Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Have to congratulate David Wilson the GM of this fabulous hotel. We are staying for a week and have to say the hotel runs like clockwork - we just can’t fault it. From the facilities, amazingly comfy beds, to the excellent food quality and choice. But what really makes it a great hotel are the staff. Always on hand, never have to wave at a waiter in the restaurants for attention and all the staff throughout the hotel wear a smile, always a nod and a good morning/afternoon. Finally a very special mention to Wasim Rahaman at breakfast incredibly personable and efficient and Samir in housekeeping very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure !!

This is our second visit and we loved our stay just as much as the last. Every detail is thought out to provide a really nice experience for guests. Khaild Nadilc who was the beach attendant was very attentive and always provided a great service. Also Edith who works in the restaurant was very friendly and kind especially with our daughter. Although i have named two staff, these just stood out to us but we could not fault any of the staff who were all so keen to ensure we had everything we needed at all times. We will be coming back again for a 3rd visit and would recommend for families and couples.

I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for two days and had a really pleasant experience overall. Everything from the ambiance to the service was great and made the stay very comfortable. I’d especially like to mention Priya at the check-in desk, who was warm, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth. Also Ravindra at the breakfast area stood out for his kindness and attentiveness—he really added a personal touch to the mornings. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and the staff truly made it memorable. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Their friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel not just like guests, but truly valued. The food and drinks were excellent, the service was prompt yet personal, and the overall vibe was relaxed, stylish, and unforgettable. It’s rare to encounter a team so consistently professional and kind. In summary, the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah delivers world-class hospitality in every sense. The hotel, food and service were all absolutely outstanding. The Team the most attentive and happy we have ever had the pleasure of staying with! Special thanks go to Suraz who looked after us during our stay. He made sure our room was spotless, we wanted for nothing and were surrounded by a veritable menagerie of beautiful towel art. We had an absolutely amazing stay. We found the staff to be attentive, professional, kind and caring. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. It is a great place to relax and unwind outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed the pearl club during our stay which was very lovely. The food was excellent and the chef was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions.

We truly appreciated the small details and his caring attitude, which made us feel very comfortable and well looked after.
