Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah

As soon as you walk into the hotel you can immediately notice that nothing is going to be too much trouble, staff are polite friendly and helpful. The entrance is beautifully designed/decorated, smells amazing and very clean. The pool is a decent size (no slides ) and a good sized adults pool (we didn’t use it as we have 2 children). A special mention to Borzo and his team who ensured we had everything we needed around the pool area. He is polite, friendly and kind and again nothing is too much trouble for him. Also Abhi, Raghu,Akram and chathura are really friendly, helpful and work very hard. All the team do a fantastic job especially having to work outside in the heat. The beach is lovely, lots of sunbeds, staff clearing the sea of jellyfish, sea urchins to ensure swimming in the sea is safe and comfortable. The view from the beach and the sunset 55 bar at sunset is absolutely beautiful. Perfect opportunity to get some beautiful photos. For us we felt like the hotel was the perfect size, although there were probably lots of people staying here it never once felt too busy or overcrowded. The restaurant and cleaning staff are also polite and again make sure everything is done to the highest standard. The hotel is perfect for what we needed, a chilled relaxing holiday.

This was our 6/7 trip to the Waldorf and the experience continues to be the VERY BEST of any hotel we have stayed in. Every member of the team are superb, and the hotel, view, atmosphere and rooms are just beautiful. We always feel so lucky to be able to stay here and so love that so many of the staff we see when we come back are still here from all our previous visits which makes the experience so special. The Pearl Club is just such an amazing feature of the Waldorf and is another main reason we come back time after time. There is nowhere that matches this club in any other hotel. We’d like to say a huge thank you to Borzo at the beach for looking after us again so superbly - making us feel so special from the minute we arrived and letting other areas know we were back in the hotel after a last minute booking. Deepak was fantastic when we arrived at the hotel, helping us with our room location, helping us organise our luggage whilst we waited for our room as we arrived early in the morning and for helping take delivery and store some e-scooters and helping us use them for the 1st time which was so much fun (with tuition from Denis ! ) Thanks as well to Hasan for organising hiring of the e-scooters - all his help was much appreciated and so efficient and also to Hamid who looked after us from the minute we arrived as he has done in all the previous years we have been to the WA. The Pearl Club Team were fantastic - Eshan and Jennifer were doing a terrific job the whole time we were there - so helpful, caring and both so efficient and especially when it was so busy ! Fantastic job by both of them. And thank you for the beautiful flowers which made me feel so special. The food this year was even better than in previous years and the afternoon tea blew us away - best and most creative we’ve ever seen anywhere. We had our final visit to LAO, which we love, as we know this will have changed when we come back - and the food and service were as fantastic as ever with great menu advice from Laquill (apologies for the likely incorrect spelling). A thank you to Samir for looking after us again this year in our suite as he has done in previous years - such a lovely person. A final compliment and thank you to everyone that set up the beautiful bar at sunset55 - what an amazing addition to the hotel - makes such brilliant use of that area and looks gorgeous and whole area is so welcoming. All the team and Mangal at sunset55 looked after us so well this holiday - we loved it ! I cannot express enough what a magical hotel this is - staying here truly makes us so happy, special and relaxed. We can’t wait to come back, thank you again to everyone for such a wonderful holiday.

We have just returned from another wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The service is second to none and the staff really do go above and beyond to make you feel so welcome. It was lovely to see the staff so genuinely happy to see us back! Special mentions must go to Raghu who served us around the pool always with a welcoming smile, Borzo who always made sure we had everything we needed during our days at the pool, all of the lifeguards by the pool who would happily throw the ball back to my son, Tamim in the club lounge who looked after us at breakfast and during afternoon tea, Chef Rahul in the main Restaurant who always made sure we were happy with the food and our housekeeper Papu who kept our room spotless and amazed us with his towel art! We had a truly wonderful stay here! The service was absolutely outstanding. A special thanks to Paul and Sujan, the lifeguards, Aziz from the pool team, Nadeem and Hamid from reception and Santhul from the breakfast team — they took such great care of our son and really made us feel at ease. I also have specific dietary needs (no seed oils), and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate me. They even purchased beef tallow just for my meals, which was incredible attention to detail. The location on the Palm is a little farther from Downtown Dubai, but the complimentary shuttle to Dubai Mall makes it very convenient and helps save on taxi costs. Overall, the service completely won us over, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We left truly happy with our experience!

The hotel from the service everything is in immaculate condition. Food menu has lots variety of options. Fawad the waiter was very sweet and kind. Overall, all the staff is very helpful. Omar went out of his way to make sure we had a warm welcome. Hats off to the chef. Food was very good. I loved how they put the biryani in a traditional dish takes me back to my roots.

We had a great time at this hotel. The facilities were amazing and the staff were fantastic. They were very welcoming and accommodating to any needs we had. The pool staff in particular, Borzo and Jayan, were very helpful. They would regularly check in on guests and promptly refill the ice buckets of water. They would offer to clean guests’ sunglasses and would provide fresh towels when needed. Overall great stay at this hotel and would recommend!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at — everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. Our room was spotless, service attentive yet unobtrusive, and the grounds immaculate. The cuisine across the property was outstanding: inventive menus, fresh ingredients, and consistently great flavors at the restaurants, poolside, and via room service. Special thanks to the Kids Club — Amy and Hannalie were fantastic with our child and made every visit a joy. Beautiful beach and pools, top-tier amenities — highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah! Everything was truly on the highest level. I also want to highlight OMAR at the reception –he was simply the BEST! Super friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. He made me feel very welcome and taken care of throughout my stay! The rooms were spotless and cleaned several times a day, which made the experience feel extra luxurious. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect Dubai getaway 🌴✨
