I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this pharmacy. You will never get your prescriptions on time. They will say it’s ready for pickup, but when you actually show up they have no clue. I wish I was exaggerating when I say I’ve had to send refill requests at least 3 times every time I have to refill my meds. The pharmacy staff is never available probably because they’re actually SHOPPING in the store. They will let you sit in the drive through for half an hour, THEN put up cardboard on the window so you can’t see inside. You’d think they would have the courtesy to say they’re closed or something. They are rude and unhelpful. I have watched them many times give elderly people who ask for help attitudes and no assistance at all. I never write reviews but I had to this time because I have no idea how this place is still opened. Save your time and go to any other Walgreens except this one. Also I guarantee the few good reviews on here have to come from the staff themselves or their family because ain’t no way a real customer would give this place ANY stars at all.

I stopped in here in need of some batteries. I asked the employees for help a few times but wasted a long time in a futile search. This was the worst experience I have had in a Walgreens. Eventually, an actual worker asked me if I still needed help. I said yes, so she tried, but after all that -Wasted time and still no batteries.

I literally was standing in the cough and cold section for 10 minutes after pressing the assistance button since everything is under lock and key only to have an associate walk right by me and say that he’ll be right back. After finally giving up the waiting game, I walked to the front of the store to pay for the other items I picked up, I saw the associate who said he’ll be right back casually chatting with the security guard at the entrance. By the way it’s literally all on camera ( 4/21/2024 915pm-9:32pm) HORRIBLE customer service, and even worse cleanliness throughout the store, it looks like a war zone in there. I highly recommend driving up Main Street to the other Walgreens, trust me you’ll thank me later.

This Walgreens is similar to what you would expect from any Walgreens across the nation. You know what products they have and where to get them. The pharmacy is clean and bright. The employees are helpful and nice, just what you expect whenever entering Walgreens.

I waited in the drive-thru for about an hour. I was first in line and could see customers inside getting their item’s from the pharmacists. They ignored me and others who lined up behind me as if we weren’t there waiting before it was time for them to close. Then they closed and hid from the window. They didn’t say a single word to me the entire time I was there. At least say something… Explain what’s going on. I got mad and took off. Very unprofessional.

Jose is a great manager. Jose supports the Bridgeport community and builds to have a clean and well stocked store free from clutter. In addition, I would like to say that in this store you will never find expired products. -thank you Jose and team.

Always super busy and understaffed . The pharmacy? Would not Recommend to anyone they WILL leave you on hold for HOURS if you let them , the list could go on just do not use this pharmacy and don’t come to this location if you don’t plan on waiting in a line going all the way out the door.

Absolutely no variety of any product. 1 cashier at 7pm on a Monday with 15 people in line and 3 other Walgreens staff walking around. A manager came up to switch the cash drawers, completely ignored the line, and went into the back. Ridiculously expensive, dirty, and only stop in if you have 20 minutes to wait in line.
