I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel in Interlaken.||We were very disappointed to find that the room we were given had no air conditioning, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during the warm summer nights. When we attempted to open the window for some fresh air, a number of wasps entered the room as they had built a nest nearby. This created not only discomfort but also a safety concern.||We immediately contacted reception to request a room change, but we were told that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative could be provided. Instead, we were advised to keep the lights off and the windows closed to prevent the wasps from coming in — a solution that is far from acceptable in a room without air conditioning.||This experience significantly affected our stay and did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel in such a popular tourist destination.||We hope you will take our feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
