnight stay between a work trip and getting a flight the next day. The wifi and desk was good enough to get some work done before I went and the breakfast would good. I would have liked a kettle or complementary tea and coffee available though.

Simple but comfortable. The hotel feels clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for walkability with all manner of services available within a 2 minute walk. The location also shows off a lot of the Danish cultural uniqueness and beauty of Aarhus well, like lots of bicyclists everywhere and cute pedestrian-only areas and bicycle-only roads. The hotel saves money by cutting down on services like room cleaning, and yet the price didn't feel low enough for that to make sense. Depending on when you visit, only the more expensive rooms might be available (as it was for me); the only thing you get with the more expensive rooms are a better view, so I don't feel it's worth it unless it's your only alternative. Would happily return in the future, although I would make sure to order well ahead of time to get one of the cheaper rooms.

The location is really good and the rooms are okay too. The bed was clean and the room was fresh. However, the person at the reception was VERY unprofessional. We did the check in the machine (so she didn’t have to do anything). However , the screen closed before we saw or room number. When we said to the woman at the EMPTY reception and asked for help, she was NOT happy to help us. So why does she work at the reception? Why not hire someone that actually wants to work? Besides that, nice place to stay.

The hotel is great for its value, but generally it’s very mid. The room same as on pictures, it was clean, comfortable and had everything for sleeping, however, the ugly curtains and windows to the bar area of the next building won’t allow me to put 5 stars. The breakfast is also very mid, basic bread, meat, cheese, coffee, pastries, but again, it’s good for its value.

I was given the option of staying here for a work trip. It looked fine in the photos but there were some issues with my room and the hotel. Firstly, as others have noted the single pillow is rather inadequate for a comfortable night's sleep. The duvet failed to cover the queen sized mattress too, so a couple may struggle to keep warm. There were additional towels and a bigger duvet in a drawer under the bed but no spare pillow. I could have asked for one but I found the reception staff to be cold and unfriendly. Secondly, there was a strange noise that continued all night, like a low machinery humming. It was not too loud but might disturb some. Lastly, black-out blinds would be welcome in summer.|There are no "extras", the (paid for) continental breakfast buffet was fresh and fine but a toaster or other hot food options would be nice. The bag store is expensive too. I'd not stay here again on either a personal or work trip.

I don't think I ever met a desk clerk with such a bad attitude. Asking a simple question to double check something doesn't warrant the kind of salty response I got, or the change in attitude that followed. That's ridiculously unprofessional, and it's unacceptable to the point where I am genuinely considering avoiding this place in the future. The rooms are nice except that the bathroom seems more like a glass cubicle placed in the main room, rather than a separate space where you can have some privacy. The location is excellent, though, which makes up for this to some extent.

I had a overnight stay at the hotel. The room was very basic without much extra. It was very quiet, even though it’s located in the city center. The breakfast was simple but okay. The hotel’s location is perfect in relation to Aarhus city, and you can park in the parking basement next door. All in all, a good experience.

Yelp
This is a hotel it seems well managed. The rooms are small but adequate and very efficiently laid out. They are bright and clean. The bed is comfortable. A nice flat screen TV. This hotel is a very good value for Aarhus lodging. If you need a fancy hotel with a large lobby in this will not meet your needs if you're looking for a comfortable safe and clean place to sleep this hotel more than or meet your needs. I will definitely stay there on my next trip!

Yelp
I am totally on the fence about this place. I think this concept is great for a single traveler - but we were three. We sprung for a "large" room - there was barely enough room to turn around. The bathroom is ship like - tiny but functional. The pillows suck. The room was uncarpeted. There isn't a comfortable chair to sit in and there isn't any storage space save for a rod with four hangers. The extra bed was a flip out chair - the teenager thought it was the worst thing ever. And yet - it's cheap and centrally located and we had two terrific meals at different restaurants less than a block away. Parking was in the garage at the adjacent mall. Finding our way from the garage to the hotel lobby was not exactly intuitive. Paid 150DKK per night (about $23US).
