Bought beautiful earrings here and the clasp broke on first wear. Reached out by phone then website and email with photos and receipt warmly asking about replacement, store credit or refund and was ignored. Perhaps shop is focused more on tourists passing through (like me!) than repeat customers, since the customer service was so non-existent. Bummer!
update: I posted this review and within hours received response from owner - awesome. Unfortunately as I paid via Apple Pay and hit "no receipt," I did not have an order number. I sent credit card statements clearly showing purchase amount, biz, date, plus more photos of product, but was told insufficient. Owner requested I (pay to) mail broken item back as "tangible proof," which while understandable, would eclipse point of refund/exchange/credit etc. Only posting this tiresome headache of an update so others can be sure to get a receipt, because otherwise, you're SOL.
