Walmart

Well to my surprise at register, I saw adult products. Wow they've out done themselves 😨 cashier was lovely , but also mortified by what was behind her. What a shame that they would even sell this let alone display like this. Shame on you walmart. Also all their products are behind lock and key, this is also a shame. And the final straw is that all great value brand products contain, bioengineered ingredients and unnecessarily.

I usually love coming to this Walmart due to them having more items here then at my Walmart closer to home, what I didn’t like today my experience was not so good, I was shopping around for my son for school and just house cleaning supplies I had the in my cart about to leave when I had to use restroom I parked my cart to the side near the restroom I was in there for 2 mins and when I came out my cart was gone. I was very upset you just don’t go taking carts unless you know for a fact it’s no one’s, I work at customer service in retail so I know, i ask or wait for a few mins before taking the cart! I wasn’t going around the store picking up everything again, This Walmart just lost a 200$ sale.

While we usually shop online with Walmart, this is our go to store since we're familiar with the store's layout from when we used to live in the neighborhood. It's always had exactly what we were looking for, and sometimes things we weren't. Everyone always has a smile. They have a great grocery section with lots of food at wonderful prices. This part of the store is always crowded, but is generally well stocked. With the economy as it is, saving any money is crucial. The store brand is quality.

Had the worst experience with this place. I ordered groceries online on November 24th. Mind you I spent $200+. They said attempted delivery. This was a gift for my son and grandkids, there 1st Thanksgiving together. I called customer service,who were nice and said they will have it delivered again and nothing came. I called a 2nd time, different representative and the same answer, nothing came.So I called the 25th the day before Thanksgiving and another representative said it will come, nothing and said we could deliver it on Friday or you can get a refund. Well they delivered but it wasn't what I ordered and less money I spent. Well again call today November 28th explain and said I will be getting a refund as requested. Why did I get a email stating I will not get a refund. I know most customer service have a script ti stick too, but be honest.

DELIVERY.... MAY BE THEY ARE LAZY LOOKING FOR THE ITEMS, TWICE, THEY SEND WRONG ITEMS BUT EASY TO TAKE MY MONEY. MY ADVICE IS IF YOU DON'T FIND THE RIGHT ITEM AND THERE IS NOT ANSWER FROM THE CUSTOMER, DON'T GET IT....BECAUSE WHEN YOU REPLACE THEM YOU LOVE TO GET THE EXPENSIVE ONE....AND THAT IS NOT FAIR....I DON'T HAVE A CAR AND I'M DISABLE. IN CASE SOMEBODY COULD SAY "GO GET IT YOURSELF ".

This store has come a long way, the presentation of the store is absolutely stunning, the employees are all fabulous, courteous and customer service skills are impeccable, well as far as the three individuals I came across and asked for help, reallly wish I remember their names because they definitely should be praised and recognized for the excellent customer service. It was a young lady folding t shirts in the mens department and the gentleman at self check who so gracefully assisted me in learning the Walmart Pay feature in the app because I had forgotten my wallet and gave him my items as I was walking out and he informed me and insisted (courteously) i try it to get the items I needed and came for.

Roshanda refused to return my sweater, asked to speak to her manager and Zee also refused to help me out. Stating that clearance items are final sale. At no point during my transaction buying the sweater was it ever told to me that it would be a final sale. There was no sign on the sweater even marking the item as a clearance item. So people be careful if an item is on clearance even if it isn't marked or mention it anywhere they will refuse to take a return.

This particular Walmart location appears to enforce its own return policies, stating that Christmas pajamas cannot be returned the day after Christmas. However, corporate confirmed that no such policy exists. It’s possible that, due to frequent incidents of shoplifting at this location, management has implemented additional precautions. While I understand the need for loss prevention measures, it’s frustrating that nearly all items are locked up even basic necessities like chapstick or deodorant and it’s often difficult to find an associate willing to assist. Everyone’s attitude is less than subpar to say the least.

Walmart needs to get with The Times and get touch pay and not just Walmart brand touch pay either. Smh. What if you forget your cards and only have touch pay like seriously. Isn't walmart supposed to be convenient?

Don't answer the phone and if they do they pick the phone up to hang back up. If you don't want to work, WHY APPLY to work at WALMART! Ghetto a** workers who don't want to do their job. Sounds crazy but when you go into the Middletown Walmart, the workers answer the phone, bathrooms are clean, and workers greet you and they are extremely polite and don't get an attitude when asked about an item that you need help with. I'm black so atp I'm going to the white neighborhood to get treated way better. Sounds sad but it's the truth!

I urge management and senior leadership to take a look at customer service and general operations at this store location. A secret shopper is needed to validate the negative reviews that have been posted and not addressed. My personal complaint...No posted hours for customer service (I physically traveled to the store three different times in 8 days) and the customer service area was closed all 3 times. Only a little clock sign said customer service would return at 3 pm or 5 pm. No set schedule to let customers know when to return or how long this important area will be open during the day. It seems that the hours change each day. Employees are physically present but unavailable to help or to offer assistance. The problem with calling the store operator cited in earlier reviews continues. I wanted to know the customer service hours for this weekend, so I do not travel once again to the store and find customer service closed. No one answered my four phone calls over a 35-minute period. The phone rang continuously and then the phone was disconnected (an employee appeared to pick up the phone and immediately hang it back up). The next time the call was sent to a musical loop, so I was hopeful, however, when the music stopped, the phone continued to ring until it eventually was disconnected by an employee. I am sorry to say this is the worst example of customer service I have encountered at any store, and other reviews support this opinion. Senior leaders within the WALMART organization need to take action.

This is the 3rd time visiting this Walmart, and the 3 time I was approached by an associate about my service dog. This time a woman by the name of Alex threatened to trespass me from the store. I have never had this many problems at any Walmart's before now. I will be consulting my attorney.

BIG TAKEAWAY: UNSAFE FOOD, DIRTY Walked in and it was dirty, food on floor and clothes thrown about. This was at open, so i'd be scared to see it closer to closing time. Needed chicken strips for meal prep. All of the fridges did not feel like they were at a cool enough temperature. "What do I know" I thought and grabbed it anyway. After eating later that day, i had diarrhea and stomach cramping. I didn't eat anything besides that so it 100% was that. When checking out, three employees were yelling at each other and at a customer about a problem with the machine. I paid for my things and left. Literally the worst Walmart ever, it feels like a fake walmart. NEVER go here. Please go to somewhere else.

Has to be one of the worst Walmarts in the country I swear the people hate their jobs. Went to spend $2500 on Laptop and Monitor only to be greeted by some sort of third party cell phone salesman who tells me I need to find a coach to get the things from the back. 30 mins later no-one came then asked them where I might find a coach in a very dismissive manner was told I don't know look around. Smh worst customer service and management ever. I will never go back

Walmart-Prices Corner Store. I believe I've been there 2 times. My last trip, which was about 50 minutes ago, was HORRIBLE. I went for Hoppes Bore cleaner and Lubricant, which they had locked behind a glass window, so I can clean a few of my guns I recently shot. No one was working the Sporting Goods section, I guess, so I asked 3 different employees if they could get someone who can open the glass case so I can grab what I came for. All 3 employees looked upset and mad because I asked them to assist me. After waiting and waiting, NO ONE came so I went to customer service and was told to come back tomorrow. Come back tomorrow.....are you serious? Are people that lazy? Whoever runs this store needs to be fired because they're doing a piss poor job. The employees I spoke to need some customer training because it was pathetic. Needless to say, I didn't get what I came for-although it was right there- and will never come back to this DUMP again no matter how much of a pinch I'm in. Sad, sad, sad. Hopefully, Corporate sees this post and cleans up the employees that display bad attitudes, lazy work ethics and are out back smoking god knows what. This store should be closed for business.

What's the point of having self checkout if I can't check out by myself. Either let us do our thing or get rid of them. If I wanted someone to scan my stuff I'd go to a regular checkout. This is so inconvenient, I use self check because I have horrible social anxiety and hate interaction. Y'all don't even have people in all of your regular lines, just put these cashiers back on registers. Get rid of self checkouts if we can't even use them for their intended purpose. Not our fault people steal and y'all's loss prevention officers suck at their job.

I needed info about a camera, no one around except photo dept. I asked if they can help me, the dal mentioned.... I'm in photo dept & can't help you. Upin asking for a manager, She told me to go up front & asked for a manager. I told her, a customer is asking for help, and you are Refusing to help! Most of the store employees are like this. Walmart has very Poor customer service!

What the hell is the point of self check out if the cashiers are standing there doing it for you and they are super slow. It makes no sense. Just another reason to avoid Walmart. Why don't you try making the process faster instead of slowing it down. we are in 2023 and this store obvious cant keep up. Pathetic

Bathroom was trashed and no paper towels. One girl stocking was very nice and helped me find something I needed. They were missing several items that I usu. get at any given Walmart. Items in wrong place on shelf, bec. of course, and stock blocking aisles. The one thing I hate about most Walmarts is they stock while the store is open, and block the shelves and act like they are doing you a big favor, instead of the other way around, where most other stores acknowledge that you, as a customer, are the reason they have their jobs. Yes, I came in before ckosing, but the overhead announcements were barely audible, so then the people were dicks trying to get us out. Just hope I don't get robbed leaving this place!

This is what we call a Division One store. Yes, they have a large section of groceries and frozen, but there is no fresh produce or meat here. Otherwise, it's a Wal-Mart with clothing, electronics, toys, personal care, pharmacy and whatnot. My "Spidey sense" was tingling in the parking lot. Maybe it's a sketchy neighborhood, maybe it isn't.

This is the worst Walmart in a 25 mile radius of us. Only 2 miles from out house and we drive all the was to Elkton or Kennett Square one. Never baskets, only one or two cashiers working. Self Check out only has half the registers open. Place needs a major over haul of managers!!

Jesus I HATE THIS PLACE!! Everyone I mean EVERYONE IS LAZY!! Why even come to work if you don't want to work!! It's a pandemic people are unemployed and you have a stank attitude that your employed? I tried to get a TV, nobody was around, found some dude he didn't know anything didn't know where anything was he just wanted me to leave him alone, I'm struggling to get the tv in my cart and I'm BEGGING I MEAN BEGGING for help and nobody I mean NODBODY HELPED one person even said he was busy doing NOTHING and walked away.. I hate this place and advise everyone who wants to talk to a person and get help to avoid this place like The plague!! Good job all you lazy workers at the Walmart at wilimington Walmart your blatant disregard for customer service "because it's Sunday" has made yet another person want to only shop at Amazon..

I go to this Walmart because it is close to home.i like the sugar free drink mixes(wyler's, hawaiian punch, etc) and the CLEAR AMERICAN Sparkling Water. Yesterday, they had the worst selection of drink mixes and there were two kinds of sparkling water: peach and mandarin orange. GREAT selection!! Geeesh!! Hey Waltons, are you going chapter 11? The grocery shelves looked like the shelves in florida before hurricane Dorian!!! Pathetic!! Think I will go to the super store in elkton, MD and waste the gas and pay the tax from now on. OR, go to Shoprite from now on!!! Pathetic!!! If you're not going to stock the shelves then close the store!!

Their return policy needs to be updated. They credit your account the day it is returned, but two days later they take it from your account. They say it is their policy not to refund credit for 5 business days. A debit card is used they process it as a credit card, and the banks let them.

This Is the worst Walmart the front end manager always has an attitude lol very single time that I have been in the store and that's sad to say because I'm new to Delaware and can never get the proper help at this Walmart front end manager is HORRIBLE ! I seriously hate going here even if it is necessary. I was there today and an ear splitting alarm went off throughout the whole store. I think someone tried going out a security access. But it wasn't turn off for 10 minutes. Rather, it would go off, then come back on over and over. Also, I waited at customer service for 5-8 min to ask if they had kiddie pools. She just told me to go to other end of store to see. I have mobility issues, so walking is hard. Got there, no one in entire dept to ask and no kiddie pool.

let me start off by saying worst delivery service ever!!!!! on 8/14 i placed my first order everything went smoothly.. im like okay walmart i can really use this service cause i dont drive ... i placed another order on the 19 it literally took me 3 days to receive my food i was so pissed because this is suppose to be same day delivery... i received this order on the 3rd day then a place another order this is day 4 of me getting delay email me canceling it and reordering !!!! online nobody does anything no real help just 25% off coupns i dnt want no dam coupn i want the food to be delivered when it's suppose too...

Again the store is out of product for stuff that I come for. The store shelves are always ragged and the price online doesn't match the store price. Don't worry though, they won't help you in the store. What it rings up at is the price you pay regardless of what it says online. Smh

Not a fan of this walmart. People here were weird, Idk if the area was good or not. No fresh food area at this location which was weird only the freezer and regular food items. blacked out cars waiting by entrances idk didn't like it

Filthy store. Aisles always clogged. Rarely have Walgreens brand items across departments, especially groceries and cleaning supplies.

Very inconvenient hours. What Wal-Mart isn't open at 6am? This is the largest Wal-Mart in Northern Delaware and this is a management issue that needs to be fixed asap.

So, I go into Walmart to do my grocery shopping for the week and I have a cart full of stuff. I get in the checkout line and I see the cashier ringing things up then as she tells me the balance I owe I notice that my groceries just piled up on top of each other. I then notice that they have no bags at all. So, I assumed someone was bringing more bags and they would then help me bag it all up and then I take my groceries home with me. So I pay my balance and she Start ringing up the people behind me. So at this point I'm just looking at her very confused and I asked was someone bringing bags? She replies no we're out of bags and this store has been out and they have no idea when they will have more. So, as I load $195.89 worth of groceries in my trunk. I also, live on the 2nd floor and I had to run in my apartment and grab trash bags to load my groceries up. You would think they would tell people as they come in the store.

I've been to this Walmart a number of times over the last six years and it has gotten much worse. Now, there are boxes of stuff, abandoned shopping carts, and all kinds of clutter in the aisles, making it hard to move a cart around. A good number of shelf tags are missing and many items are mis-shelved, making it hard, in some cases, to figure out what the price of an item is. To make things worse, they seem to have removed all the price scanners that used to be out in the aisles. When it's time to check out, you'd better hope everything goes smoothly. If a customer ahead has even the slightest problem, it can take up to 15 minutes for the cashier to get a manager or supervisor to resolve it. At this Walmart, they don't have any hustle.

What a big waste of time. My husband and I went to this particular Walmart because the website said that this store had the specific TV we were looking for. Apparently this Walmart doesn't sell RCA TVs anymore. Major website fail. Okay, so that happens. I just felt the guy we spoke to made a frustrating situation worse. He kept repeating that they haven't sold RCAs in years. Well, we haven't bought a TV in years. Not for nothing, the website brought us in wrongly, so try to be a little nicer to your confused customers. Then he tried to convince me that a smaller TV for more money was better. Why? Because it was. Good sell. How about you give me something to back up WHY the other TV was better? No thank you. We walked in and then we walked out. (We actually had a little trouble walking in because one employee was trying to push a line of like 20 carts in the front door....breaking those up into two lines would have absolutely helped the gridlock and struggle.)

And here I thought my trip is going to be a simple one. I went into the store for one item, a kennel to carry a small animal in. Once I found the pet supply aisle, which was not marked, it took me forever to figure out where the kennels were. Every single unit was open, disassembled and parts strewn across two separate aisle. The associate in the aisle with dog food refused to answer my question if there were others and proceeded to carry on his conversation with another associate. I would recommend not going to this store.

Unquestionably the worst store in the Wilmington area- hands down, and nothing even comes close. I want to begin by saying I'm not a regular Walmart shopper. I also know that Walmart, and Walmart customers, have been stereotyped to a great degree. So it's important for me to say from the outset that I don't buy into all these stereotypes. I'm also not a regular customer based solely on distance. Distance wise, Walmart for me is not convenient. I needed a new laptop computer, and I needed it fast. So it was that need that prompted me to visit this store. I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price, and confirmed online that it was in stock at this location. I arrived at the store at around 11:00 AM on a weekday. Upon entering, I saw the first red flag. The "customer service" desk is to the left, and there was a line of about twenty people standing in that line waiting. There was one disinterested and admittedly overworked person working that desk. When I left about 20 minutes later, the line had barely moved. Pity those poor souls stuck in that line... On the way to the electronics area, I had to walk by the grocery area. I thought I would check it out, because I have a friend who said they have some great buys here. I couldn't find a single item that I buy regularly that came even remotely close to grocery store prices. I found single blocks of cream cheese on "rollback" prices for $4.00- and this was not two for four. Boxes of cereal for four or five dollars that cost $2.99 at Food Lion or Shoprite. Frozen pizza that was $6.39 that costs $4.99 at a grocery store. Insanity... OK. So I'm not here to buy groceries. I make a beeline to electronics, which is swamped with customers and overworked employees. I find the computer on display, but it is priced in store $100 more than online pricing. After ten minutes, I find someone to help. I had already pulled up the online, in store price for the computer, and the page shows it in stock at this location. She tells me yes they did have one at that price, but they sold that one, and the rest are $100 more. When I was looking for a computer, I also saw some big screen TV's at this location that were prices too good to be true. Curiously, I didn't see any of these on display. I asked about these as well, and was told they too were out of stock. Seriously? Can there be any other explanation than this is a bait and switch? This store shows some great prices on any number of electronic items, and also shows them in stock at this location. And when you get there, none of them are in stock or seem to exist. Again, I'm not a regular Walmart shopper. It isn't because of any bias based on the reputation of either the chain or the customers. Walmart's reputation always seem to be based on some shortcomings in terms of customer service. OK. I get that. And their success seemed to be based on people willing to put up with that for a lower price. I get that too. But if the lower price doesn't exist, and in fact they are playing some crazy game of bait and switch, then who is crazy enough to go to this place? What reason is there for the existence of this place? I'm seriously considering forwarding my experience to the Consumer Affairs Division in the Attorney General's office. If this is an ongoing practice, it needs to be stopped. Also, I'd like to say I've never left a bad review on Yelp. I'm relatively new here, but I would think long and hard about leaving a bad review for any business. It's not something I would do lightly. But this place is so bad, so dishonest, I feel compelled to warn others.

This is for Christine B. in pick-up! She's professional, courteous and efficient. As soon as I walked into the pick-up area, she was attentive and asked if I had checked in. I don't know anything about the store. I did see a lot of empty space in the frozen food department. But I did not have much time to explore because Christine was so efficient.

I would not come here again. The service was very bad in the electronic dept. Ask if they had any Apple Ipad mini and the "manager" said they didnt have any. As Im staring in the display case, theres 2 brand new ones in there. He proceeds to tell me there isnt any and I tell him I see 2 of them and he states they are not Ipad minis! Clearly there is the apple insignia on the box and it says Ipad mini and its sealed. Needless to say bad customer service. Overall appearence of this place was very dirty. Dont check go to the bathroom here. Just warning you now.

I hate this store. Rude staff, junky store and never enough help! They act as if you're bothering them once you finally find someone to assist you.

Went during Christmas season so it was probably much more busy than normal. The lines were pretty long and not many cashier's. But it's typical being the season, I gave them 3 instead of 4 since there were some things I was looking for that they were out of. I didn't experience any rude people like the previous posts mentioned.

I would leave zero stars but it won't let me. We ordered bubble wrap and a ream of paper which were supposed to be available curbside the same day. Two days later we called and were basically told "tough s**t" it'll be ready when it's ready and you'll get an email, from one of the rudest person I've ever spoken to and refused to give any info on the order. DON'T SHOP HERE.

Sam Walton was a genius who built a company so big, his family is worth hundreds of billions of dollars (much richer than Bill gates or anyone else) walmart buys from china and sells here in bulk. cheap is good (sometimes)

Do not expect to use curbside pickup in inclement weather. Called department in advance to see if they would. When we got there "they declined due to their credit card swipe machine " not working We asked in advance if would

had a terrible customer service experience. went to return item in electronics and was told to go to service desk. when i arrived nobody was working, when i asked for help i was laughed at by multiple workers who said they were "off the clock" first of all, why are you stocking shit if you're off the clock. THEN as i leave multiple teenage workers make rude comments and laugh at me. called to complain and for the next TWO days there were no managers that would talk to me. those workers clearly weren't raised right as they made fun of me a disabled women with her grandchild, my daughter is furious and tried calling as well, still no answer. Walmart i am so disappointed, i wanna say this experience was shaped by stress on workers but i don't think that is true i think you just hired crappy people.

I'm never shopping at this store ever again! I had a problem with an employee but when I went to report that person to the manager, she was very rude on the phone and acted like she could care less. I find most of the employees to be rude and unhelpful. I think I will go to a different Walmart where the Employees are much nicer! Walmart customer service is going down hill more and more!

I prefer to shop at this location versus the Walmart in New Castle, DE. Overall, items are organized and the store doesn't appear to be picked over. I will continue to shop there.

Let me just say, I grew up literally a quarter mile or less up the road from this Walmart. It's in a nice area, low crime rate compared to the surrounding area, you just have to pray you miss the train that goes along the nearby tracks and blocks traffic for up to an hour or more at a time if coming from Newport or Boxwood Road. If you're coming from the direction of the Acme and Prices Corner, you're fine with no worries with the train (there is a 141 on ramp on each side of the train and an off ramp on each side of the train if you know how to navigate the area, so you can avoid the train if it decides to "break down" on the tracks). The prices are good, if the items are actually in stock, which usually the cheaper ones are not... it is seemingly a bait and switch in some cases. many times, these cheap items are out of stock for weeks or months at a time. Most of the time, the cheapest stuff you have to wait a few days in order to pickup at the store. If you have a bad experience and ask to speak to management, workers WILL NOT allow you to speak to the manager. You can ask until you are blue in the face. I have done this in store and on the phone. It usually amounts to having to go up there and call while in the store to speak to a genuine manager, or you have to call corporate to get in in touch with a GM or an assistant GM. Supervisors are not the same thing as a manager. Close, but not quite the same thing. I always ask for the GM or AGM for various reasons including the fact that the Corporate Offices will usually come down on a GM or AGM for failure to do their jobs, whereas a Supervisor it's usually the GM or AGM that comes down on them. I just spoke to management on the phone - she had a bad attitude. It sounded like the same girl I was speaking to about my order instead of someone different, like she put it on hold and picked it up to impersonate a manager. I hung up and called Corporate who got in touch with an AGM who is handling the issue. She's investigating it as I type this on why my orders are not ready. I called because I made two orders last night totaling a pretty penny for stuff I need, including a temporary bed for myself and birthday presents for friends and such. They were supposed to be ready at 7am this morning. I have not yet gotten a confirmation email that they are ready (in fact, one of them hasn't even been started on yet) and it is now 6 and a half hours after the estimated time given for pickup. Still no confirmation email. I have worked a few retail jobs before. I know how things work with them. Also, you can WATCH the numbers deplete on the website for the number of items in stock so the story they gave was just amazingly fabricated. Yes, they do a count sometime during each day, but those counts only apply to shrink. They have electronic records that sync in the system as items are bought. Most retailers have it, including Walmart which is evident in their online shopping for in store pickup. They are under renovations.... why did they not hire seasonal workers to pick up the slack that they are supposedly experiencing? it's standard procedure and protocol. No matter what pay you are given in retail, having a bad attitude is NOT how you move up the chain for raises, full time positions, etc. Yes Walmart pays crappy, but it's no excuse to treat other human beings like crap. I can honestly say though, the management is pretty good when you can finally get in touch with them. In fact, the actual store manager and assistant managers are amazing... which is why it got two stars instead of one. Update (after waiting a while to post the original review): Apparently, because I called corporate and corporate called the store to get an actual manager on the phone and I was told the second order was picked from the aisles except for one item. The problem is, all of a sudden the entire second order has been pushed back from being picked up today to being picked up in 3 to 5 days. Illegal retaliation. They are now down to one star. I needed the cot I severely badly. I do NOT like being eaten alive when I sleep due to landlord issues. I am absolutely disgusted with this Walmart. I've been over 20 minutes on hold for a manager (and this is after being hung up on!). I understand he's helping a customer, but if they'd do their jobs instead of doing them halfway and disregarding the customers, the manager wouldn't be busy and I wouldn't be calling!

You purchase a Walmart gift card online and you can use a credit card to purchase --- but if you go into the store at centerville road, they tell you that you have to use cash or a debit card to purchase a gift card. Quote, you don't understand, you can't purchase a credit card with a credit card. Hmmmmm. Needless to say, I went home and ordered the card from my recliner.

I don't even want to give this place any "Stars" at all. I drove 20 miles to go shopping at this particular Walmart, I was looking for a tv and I found a 50 inch at a reg. price of $248, she never told me it was on clearance, she only assured me that she would buy the tv if she were me, so I took her advice and drove 20 miles home just for the screen to be cracked/damaged, it was late so I waited to return the tv the next morning and drove 20 more miles just for the Customer service supervisor to be very rude and unprofessional to me, she told me that she will not exchange my tv because it was on clearance, so she called the Asst Manager over and she told me that she will not honor the same price because clearance items are not returnable, I assured her that this was a very big inconvenience on me and my family and all I wanted to do was exchange the tv, she told me that she could take the price from $248.00 down to $200 but she will not honor the clearance price at $186.00. I am also into management and that is not the correct way to handle that situation, on top of the associates being very rude every time I go to that store, I just will never do business with that in particular Walmart anymore because the associates are very unprofessional and not organized, I will never shop there again.

0 stars if pos! i bought a drone from there & the register guy advised me pay for protection plan for if stolen/broken/lost... well i left the drone somewhere & it was not where i left it so i called the protection plan place & the walmart that i purchased from for them to tell me they dont replace or that they cant take the part that i need out of another box ! i paid extra for nothing & got screwed thanks for nothing walmart, wont b seeing me again

pharmacy is rude, aggressive, unprofessional, and unethical. denying, refusing to fill medications from physicians bc of poor qualified workers. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF MEDICATION, YOUR HEALTH IS IN JEOPARDY BY GOING HERE.

I like going to this Walmart. Its in a good location. I can always get my house cleaning supplies real cheap, along with other little items like food stuff and non perscription medicine.

Worst walmart I have ever seen....the aisles are jam packed...people running into one another you have to wait to turn down aisles thats how crammed it is, they need traffic lights...you need an employee forget it...never gonna happen....horrible....I only go here if its a dire emergency

TERRIBLE SERVICE. i have tried over 24 times in the last 7 days to get an answer at the pick up area on my order # #6271879-832031 in the Wilmington, DE store. NO ONE answers the phone for either pick up area or Customer service. i only want the bicycle and accessories if it can be assembled. I asked this question on 12/27/2018 and NO ONE ever returned my call. i waited two days and then started to call the store for the status, but there is not enough interested personnel to actually answer the phones and provide service. This is very frustrating as this order was a Christmas gift. Ordering from Walmart is a complete waste of time.

They place I only come here for cheap shopping. I can come here for savings on my coffee and other things. I would come here for baby things and shopping for christmas gifts. Yup thats all

The staff is really a joke. Called asking about the availability of an item. The woman who had an African accent seemed like she didn't understand wheat I was saying. I didn't mind, just repeated to her slowly and clearly a couple more times. She said she was going to go find out, waited about a minute, and hung up on me. I called back, she answered for a second and hung up. I called back, she answered, I asked her again for the item, she again said she had to go see, waited, and hung up. I tried to call back and she blocked my number. How childish can you possibly be. More often than not, it's like pulling teeth to get employees there to do their job. Wish I had her name so I could file a formal complaint for that stupid b*tch.
