Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah

We stayed here recently for 4 nights while celebrating our 40th Ruby wedding anniversary. We booked a Pearl Club room but was informed a few days before we were arriving that the Pearl Club lounge and rooms were undergoing a refurbishment and there were alternatives arranged , so we had access to Social restaurant for breakfast and afternoon tea and Serafina bar for evening libations and canapés. Both were very nice with amazing food and drink choices. As diamond members we were upgraded to a suite on the second floor which despite not having the best views over the Palm was very nice and comfortable. Extra amenities arrived which included fruit, water, dates and a delicious chocolate cake. Housekeeping had arranged a beautiful towel art of swans and rose petals which was a lovely touch. |The hotel grounds are lovely with lots of greenery. We used the adults only pool and were lead to plush sun loungers by the fantastic pool staff who provided us with bottles of chilled water in ice-buckets. The ice was refreshed several times after melting with the heat. |We loved our stay but was somewhat disappointed as we wanted the Pearl Club experience for our special occasion. |We are returning next month so hopefully we will sample the newly refurbished lounge and rooms. |Huge thanks to the lovely Lana at checkin and our lovely host Jennifer who greeted us nightly and remembered our drink choices. |Look forward to seeing you all on our return .

rom the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, beautiful, and peaceful. The location is perfect—it’s on the Palm, so you get amazing views of both the sea and the city skyline. My room was large and very clean. I loved the balcony where I could sit and enjoy the breeze. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was elegant with a big tub and walk-in shower. It really felt like a five-star stay. I had breakfast at the buffet, and everything was fresh and tasty. I also had dinner at their restaurant, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. The staff were kind and always ready to help with a smile. What I loved most was the private beach and the pool area. It wasn’t too crowded, and it was easy to relax. I also got a massage at their spa, and it was one of the best I’ve had—very calming and professional.

The Hotel but especially the staff made our vacation very comfortable and excellent. Everyone was so cute, and caring and thoughtful! My mom and me would love to thank you for this great stay and that you very such lovely hearts. |And next to the staff the food, location, cleanliness, restaurants and pools and beach of the hotel was wonderful. This hotel is one of a kind! Before I mention anything about the resort, I must give an outstanding credit to the staff! Especially the pool staff & cleaning staff. They truly do so much to keep the resort running the way it should and your efforts are noticed! The rooms!!! Get the master suite facing palm view! Just breathtaking. Ask for room 310! The breakfast is super yummy!!! There’s so much variety. Kitchen staff are nice and helpful. Thank you 🙏🏽 for making my stay a lovely memorable one ❤️

Dinesh santosh and david are amazing!! They made my trip to Dubai the best possible ever!! They made sure we had the best beach chairs and lots of cold water because it is very very very hot in Dubai in June!! They let me stay at the beach after the sunset so that I could reflect on the amazing time I have had and my adventures while staying at the Waldorf Astoria! I feel so blessed to be here and these 2 young men were a big reason why!!

Santosh and Dinesh were very kind at the beach and gave great service! They took care of us and made sure we had fresh ice water in the heat. They did a great job at making us comfortable at our cabanas and pumped up our floaties when we needed them. They gave us great service and it would not be the same without them! Thank you Santosh and Dinesh!!

and my family We would like to appreciation for Mr.Seyam. His professionalism and outstanding service truly stood out during our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, regularly checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. His warm and attentive approach made us feel at home, and because of him and the the restaurant team, we enjoyed our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back very soon.

I stayed in Waldorf for a week, was on the 1st floor, and had amazing housekeeping staff. They ensured we were looked after and went above and beyond to ensure we have a stress free stay. The staff everywhere at the hotel were amazing. The services and food were brilliant.
