This museum was a truly enriching experience. Each exhibit was thoughtfully curated, offering both historical context and emotional depth. I appreciated the balance between interactive displays and traditional artifacts. It’s the kind of place that leaves you thinking long after you leave.

This is a well-kept tribute to the people who helped shape Palm Springs. Even though I didn’t recognize a lot of the names, it was still really interesting to walk through. The whole display feels thoughtful and respectful. Definitely worth checking out if you're into local history and cool California vibes.

The Palm Springs Walk of Stars is a beloved attraction celebrating the extraordinary achievements of individuals who excel in the fields of music, film. television, sports, and more. This also include honoring local celebrities/heroes which reinforce the strong sense of pride and community connection. As you stroll along there’s a lot of plenty attraction for your eyes to see - artwork, sculptures, shops, museums, parks, murals and many more

We had a great time exploring this spot during our trip to Palm Springs. The weather was perfect, and getting there early meant we had the place mostly to ourselves. It’s a fun area to wander with lots of cool shops, restaurants, and even a nearby casino to check out.

This is a wonderful area to visit many shops to go to. Great restaurants are all around an art museum very close, and the stars are awesome. There are multiple great statues and attractions to take pictures of if you are on a tourist trip including angel wings don't forget to get a photo with the giant Marilyn Monroe statue located outside of the art museum.

This was an interesting time during our trip to Palm Springs. The weather was beautiful. We were there early, and it was not crowded at all. I recommend you walk around here if you get the chance. Plenty of shops and eating/drinking establishments to spend some time in. Also a casino is nearby.

The stars were spread on the sidewalk throughout the downtown shops and restaurants. We found Frank Sinatra in front of the corner building that gives it tourist information. Great area to visit and walk the few blocks in search of bygone names of stars 🤩

Yelp
One of the many amazingly quirky and cool things in Palm Springs are the Palm Springs Walk of the Stars! Think Hollywood Boulevard but smaller and way cleaner. They call them Golden Palm Stars here and in order to get one, you had to have lived in the Greater Palm Springs area. Showbiz people galore of course, but also presidents, writers, civic leaders, humanitarians - so a bit different than Hollywood. But it's actually fascinating and for a young buck like myself (40 felt young in PS lolz), it was an educational time to learn about a bunch of great SoCal prominent humans. Mainly along Palm Springs Drive, but also down Museum Way and Tahquitz Canyon Drive in Downtown Palm Springs, you'll find over 400 stars! So cool that so many have realized the amazingness of this town. Started in 1992, with Bob Hope as one of the initial celebrities to get a star others like Leslie Jordan in 2023 - RIP. Full list here: https://www.palmsprings.com/walk-of-stars/ Don't miss the special Sonny Bono statue by his star! He's a Palm Springs icon. Free and fun!

Yelp
I'm seeing stars If you're in downtown Palm Springs it's Definitely worth looking down at the ground to see the famous star walk. Very similar to the star walk in Hollywood, you'll see stars for many people you recognize as well as some you may not have heard of. I got some great pictures of stars I'm sure some of you will recognize. So many things to do in Palm Springs and this is just another way to enjoy your time here.

Yelp
Hollywood celebrities who lived and played in Palm Springs I thought only Hollywood had these celebrity stars embedded in the sidewalk... it turns out that Palm Springs had them too and I was surprised to see these "Stars" in downtown. They are all along N and S Palm Canyon Dr and some on Tahquitz Canyon Way. I thought to myself 'wow, cool!' then I started to read the names of the stars... 'wow, like who are these people?' LoL! Okay, while I didn't recognize many of the names I found a few that were familiar: * Adam West - "Da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da Batman!" * Lynda Carter - the original Wonder Woman * Bob Hope - too many accomplishments to list... "Thanks for the Memory" * Frank Sinatra - "Ol' Blue Eyes" * Elvis Presley - "King of Rock and Roll" * Marilyn Monroe - no words needed * James Earl Jones - one of the best-known voices in show biz... oh yah, "May the Force be with you" * President Gerald Ford - #38 * Debbie Gibson - pop icon and never lived in the desert but is a fan and received a Golden Palm Star * KC and the Sunshine Band - not sure how he got a star but I'm sure he's singing "That's the Way (I Like It)" * Sonny Bono - mayor of Palm Springs 1988-1992 The walk of stars honored many of these show biz personalities who have lived in Palm Springs or made the desert as their second hideaway home. It's nice to see these celebrities honored for eternity on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars! Review #1750

Yelp
The Palm Springs Walk of Stars isn't a point of interest that one needs to schedule time to look at/visit. The Palm Springs Walk of Stars is more something to look at while walking around downtown. This is the same idea as the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Yelp
I'm upset because they don't have Hannah Montana start so know , I'm upset I was in a car for 1 hours I had to wake up at 5:55 u think I want to be up at that time , no I had to be up for 12 hours but u don't have Hannah Montana but u had Tom cruise u had snow white that's crazy. You guys should have her start by next week. So now we are good now.

Yelp
The PALM SPRINGS WALK OF STARS was better than I expected. I'm not sure if it is because my expectations are lower and that I wasn't comparing this attraction to the other more famous attraction. On its own merit, this is a legit walk of stars with plenty of famous and recognizable names on the sidewalk. Admittedly, someone who doesn't watch as much TV or "oldies" as I do might not recognize a chunk of the names like Lindsay Wagner's, but they are big stars nonetheless. I mean, they have Mary Pickford for crying out loud! That's awesome! We walked on N Palm Canyon Drive from Baristo to Granvia Valmonte, on both sides (except for the part that was closed due to construction) and it was engrossing to read the recognizable names.

Yelp
This was so cool to see!!! I was visiting here for my bday and I came here to sight see and it was really cool to see Frank Sinatra's Star....I wouldn't say it's like the Hollywood Walk of Stars, but it's something to see...and along the Walk of Stars is a lot of shops & restaurants?! I stayed for a good 10-20 minutes and then I left because I could not deal with the heat....but if I ever come back to Palm Springs I would like to visit some of the shops along the Walk of Stars?!!!!! I took some pics of some of the Walk of Stars.....

Yelp
Compared to the stars in LA, I didn't really know a lot of the names on the stars. However, the stars are beautiful and adds a great addition to downtown Palm Springs. My family and I, especially the kids, enjoyed the walk downtown and reading the names on the stars out loud to each other. Most of the time, the kids were like... who's that?! LOL... Then they read, Marilyn Monroe on a star and they got super excited =)

Yelp
It may not be as impressive as the walk of fame a few hours west of here, but it is every bit as charming and adds a nice flavor to the town.

Yelp
The giant Marilyn Monroe had been removed for a freaking Starbucks and the star walk is well kept but boring and such a silly thing to think of as a tourist walk. Just enjoy the city and forget about this.

Yelp
It's what the reviews say, "who are these people?". That being said, it's cool to take pictures from a distance to give people the perception your in Hollywood. Lol. There were a handful of people with mentioning, like Elvis Presley, Sonny Bono, George Lopez, etc. I'm sure there is a couple more I don't remember and a few I probably missed because a gave up looking after being disappointed. It's cool to check out but it's nothing you should go too out of the way for.

Yelp
The walk of star is fun. A lot of stores are interesting and it's very pet friendly. I'd definitely recommend this place for tourists.
