I had an incredible experience at the spa! From the moment I walked in, the reception was warm and welcoming, especially thanks to Al Anoud, who made me feel right at home. The massage I received from Fabia was absolutely amazing, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for top-notch service and a relaxing atmosphere.

I had an absolutely incredible massage today at the Waldorf Astoria spa! From the moment I arrived, Al Anoud at the reception welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism — she instantly set the tone for a relaxing and luxurious experience. My therapist, Femia, was truly exceptional. Her technique, attention to detail, and calming presence made the entire massage unforgettable. I left feeling refreshed, balanced, and completely renewed. Thank you to Femia and Al Anoud for making my visit genuinely outstanding. This was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return!

Elaine & Alnur provided friendly, warm, and highly attentive service during breakfast, which truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The Waldorf Astoria Qasr al Sharq is a luxurious hotel located on the corniche in Jeddah. The hospitality was good, but no better than at other 5-star hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast was à la carte and of excellent quality. The room was incredibly spacious, with luxurious decor, and the bathroom was also very pleasant.

Absolutely exceptional experience at Waldorf Astoria Jeddah! The rooms are stunning, the service is beyond excellent, and the location is perfect. I would like to give special thanks to ( Flora ) for her outstanding hospitality — she was incredibly professional, kind, and made sure every detail was perfect. Third time in this Cafe. I don't live here. I came only for the clean environment, quality of coffee, and good treatment of waiter. I usually come in the evening. I asked the receptionist in the hotel the name of waiter. She told me Pricilla. Pricilla was so nice with me of all time. Thank you so much Pricilla. Thank you for you treatment and your service

The hotel is undeniably beautiful and luxurious with stunning architectural design and impressive attention to detail. However, all the bathrooms had a very unpleasant odour that the hotel was unable to resolve during our stay. The swimming pool area was disappointing : old, poorly maintained, and in need of renovation. The service there was also very poor, like no one wanted to work. Breakfast was served by Elaine, who was absolutely wonderful and attentive, but overall the breakfast quality did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. Room service was satisfactory, and the reception team were quick and helpful. The location is decent.

Im not sure I ever stayed in a more beautiful property than the Waldorf in Jeddah! From all my texts with the front desk staff answered so quickly, to the room upgrade, and the incredible attention to detail to each and every room I walked in and out off, it was perfect!||I was promptly greeted by Abdullah from the front desk, who was extremely professional, friendly, and gave me great insights on the city. He went out of his way multiple times, as even walked me across the street and watched the really cool fireworks show for National Day.||The room was completely insane, as it is one of the most beautiful rooms I've ever stayed at anywhere in the World. The decor, the big chandelier, the spacious comfortable bed, and the amazing shower pressure, it was amazing. The welcome drink and the extensive snack display was also a nice gesture!||The rest of the property was also just sublime. The giant chandelier in the middle of the staircase, the multiple rooms with stunning designs, and the outstanding breakfast, just added more to my stay. Mohamed who served me breakfast was also an all-star, as he also took time to gave me great insights on what to do in the city.||I will never forget my stay here, not only because I felt like a rock star the entire time, but because of all the incredible amenities available. The 12th floor lounge next door at the Hilton, and their amazing pools and gym also added to this. But more importantly, Ill never forget my stay because of Abdullah and Mohammed who welcomed me in their country with open arms, and made me feel like part of their family. Shukran!
