The oat cappuccino, the cinnamon bun, and the vegan banana bread were super delicious. The barista was also the sweetest person ever! Definitely worth a visit when you’re in the area.

Bringing the Cold brew culture to the Netherlands? Sign me up!! I got the Grapefruit spritz cold brew and it was delicious. I love that their menu offers beyond the basic that every other cafe has, even specializing in cold brew coffee (which is rare to get in this country but hopefully Waikiki can change that). Great taste, atmosphere, there’s indoors and outdoor seating area with friendly service!

The coffee is delicious. I ordered two flat whites. The pain au chocolat was warm, although it was not homemade, but it was tasty. They have a small seating area.

First and foremost, this was far from what one would expect from specialty coffee. The double Americano was overly diluted, lacking any depth of flavor, and served in an oversized mug that only emphasized its watery texture. The cappuccino was equally underwhelming, with poorly prepared cream that lacked the smooth, velvety texture essential to a good cup. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing and failed to meet even basic expectations for quality coffee.

Solid speciality coffee shops, but those come by the dozens in Amsterdam these days. Because this place is a chain, they would struggle to match a place like Yusu or Toki. If it weren’t for their unique nitro and spritz coffees. I tried a latte which was good and absolutely average, in terms of speciality coffee place but their grapefruit spritz was fun and truly something different, and the kind thing that you go back for. It’s also a relatively kid friendly place and their babycinnos are for free, a rare treat in Amsterdam—where coffee bars will charge you for the air you breath Color scheme weirdly feels a bit like Macdonald, except here they care about health produce and paying their people (both the baristas and the bean farmers well)

Alejandro and his very pretty colleague are not only insanely kind, but make the best coffee and matcha in town! Their ethical committment to pay their farmers fairly also made me feel better while sipping on my banana bread matcha!

I've been coming here almost on a weekly basis for several months now, and I can't thank the staff enough for their consistently friendly and inviting attitude every time. Great atmosphere, only wish there were more savoury food options and not only sweets, otherwise love the place!
