Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis

The hotel is world class. They had everything I wanted and needed. The room service chef was fantastic and a special thank you to Emanuel Ragab who looked after me and my room everyday. The best hotel I have stayed at so far. 10/10

The Waldorf Astoria in Cairo was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Service was top notch, from the attendants at the front to the front desk, to the housekeepers. Room was great and clean and perfect! They acknowledged that it was my birthday and had cake for me in the room and had ballon’s and a setup waiting. Also when I went to breakfast they also sung happy birthday to me and gave me cake! Couldn’t ask for a better stay. And the hotel isn’t that far from most things and the airport is close, CAI airport

My new fav spot in Egypt! Amazing lobby, nice rooms, & very hospitable staff.. They just need to increase # of receptionists to avoid long wait for guests & hopefully maintain their level of cleanness. The spa is really nice 👍🏼

What an absolute pleasure to stay at this property. They made our welcome to Egypt extra special from the moment we arrived at the front desk to our stay here. Guest relations at its finest. They offered us check in hours early as we had just arrived from an international flight, the room was perfect. When we returned from exploring the city, there was a sweet surprise in our room along with a message from the personal concierge Mahmoud Abd Elaziz. We have already booked our next stay at this hotel while on this trip.

The hotel is a class apart. It is very close to the airport, which means it is a bit far from old town. We can get to downtown in about 20 minutes by cab. The botanical garden themed lobby is beautiful. The rooms are also spacious and amazing. The service is amazing in par with any Waldorf Astoria. The breakfast spread is also amazing.

Absolutely amazing experience at the Waldorf Astoria Cairo. As a HH Diamond member, this property was one of the best I've ever stayed at. The breakfast buffet was stunning, and the very attentive staff were great. Abeer & her manager Peter were very welcoming and gave me a bag of treats to take with me on my trip. Absolutely no complaints and would gladly stay again.
