Wallace Espresso is a teeny hole in the wall establishment just east of Stanley Park in downtown Toronto. They have high quality java options here and a small set of eats that are great. The service was very kind and helpful! The space is pretty basic. White walls. But the windows at the front in a bay setting offer a lot of light into the space! 5 x ☕☕☕☕☕

Decent and fairly priced drinks - very smooth, good depth in flavour. Drinks were served very quickly. Good amount of seating despite the small space. Although there wasn’t London Fog on the menu explicitly, I was able to request for it, and the barista at front was able to make it (and a good one, at that!). Definitely worth a stop if you’re passing by.

REALLY GOOD BREAKFAST SANDWICHES. Like, really good. Homemade AF, seasoned beautifully, not too overpowering! Costs the same as a crappy chain store sandwich to boot. Drip coffee also very tasty and the barista was friendly. Happy I found this place!

Lovely coffee shop with a very professional and friendly barista. I tried their iced cappuccino, almond croissant, and carrot cake (bread). The cappuccino was amazing and I liked the croissant better than the carrot cake even though it wasn’t that fresh. Both of the pastries had a strong cinnamon flavor which I liked but might be overpowering if you’re not a big fan of it.

Such a cute little dainty coffee shop on King West. I ordered an iced latte with regular milk and also a ginger molasse cookie. The cookie was made fresh! Both items were better than what you can get at Starbucks. Would totally come back to support this local shop! Also, there’s free Wifi so if you want to work remotely here, you have seating inside with lots of natural lighting!

King west cafe that has Blackbird baking pastries and inhouse treats. Flat white was smooth strong, good start to the day. Also had the brownie with shortbread base, similar to a million dollar shortbread. Good balance of savory butter and sweet brownie. Has bay window seating and outdoor patio seating. Overall: Good independent cafe with great coffee and pastries. Wish they had more inhouse pastries. Cost: $5-6 for espresso. Treats $3-4 depending on which treat. Overall will go back..one of the top coffee places in west end. Really 4.5*

Cozy and peaceful atmosphere with healthy plants, Barista is friendly, Blackbird pastries and a good coffee…. I loved here totally!!!! I had a lemon loaf and flat white. The flat white was nice! Beautiful latte art on the cup and mixing well between milk and espresso.

A charming vibe, perfect for a coffee catch-up with a friend. It strikes a balance between being cozy for takeaways and offering a nice seating area. The coffee was downright delicious, and we couldn't resist trying the hot apple cider which they offer atm - super yummy. They also have a selection of pastries to complement your drinks. The very proffesional and friendly barista added a welcoming touch to the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Cozy cafe located on King street. The space is small but tables seemed sufficient. Good for spending time while reading, working on a laptop. Flat white was nice, I could feel the depth in flavour. Also loved the latte art on top. Would like to comeback.

Yelp
Great coffee and cute little shop. We were walking on King street and decided to stop in. Quick and polite service. We got a large black americano and an iced latte with oat milk. There are two tables outside, a bench, and seating inside. Great espresso, and latte! We'll be back for sure!

Yelp
Cozy, bright and airy space with outdoor sidewalk seating in the summer. I was there on the weekend where there was one only one barista which creates the potential for long lineups in a small space. Fortunately only one person in front of me but a lineup started after. I think total crunch seating capacity is around 15 people on mostly bench seating. It's not a space that lends itself to working on a laptop, more of grab n go or max drink your coffee and go. Didn't try the WiFi. I arrived a couple hours after opening and the pastry selection was limited (5 items on the counter). Barista was pleasant but got my simple order wrong. Overall, it's a nice place to sit and have a coffee. It seems like a good off hours place to sit and have a coffee.

Yelp
Been going here for coffee for years! The location is great and within walking distance from where I live and they have tons of street parking. The king location is also easily accessible by street car. The coffee is amazing plus they carry their own sweet treats plus some treats from black bird baking too. There is indoor seating and weather cooperating they have some outdoor seating too. Also did I mention I love their breakfast sandwiches? I usually go for the bacon egg sandwich. And yes there is a vegetarian option with red pepper. (Pro tip: ask to get it with hot sauce).

Yelp
Friendly service. Cute, cozy cafe with a bay window. Beans are from Reunion Island and Social. Not my favourite. Croissants are made once a day. It was pretty busy for such a small space. Located beside those dog spa stores across from Stanley Park. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

Yelp
Stark minimalist café great for people watching if you're seated facing the window. Fourth location, original is at Lansdowne/Wallace. Baked goods from Pain Perdu. Yum! Will revisit soon
