Walmart Supercenter

I like coming to this Walmart it has everything I need. Recently I have noticed at first they had Aunt Millie's sourdough English muffins so they stopped and just carried Thomas sourdough now it all stopped! Now I go to the refrigerator section to get bays sourdough. Did they stop making them?? Do you stop caring them?? Let me know.

Melina G was very helpful and attentive to all customers. Helped me with scanning issue. She had great customer service and pleasant attitude. Got some items that were priced below what they cost at another store.

The worst place to pick up orders in the pickup area, whether it's your own order or from a platform. You wait over an hour even when the product is marked as ready. I called support and they told me, "The orders are ready, but we can't find the items." They're clearly not organized, because I know each item comes in its own box with a sticker. They're just wasting people's time.

Why is 0 stars not an option? Why does Walmart offer a service that clearly isn’t working? I been waiting an hour and 45 minutes (not even exaggerating) for a pick up order and STILL haven’t received nothing. The outside workers are no help. I called the store and the number they have on the outside signs nobody picks up. If I would’ve known I would’ve been in and out in 15 minutes this is INSANE. I’m a grocery store manager and would never run this so poorly. Been coming here for damn near 10 years. Never again will I be coming here so unprofessional

I always wait more than 20 min to pick up an online order! Also, they can say you picked up an order when you didn’t to just keep it. I couldn’t even get a refund of my $100+ order because they marked it as picked up. Was truly pissed. I left after waiting for more than 30 minutes thinking I could just cancel the order or get refund. They just kept my groceries and money! Employees need to do better!! Unacceptable! Not shopping here anymore

Made a special trip to this store in Bedford Park because they had the ENSURE Multipack we m needed. Upon checkout, the associate could not process a good coupon for the product we were purchasing. The floor manager Alejandro said he could not override at checkout...despite the fact that the coupon clearly aligned with our purchase items. A trip to customer service was also useless. No one else was available to speak with for clarification or help. A wasted trip without a transaction for the in stock products we sought. :(

5 stars. I shop at Walmart often and it’s consistently a great experience. The store is well organized, prices are fair, staff are friendly and helpful, and checkout is smooth. I also appreciate how clean everything is yes, even the bathrooms. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but the convenience and reliability make it my go-to store every time.

Very dirty and crowded. Closed express lanes and im tired of scanning and bagging my own groceries. Walmart has devised the perfect method of turning their customers into employees they don't have to pay. Uuugh!!

Called and asked if iPhones were in stock. They said Yes, I get there, first there's 5 employees just gossiping at the electronics table when I repeatedly asked for help. Then, eventually one of them said we don't sell IPhones, but when I called they said they do. Y'all are too grown to be told how to work. If you don't want to do your job you shouldn't be working or take the phones off of display like you did the others it's that simple. Walmart employees are the laziest workers I swear. I didn't realize until I was in this Walmart today that I probably hadn't been here in about a year. They remodeled this Walmart about 5 years ago (or so - - these years go by pretty quickly for me). Since that remodel, I have usually had very pleasant shopping experiences in this store. As it turns out, they seemed to have remodeled it again since my last visit. The store seemed very fresh and pleasant today--and my shopping experience was pleasant also. I didn't go through the whole store, but the sections that I visited were very nice and I found everything that I wanted with relative ease: a few items in the pharmacy section; jeans in the ladies section and bottled water in the grocery section. The one thing that could be improved is the jeans section - - it is a bit time consuming finding the right size and style. Fortunately, my time was not wasted. They have new fitting rooms and the lighting is a lot better than it used to be. I like that they have a fitting room attendant. The rooms look neat. Stores like Macy's and the now out - of-business Carson's don't /didn't have dressing room attendants and the fitting rooms are /were always disgusting. Thanks, Walmart for fitting room attendants! This Walmart has restrooms in the front and also in the back of the store. The restrooms - - especially the one in the back of the store, usually looked pretty good before this latest remodel. I went to the one in the back of the store today and although I thought it was nice before - - it was even fresher and nicer now! I think this store is also going the way of self-checkout. My friend went directly to the self - checkout and I was ready to get going and didn't pay much attention if there were any cashiers further down the line. I must say, I had one very pleasant shopping experience in this Bedford Park Walmart today! Only 4 Stars because although I didn't need any help finding things, I did not notice much floor help in the event that I did.

They cleaned it up.. are moving aisles around and put in self check out lanes. It was a great experience I have never had there. beautiful produce aisle now; bakery and meats all better accessible; clean aisles; no line out the door waiting to get checked out. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Now that is the Walmart I used to know! They had a great guy directing you to available registers to check out. Bags organized ans stocked at check outs..clean scanners..I thought I was in heaven Now if you could just ban people who come in there reeking of weed we would be perfect.

I got my groceries delivered to my home but received less than half of the items I ordered. I've tried calling the online grocery and delivery number but it always goes to voicemail and the mailbox to leave a message is always full... they want to charge me $85 when I am still missing more than half of the items I ordered. On the app I can see that there was 1 substitution but nothing was cancelled!

Walmart is the best! They have all the things that we need for our daily life, you can find everything there, from meats, veggies, fruits, breads, dairies, and other things that will be useful every day. Their employees are so cheerful and helpful, all of them are working so decently, they all know how to treat and serve their customers in a professional way, and also their goal is always to satisfy their customers so that those people will visit again and shop. Their produce is so well-stocked, well-maintained, and organized. All of their produce and items are always new and fresh. When it comes to their location, I can say that they got the perfect spot, easy to find, near in other well-known stores in city, and also they got the huge location. You can walk yourself around, appreciate their place, and enjoy the good ambiance. You will probably enjoy shopping here, you can save a lot of money, plus you can experience such a wonderful service. 5-star for this store because they are so great! They literally have everything we need. Super convenient. Thank you Walmart! Will shop there again when I am nearby. And also will recommend it to all of my friends and family, so that they can also visit there and shop. Thank you! Keep it up! Thumbs up!

See, you might think a Walmart is a Walmart, but this Walmart had items I'd never seen before like Takis really hot chips. Lots of international stuff that I hadn't ever seen before. I tried those chips and they burned my lips off! Can't wait to get more :-)

I would give a zero if I could. The delivery person left my order at the wrong door I am disabled and unable to walk up the front stairs to my neighbor. They just left the groceries there in freezing temperatures the customer service person did not care and offered no support what is the point of delivery instructions if they don't use them. Also they say you can change the tip after delivery but you can not. Customer service refused to help with this as well. So 130$ in groceries in the garbage for someone on disability

I really like this Walmart, so affordable and convenient compared to other store. Their store is huge, organized, well-stocked and so clean. They have lots of variety and they also have imported products. You can find and buy everything here that you need for home from home decors, kitchenware, clothes, shoes, garden stuff, frozen foods, canned goods, snacks, meats, and others. You can buy anything there in reasonable prices, they also have good deals, promos, discounts, and even sale items. They got the perfect location, it is so easy to find and go to. Their store is so big, they have parking lots, inside is always clean and nice. All of their customers are so comfortable while doing shopping at their store, lots of them are coming back again and again because they know that this store is so quality and great. 5-star for this Walmart because of having such a wonderful service, great items and deals, awesome location, and also for having quality products and phenomenal. Thank you Walmart, keep up the good work!

Make sure that if you're black you don't shop here. Minding my business in the makeup aisle and the lady demanded I check out over there when I wasn't done shopping which I found very strange because every other WHITE and LATINO person could just continue shopping and didn't need to. That's okay though because I'll be taking it to corporate.

So disappointed. Have been getting deliveries from Jewel but believed the Walmart delivery commercials. Big mistake. First time, they told me my order was delivered via text message. Used their contact and got no help...they said the could not reach store. I called corporate office and they credited my account.. apparently someone else got free groceries. I felt everyone deserves a second chance so I placed a large order to be delivered today at 1PM. Then got an email saying they were having difficulties and canceled my order and told me to reorder. I did and earliest delivery was today between 4-5. At 5:30 I tried to connect and once again no one answered their chat reps were useless. I called 1-800- Walmart and they could not connect so I canceled the order...I will never use Walmart again

My mom went to pick up my order and was given a trick or treat bag and I just want to say I really appreciate it. The sweets hit the spot .

Why is your direct website posting 830pm closing time, but not allowing customers inside say before closing at 758pm as has been happening lately??!!! Update your closing time clearly and advise last customer inside call, so one can plan quick trips inside as needed like a gallon of milk or quick grocery staples! Phenomenal customer service as usual Walmart! Spot on... NOT!!!

You know....you end up in Walmart and everything is dirt freakin cheap and you're like, dang, why don't I come here more often. So you shop, shop, shop....then get to the register and remember why you avoid this place. The f'in lines are FOREVER long. They NEVER EVER EVER have enough registers open. EVER. It's 9:30pm. Place is packed. All lines are 7 people or more long. Employees walking around going nowhere. Put their a$& on a register! Then I remember. What you save in cost you lose in time. Ain't nobody got time for this....

This review is in regards to Quest Diagnostics inside of Walmart. I called at 1:19pm to schedule and appointment and was given the time of 2:15pm to come in. I was also given a code to use when signing in. I arrived at approximately 1:30-1:35 pm, signed in with the code and saw that people with walk in appointments were walking in after me and leaving before me. Around 2:00pm, I told the staff that I didn't see my name on the screen although I signed in twice. She said "ok", walked away and never said anything else. I was not seen until 3:10pm! So of course I am frustrated as I type this review, I can't believe that I waited for so long!! Had I known that their call in service didn't work, I wouldn't have called in and furthermore, I wouldn't have waited around waiting to be called. So unprofessional and the lobby area has a bad odor so to be waiting here for one hour plus, this was ridiculous! Never again

This is an absolutely horrible store and I hate coming here. I only do because I know the supplies like t.p. and soap will be cheapest at Walmart. The store is filthy all the time and is overcrowded anytime of the day you walk into it.

I hate this Walmart location. It's messy, the employees are rude(can't blame them, really) and their online pick up today is a joke. The last two(and final times) that I used it, the next day it still wasn't ready and I had to go get my own stuff with an employee. It's always 'so and so is supposed to do it, but they're not so we're a few days behind'. I avoid it entirely. One look at the parking lot will make you want to run like your ass is on fire.

If you take customer service seriously, then this isn't the store for you. Even the managers don't seem to understand how to handle someone who came with the intent to spend money and be treated kindly while doing so. I understand if you're tired or overworked but your job doesn't change based on your mood, and the employees at this location don't seem to have the ability to separate their personal attitudes from their work. I've been to a lot of Walmarts throughout my life, and this one is EASILY the worst in terms of customer service. If you want help you'll have to find an employee yourself because they're likely hiding or pretending they don't see you. I thought Walmart's policy was to help you until you told them otherwise...

Not sure where delivery orders are picked and packed, but once again I received items that were substituted even though I specifically said no substitutions. Complaints result in bring in the item(s) and return for credit. Pretty stupid since the point of delivery is to avoid a trip to the store. Net/net, poorly run operation.

Aoh ok!!! 24 hour!!?? This place is a Walmart prank... how embarrassing... we showed up at 11:30 and they shut everything to ONE checkout! Regardless that there were 40+ people in line!!! Staff was ridiculous and rude! " you need to appreciate we are open and not be a nasty bitch" Thanks walmart for the morale boost!! Recorded forever!!

If I could give this pace negative stars I would. Not the first time I experience Horrible customer service. People just have bad attitudes. No smiles. No hello. When I asked one of the employees a question I got a " I don't know this is not my area!" With a nasty attitude. Really dislike Walmart. Won't be back. I'll go to target instead.

This is probably the most disgusting store I've been to. The walk from the parking lot to the store smelled like poop. What placed the icing on the cake was their food center. I grabbed a packet of uncooked refrigerated chicken and turned it around to see the nutrition label, only to find dozens of little bugs crawling all over the package. I immediately set the package down and did not bother to see if the bugs were inside or outside the package. I would never buy food from this store. Beware.

Lipstick on a pig. That's what the remodel was. I dread going here with every fiber of my being. When necessity demands it, I steel my nerves and set my chin, ready to face the onslaught. There are usualy around 50-75 customers in line, with two cashiers. Forget the self checkout. The last time I went, EVERY one of the terminals wouldn't read a credit card. Once past the front, you'll assume that a hurricane is about to make landfall in the vicinity. Aisles are strewn with open boxes, debris, merchandise, loose articles of clothing, and lost children. The only thing I can compare this to is the secretary of state's office. It's cheap here. They have that going. Yeah....it's cheap. But I think I'd rather just pay more and not have to bring my riot gear along.

Friendly staff, not as messy as some other locations but they never seem to have enough food, regardless of the time of day. It would be great if they paid more attention to the grocery portion of the store and added more fresh produce, deli, different yogurts and creamer.

Worst f**ken place to shop at!!! This is my local Walmart and I always avoid it. But today I needed some last minute things. First of all is always messy. Boxes everywhere product never in the right place. I was looking for flameless candle which I called in to ask if they had and was told they did. I get there look for them but was unable to find them. I asked a person that was there chitchating away with other employees of she could help me. She only pointed me to go to the wedding section . I walked over there I couldn't find them. I found a manager as he was walking me to somewhere but kept getting called on the mic. I had not problem with that because he was polite enough to excused himself. He found a employee lucky enough it was the one who had earlier assisted me earlier. As he was give her instructions she interrupted him told him she had already told me where to look for them at and if I couldn't find them than they didn't have them in stock. She walked away while biting on a toothpick and looking at me like I was an idiot. I had a few other things that I was planning to purchase but left them all behind.

It's hard to list all the things I dislike here. Even AFTER the expansion and remodel. As one person on Yelp mentioned after I checked in here "You can change the size and look of the store but if you keep the same disrespectful customers and rude employees then you haven't improved a thing". That sums it up perfectly. The pharmacy staff here doesn't treat their customers kindly and make it seem that I'm causing them to work. When I drop off a prescription it's always 45 minutes to even an hour and a half. I don't want to fight traffic and parking again so I wait and watch people throughout the store. The produce area may be the best maintained area in the store. But don't ask an employee for help because they either don't know the answer or just point in the general direction you need to walk. The bakery area is OK but the fresh donuts never are and the cake decorators aren't even on par with Jewel and way behind a bakery like Webber's or La Petite. It's good most bread companies deliver and stock their own products here so at least those are fresh. The employees in the electronic section think they are like Gods and look down on anyone asking a question like stupid idiots. And while the employees just stand around talking you have aisles that look crappy and customers opening packages and stealing products. Clearly theft doesn't count against the employees as the only person watching customers is the department manager and he is just as rude as the rest. The bathrooms (both front and back) are usually trashed. Garbage everywhere, tagging on walls, sinks or toilets out of order.... it's depressing in there. And the traffic pattern in and out of the parking lot at the stop light in Cicero simply sucks. During bad weather or holiday time it becomes impossible. Why struggle to get in and out of here when things are so much easier at the WalMart's in Hodgkins (Countryside) and Burbank/Bridgeview (at Harlem and 102nd)? I'll often use a different WalMart unless time leaves me no choice but I'm looking forward to the new WalMart opening in Cicero where the old car race track was at 32nd and Cicero.

So not cool! This is by far the worst of the Walmart chains! Talk about if you have 20 items or less. That means: "hey if you have 50 items please come in our lines we don't care if it says 20 items or less cause we can't count"! Never again thats for sure! And the items that I went to get (dog collars) were out, can you believe they didn't have dog collars! Ugggh what a waste of store space! I really am not one to say too much negative about a store, but this one falls well below what one would expect. It just doesn't give you cleanliness nor does it give you adequate supplies. When I asked a store employee (other occasion) about TV's he said, "I don't know", but when I asked him who was the person in charge for Electronics, he said he was. Ummmm, NO! If you don't know the answers kindly say I am not sure but I will find someone who can answer that. I don't think that the staff is really caring too much of this store, you can tell by the way it is in disarray and personally I can't shop in a place where the items are strewn all over the place, and employees don't seem to care. One girl was so upset someone got in her lane because "I HAVE TO TAKE MY BREAK", so she said. I haven't had a break in 3 hours, okay, how is that our problem. I wouldn't even bother with this WalMart and considering it is a few minutes from me, OH NO!

Have always had what i came for when other nearby locations hadn't. Friendly helpful staff. In electronics gal actually sat on floor with me while i figured out if ipad case was right one.

Some of the staff are very nice and helpful. The woman in clothing went out of her way to help me find a shirt that was hard to find. And some are friendly and will engage in conversation, like the time a saleswoman and I were talking about our dogs. But holy cow! This store is overcrowded, and it looks like a nuclear blast hits it at times. I feel the workers' pain because I've been there when I worked for a Walmart in the past, and it is frustrating when you try to make the place look nice and people act like savages. It's hard to keep up, especially when you're spread thin. Like all Walmarts you get a lot for your money, and they have a good selection of stuff. But getting out of the parking lot is a nightmare, the place is way overcrowded at times, and I generally avoid this one when I can. I know Walmart is investing in its people, and I hope to see evidence of that soon. Kudos to you for doing that and for keeping the stores up-to-date. You're on the right track, and this ensures I'll always come back (just not to this one). :)

The pick up service is horrible! I Ordered online and I received the pick up notification email that my order was ready to pick up. I waited in line for almost an hour just to see more then half of the people in front me leave without their items. I finally get to the front it takes the associate like 20mins to finally come back from the back with half of what I had purchase only for it to be the wrong item! It takes the associate another 20min to go out on the floor and try to find the correct items only to come back and say they do not have it in stock! Horrible service!!! Waste of time

Back then I would've rated this 2 stars. My first Black Friday experience was here and never again. Traumatized me! Came here a few days ago and like the update. Love how they put a grocery area and for now, it's still pretty clean. Let's give it a few months or year and we'll see how it is.

We came here on a weekday night and the Walmart was busy but not super busy. Unfortunately there were still long lines due to the limited number of open cashiers. I was disappointed it took so long to check out. We were looking for a product and did an online search which led us to this Walmart. Sadly, this Walmart did not have it. We felt like we wasted our time driving all the way here. To make the best of things, we walked around and I found a nice rotisserie chicken to have for dinner. As a food item, I thought I was going to be charged 2% tax. I ended up paying 8.75% tax on it! The chicken cost me almost $10 when I could have gotten a better one at Costco for $5. I thought Walmart was supposed to be cheap??? Around the check out area, there seemed to be a lot of Hispanic foods. If you are looking for ingredients that are catered more toward Latin/Mexican cuisine, I would recommend this Walmart. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

As far as Walmarts go, this one is just average. I pass it twice a day, but almost always drive out of my way to go to another location. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a PITA. The parking lot is kind of dark and pot-hole ridden, and the area just seems a little sketchy. However, I did pop in here recently around 5pm and found the store to not be that crowded, which was a bonus. I was able to run in, find the few things I needed and check-out fast. The store wasn't too trashed and the layout is the same as all of the others. Not my go-to store, but I probably stop here 2-3 times a year.

Not sure why this walmart think they're smart by wasting paint in the parking lot to tell customers which way to go with the arrows on the pavement... Most just go the wrong way in broad daylight or nighttime. It is a nightmare. Moreover, the items are neatly in place and does not follow traditional stores. Kudos to Walmart to follow their own agenda. Perhaps conforming to the norms will cause less associates to be in high demand by patrons. Their norms with popular sizes for patrons is also what they lack... I have a tendency to see plus sizes left overs more than anything else.

Just know their canned, sealed refrigirated food can only be returned within 24 hrs. Nothing excited about this Walmart.

This store justifies all of the reasons I hate going to Wal-Mart. You would think large stores would have enough staff on hand to deal with the holiday customer traffic. They have checkout lines that last almost 30 minutes with only 3 registers open. The pickup section for online orders is RIDICULOUS! The wait is almost an hour and then they disappear to get your items for another hour. To top it off, the employees complain out loud about doing their customer service jobs. I hate Wal-Marts. I should have gone to Target. Never again! Avoid this store! Go next door to Target.

Good Walmart, clean, huge, good variety, cheap, pharmacy, basic food selections, sells alcohol, friendly employees (mostly), has a.newly opened SEVA nail and beauty salon near front of store.

I went to the store today already sick from a stomach bug, and walked into the cleaning section as I was walking I stepped in poop. This is beyond nasty, because I could tell it was human poop. How can you not employee enough people to make sure people are not taking a crap in the isles. I got even sicker since I had to buy baby wipes to get the poop off of my shoes, and then got to the nut aisle and almost slipped in oil, or at least I hope it was oil. I used to love this location, but after stepping in poop in the aisle I am not sure if I will ever be back. I would have rated zero stars if possible.

I really cannot stand shopping here for Electronics or Any appliances, It requires to get customer assistant and guess what, there customer service sucks! It took me almost a hour just to get someone to help me out getting a office desk to the front, seriously no one comes out to help. This place is always a mess, and none of the employees really help me EVER at all. I once had a employee yell at my son just cause he was touching a can soda, Seriously!? People don't come out to this place, and if you do, prepare yourself to be treated horribly. Driving further to 103rd nicer people, great customer service.

I wouldn't even give it one star. Their customer service is horrible! I just don't understand how some of these workers have jobs there. Also, very unprofessional. The cashier was extremely rude wouldn't even let me talk and kept giving dirty looks when I was actually able to talk. The Department Supervisor didn't even have his name on his badge it was if he scratched it out on purpose. I went to return an item I recently bought, but lost the receipt. I bought the item on my debit card. Because the items price was over $50 the cashier said that they can not look it up on my card nor can they look up the receipt even though I had the date of the transaction on my statement. I asked to speak with a manager either the store or assistant manager they gave me the department supervisor that I just mentioned above. He had no clue what was going on he just listened to whatever the cashier told him. Then again a second time I requested for an assistant manager or store manager they told me he could not be found. How is it that an assistant or store manager could not be found?! Then who is running the store?! I was so annoyed with whole situation. It's not like stoled the item. I had all the information they needed. After leaving the store I called to speak to an assistant manager they didn't say thank you for calling Walmart all they did was say hello what do you need and then they kept transferring me to different people that said they were not the assistant manager. After 15 minutes on the phone they hung up on me. Great customer they have, ridiculous. :(

I visited this store today in search of finding a specific fabric that the Wal-Mart by my house hasn't stock on for the past 4 months yes I know incredible. I came across the fabric section and omg I was very impressed because it was super cleaned and organized, never have I ever seen that section in the Walmart that I shop at look that amazing like it did today at this Walmart plus the young African American girl that helped me was nice and helped me right away when I had the fabric in the table for her to cut. She stopped what she was doing and help me out I just don't remember her name but keep up the great work!!! This is one very satisfied customer!

The customer service at this place is horrible!!! The employees are rude and lazy. Most of them just walk around clueless. The place looks like the colony of roaches occupies the place after the lights go off. The lines are super long but they are well staffed. I seen this one girl scratch her butt then immediately after hand the customer his change.

They really transformed this walmart and I feel more confortable coming here now. It is cleaner and more organized.

Though the crowds can get crazy at this walmart but all in all a good store. The employees are helpful for the most part and they have everything you need. The parking lot can get a little crazy on weekends though, just a warning.

This is by far the only Walmart in this area that has everything I'm looking for. It is also the only Walmart with the cheapest milk and egg sales! However, they need to put more cashiers on schedule especially during the holiday seasons to avoid long lines.

This place is ridiculously pathetic!!! Their shelves are always out of stock because the products are just sitting on crates in the middle of every isle. There's always an insanely long line to check out. And out of like 15 registers they only open 3, and out of those 3, 2 always have a chatty cashier running her mouth to her co workers while customers are just standing there waiting. When you do find something you were looking for, it's already been "sampled", I guess no one cares that people open up packages and steal the contents! The only times I go there now are extreme emergencies, I'd rather drive out to Orland Park then deal with that circus!!! I don't understand how Walmart is such a huge corporation, you'd never guess that by looking at some of their stores, especially this one! I wish they did an episode of "undercover boss" here, ha!

I have shopped at the Bedford Park, Illinois Walmart Store and for the most part, I have been very pleased. I know the staff there have a difficult job to do in keeping their customers happy. However, some customers don't make the Walmart staff job easy. Whenever I shop there, I noticed customers and/or their children pick up items, decide they don't want them, and just put the items down anywhere, except where the item actually belongs, which includes dropping items on the floor and walking away. Customers tossing items anywhere accounts for some of the disarray in the store. And, I have noticed Walmart staff pick up the tossed items and re-stack them where they belong. I also noticed parents allow their children to ride the display bikes, which are there to be purchased,around the store which is dangerous or parents take a ball from its display cage, toss it back and forth to their children and then leave the ball in the floor, when they are done playing with it, instead of returning the ball to its display cage. Once, I was at the register and a couple gave the Cashier a half-eaten banana they had allowed their daughter to eat and told the Cashier to charge them for the banana. At Walmart bananas are sold by weight; Walmart has signs up that say the banana cost so much per pound; bananas don't have price stickers. So, you can't get the proper weight if its been half-eaten. The Cashier explained to the couple, that the banana has to be weighed in order to get a price, since this one is half-eaten, one of them will have to bring another banana to be weighed instead. The father held up the check out line while he went a got another banana to be weighed in the place of the one his daughter had half-eaten. Some of the staff, at Bedford Park Walmart, seem unwilling to assist you, while others will escort you to the item or ask another Associate where the item is for you. All, in all, I think the Bedford Park Walmart is doing a decent job when you consider all the factors that are involved in keeping the store neat and clean while trying to provide good customer service to customers.

This Walmart mostly has friendly employees but the customers can be a little nuts. Its a supercenter geta the job done and its close to Midway. I shop there all the time.

I go here at least once a week . The lady at the door that greets you is just a sweetheart . It's nice to walk into a place and know someone . Just wish they would have more cashiers .
