Google Review Example (Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah) Overall, our stay at the Waldorf Astoria was quite good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. However, I have to mention that the side facing the skyline is currently impacted by construction noise in the early morning, which makes it impossible to use the balcony—there was a lot of sand and dust as well. On the positive side, I would like to give special thanks to Amy from the Kids Club. She was truly fantastic with the children, very patient, responsible, and clearly experienced in her role. Also, the young woman at the front desk who speaks Chinese was extremely helpful, professional, and made our check-in process much easier. The housekeeping team responded very quickly and kept our room clean and comfortable, and the concierge staff, especially the young woman who assisted us, was always friendly, sincere, and professional. Although there were some aspects that were not ideal, the kindness and professionalism of the staff made our holiday enjoyable overall. Thank you to the team for their hard work!

rom the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, beautiful, and peaceful. The location is perfect—it’s on the Palm, so you get amazing views of both the sea and the city skyline. My room was large and very clean. I loved the balcony where I could sit and enjoy the breeze. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was elegant with a big tub and walk-in shower. It really felt like a five-star stay. I had breakfast at the buffet, and everything was fresh and tasty. I also had dinner at their restaurant, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. The staff were kind and always ready to help with a smile. What I loved most was the private beach and the pool area. It wasn’t too crowded, and it was easy to relax. I also got a massage at their spa, and it was one of the best I’ve had—very calming and professional.

Stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for 11 nights in July 2025. We booked a Pearl Club room which provides full lounge access - breakfast, afternoon tea and evening refreshments. We have stayed at the Waldorf several times as well as other hotels in Dubai and worldwide. |This is our favourite hotel. The standards of cleanliness, food and above all the service from the staff are fantastic. In every department the staff are truly exceptional. Everyone from reception, Pearl lounge, poolside staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping are so friendly and helpful and cannot be faulted. Thanks to all of you for making the Waldorf so exceptional.

We recently returned from an unforgettable holiday at the Waldorf Astoria and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.||The service throughout the hotel was exceptional — attentive without being intrusive, and always delivered with a smile. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team and the restaurant servers, made us feel like valued guests. We also enjoyed Pearl Club access which is worth every penny and the staff offer a very personal and friendly service.||Our family suite was spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a stunning view of the Dubai skyline. A special thanks for Yasintha and Shautha for looking after us!||Dining at the hotel was another highlight — we enjoyed a variety of delicious meals at the on-site restaurants, each offering high-quality dishes and excellent service, as a celiac I received special gluten free meals directly from the chef.||In short, we had a fabulous holiday and can’t wait to return!

Stepping into the Waldorf Astoria felt like retreating into a serene seaside palace on the Palm. Spacious rooms and terraces offer sweeping skyline and Gulf views. Days drifted by lounging by the elegant pools, strolling the private beach or unwinding in the spa. Staff were graciously bespoke—warm, attentive, effortlessly luxurious. Perfect for a restorative escape, though a taxi ride away from Dubai’s main buzz.

This hotel is incredible, a lovely hotel with fantastic staff, especially Meraj who took care of the rooms. The room was serviced multiple times daily to an incredible standard. The hotel has its own beach and two swimming pools - most definitely required in the summer. We also dined in the LAO restaurant, again the staff here were wonderful & food was 10/10!

We were enjoying our stay in Waldorf Astoria. Hotel is wonderful. Rooms are clean and beautiful. And stuff is amazing. Special thanks to server Arman in beach side section. Definitely, we have to come back again and again. We can strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.
