- Location: 10/10. Could not be better. Literally a 2-min walk from Lucerne main station. The station has all the shops you need & also there is a Migros just opposite the hotel. Old town is also within a 10-min walk across the bridge. - Room: Very good sized room with a small balcony. The bathroom was also quite big & spacious. The TV was a smart TV which was fantastic too. The staff were lovely as well. We did not take the breakfast, so not sure about how it is but their restaurant looked really posh.

Service is good and kind. Also the rooms and the bed are good. Location is just perfect for moving around. The only downside is how badly isolated the rooms looking at the street are. This is probably one of the worst nights at a hotel I have spent - since there is a bar nearby, there was very loud noise and people shouting until 4 AM.

We stayed here during October 2024. Ideally located close to Luzern train station. It's a fantastic hotel with very warm staff. The property is super clean and good food. Special thanks to Noraly Frammhaiz for making my birthday special 😀😀😀

Nice hotel and exactly as expected. Some reviews were worried about the proximity to the train station but I can confirm that this is not an issue. The staff were nice and the room was clean. I can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t eat there. But the local town of Lucerne is one of my favorite cities to have visited.

Close to main station and a short walk to the old town Restaurant (closed Sunday) great food and service. Really good breakfast 🥞 All staff professional but friendly and knowledgeable

The location is perfect 3min walk to central train station Service even late at night the front desk assisted me in getting ice Rooms are also perfectly size, even the toilet has a good size I could say the hotel could pass for a 4star hotel

Hotel is located in the middle so it's convenient to travel. But hotel don't give room service or don't help carry your luggage. They don't offer water even during checkin. Breakfast buffet has hardly any variety. Everyday same menu. Restaurant closes so early so if you come from a tour you have to be sure you had your dinner because nothing you will get from the hotel. Not even a bottle of water you can purchase. They just talk politely but neither give any service nor they are helpful.

Excellent location, close to train station, just few minutes walk. Room is clean. However, there're no AC, I stayed there in Aug, and only 1 fan (not strong enough). I was sweating whole night and could NOT sleep well. Breakfast is acceptable, but if you need special eggs to be cooked, there're charge. (they only offer scrambled eggs)..
