Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah

I have just spent 10 nights at the Waldorf Astoria RAK and the overall experience ws excellent, however only gave the experience 4 stars because there were we few points of improvement (some out of the hotel's control) - generally, the staff were amazing and always helpful, polite and happy. Our room was serviced twice per day by Farooq and always left it spotless (even though we were quite messy - sorry). ||BREAKFAST - The breakfast team were very efficient and always happy to see us. Especially Trang and Ruben who were always on hand to assist. The breakfast food quality was excellent however there wasn't too much variety from day to day. After 3 days we found ourselves having the same thing for breakfast for the remaining 7 mornings. ||BUSINESS CENTRE - I used the business centre on 2 occasions and on both occasions, the facilities and printing were very good - 5 stars for the centre||POOL + BEACH - Exceptionally clean area and never a shortage of sun loungers and/or lounging areas. F+B choices were good (a bit on the pricey side) and happy hour was very much welcome. A possible area for improvement could be the introduction of more adult activities in and around the pool area||GENERAL HOTEL - The Security and valet team at the entrance of the hotel were exceptional, always greeted us with a smile and a conversation if they had time. Also they advised us on local attractions. Stephen (Security), Naresh and Bishnu (Valet) were also very helpful and friendly even when transporting us to the golf in a buggy !!!||We have been visiting RAK for over 20 years and met Kaje back in 2007 - he is now working at the Waldorf Astoria and instantly recognised us from our previous visits. This level of customer service is a credit to Kaje and the hotel is extremely lucky to have someone of this calibre with them. ||The hotel refurb prevented us from having a complete Waldorf Astoria experience however I very much look forward to visiting again when the hotel is fully open.

Fashionable hotel, all details, interior made of high-quality materials, huge rooms with beautiful furniture. What's the cost of bed linen - very soft. Food and restaurants in the hotel deserve special attention. Some dishes are presented only here from all over the UAE!||The sea is beautiful, the pool is huge, there is enough space for everyone, there is a constant feeling of privacy. You will visit a real fairy tale, starting from the entrance to the hotel.||All the staff surrounds with care and attention!||I would especially like to note the high-quality work of the staff of the main restaurant! Moumen and Laubel were very attentive and caring!||And Jaymar in Japanese restaurant worked so well that we went back to the restaurant again; and we would love to have dinner every night.||Employees work perfectly, respond to every request, quickly solve all tasks and issues.||We recommend the hotel for a high-class holiday and a secluded atmosphere

I had such a great time at the hotel it was my first visit with my father and my husband we are really enjoyed it. Big thanks to everyone working there, from the reception team to the housekeeping. They were all super professional and kind. The room was clean, smelled really nice, and was very comfortable. You can tell they pay a lot of attention to the details. Also, the complimentary cake was a lovely surprise ❤️ we really appreciated it! I want to extend a big thank you to the valet parking team, the lifeguards, the staff who provide towels, and the security team. All of them were always smiling and warmly greeting the guests, which made the atmosphere very welcoming. I can honestly say that the professionalism throughout the hotel was impressive, and I didn’t notice any mistakes or issues during our stay. Honestly, everything was perfect and I have no complaints at all. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience

Unfortunately the most beautiful part. The tower is not lightened up anymore since more then a year. The hotel was undergoing a very long renovation… now i came there today, for a nice coffee with a pretty view. To find out that AGAIN, the windows are tinted, construction is going on again. And while trying to enjoy my expensive coffee I could see, nothing. What’s going on there the last 2 years is not Waldorf like at all. There is a lot better options around for half the price.

had an incredible stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The swimming pool was spotless, spacious, and the perfect place to unwind during the day. The beach was just as impressive—clean, peaceful, and with stunning Rooms that made every moment feel special. The staff were warm and professional, always ready to help, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. I’m already extended for 1 more day! I would like to thank Ms. Turkan Gurbanzade, the personal concierge manager. As a Hilton Gold member, she treated us amazingly well, made an exception for us which reflected her dedication to treating me superbly well. She also upgraded our room to a sea view room. I have also received daily messages from Ms. Botakoz Sultan, my personal concierge, who is very gentle, kind and devoted to making sure the whole experience is a very pleasant one. The hotel is just magnificent with all the quiet luxury you can expect from a Waldorf Astoria. The breakfast was amazing and so was the service, especially Micheal from the Philippines at the waffle and crepes station! He was so enthusiastic and friendly all the while serving delicious food (especially the waffles)! Thank you for a great stay! 😊
