Walmart Supercenter

This Walmart is huge and has almost everything, including groceries, organic items, a pharmacy, bikes, and self-checkout. The staff was friendly, and prices were good. They don’t take Apple Pay, so bring a card. I liked that they offer text receipts instead of printing. It’s in a large shopping center next to PetSmart and very convenient.

We have been doing Walmart pickups weekly. We order online and pick up in the morning. We were concerned about the quality of products being picked for us, but the pickers do a great job and the service is always friendly and professional. Over the years, they have updated their protocols to make Pickups more efficient and I have noticed roles have been outlined too. The people dropping off the food are kind and respectful and there always seems to be a supervisor out on the parking lot for any issues, which I've never had. Jeff needs a shout-out. He is so friendly and is always in a good, positive attitude.. even when I'm in a groggy Saturday morning daze. His smile is contagious and he makes my mornings better. Thank you for all your help!

Absolute disaster. I do not recommend doing pickup. I’ve been waiting for an hour, and I specifically choose pickup because I have my kids with me — it’s supposed to be quick and easy. They should at least alert you if it’s going to take more than 30 minutes. Overall, really bad experience and the customer service was not good at all.

!!!DO NOT DO CURBSIDE PICK UP!!! This location and Walmart overall is horrible with curbside pickup. I used to think it was a holiday issue but it’s been year round. They will not warn of any delay and you can be sitting there for over an hour. Cancelling on the app is a nightmare as well. It takes forever to get your money back.

Always super busy no matter what time of day you go. Parking is a nightmare and the carts are left everywhere, yet the cart coral is still overflowing. Otherwise the inside of the store seems pretty well stocked most of the time, and the staff are pleasant.

Well there's good news and bad news about this Walmart yes it is Walmart that is true but to get paint like spray paint out of the log cabinet I waited 7 and 1/2 minutes before my mom walked off to go find a person who still was unable to help us it was early morning like 8:30 and I get it they're doing other things but I'm a customer so treat me better always.

Ordering online for store pickup is ridiculous….I ordered a PS5 game and went to pick it up. The lady literally had the game in her hand and wouldn’t give it to me because it wasn’t “11am” yet for the online pickup. I had to come back three hours later to get what I had already paid for and was in their hands.

Very new place, this was open right where Kmart was before, next to the Costco, it was nice, the people working there were very nice and helpful. I usually go to the Walmart in Eastlake, but today I decided to go there for the first time and few things were missing and done of the shelf were not full yet. I know in the next few months they'll be up to speed. Price are ok. There is plenty of parking.

I placed my cake order on line with ease . Paid as well that way I pick up and take off . I decided I wanted to change the border color on my cake and I called a few times before they answered but when they did . They were great , made sure that they updated the info on line to ensure the changes were saved . I picked up and my cake and I was so impressed with the packing of the cake . Definitely keeps it secure . My guest really enjoyed the cake as well . I will definitely order my cakes here again , not to mentioned reasonably priced as well .

Just came from Walmart and the cashier Arlete was so kind. Thank you so so much, you are amazing.

This place is a true joke to shop at! Low prices and lots of items but the employees are just not helpful or shopper centered. I asked an employee if she had a scanners and she answers 'no' like I asked her to jump over backwards. I saw another person on another aisle if she had a scanner, mind you this is a person who is pulling a person's online order, and she says 'no'. Well what the heck is that in your hand? I guess not a scanner. I then am heading to check out and this young man employee with a cart walks right down the middle of the aisle not scooting over to allow both us to pass by and I had to go into the clothes section to let him by. The Check out guy is dropping stuff where the bags are at and doesn't even tell me that I almost left an item there. I'm seeing Ralph's down the street will be getting more of my business with the terrible service I got at this store today.

This is the worst store, it would be nice if their employees spoke English. Had to leave my items behind because the store does not take Apple Pay. I won't be going back that's for sure.

Always get my pick-up order from this location. Jonathan was big smiles, and i very much appreciated his hussle and kindness. As well as the rest of the walmart pick-up team rushing in and out, bringing us our essentials.Thank you.We appreciate you.

Management for the curbside pickup is horrible. The wait time defeats the purpose of this service. If you're a regular customer and not delivering on behalf of wal-mart, I suggest you save yourself the time by going inside the store and purchasing your items.

This Walmart has the worst customer service! The cashiers are the worse! To begin with the lines are always long, never enough cashiers. Then when you get to the cashier you're never greeted or spoken to other than asking if you want a bag. I try to avoid this store as much as possible but unfortunately it's the closest to me. A little courtesy goes a long way.

Extremely slow and understaffed. Massive lines build up while checkers are chatting. Zero sense of purpose or urgency Waiting over 30 minutes to buy 5 items. Only a few self checkout lines open. Place needs better leadership and organization

I can't believe that after the crap we went through with Covid, the cashier wiped his nose, rubbed his eyes, and thought I wouldn't ask him to clean his hands. I approached the manager and she said there was nothing she could do because the cashiers get itchy. WTF?! Yes, there IS something you can do...put hand wipes next to the registers for the cashiers to use after they wipe their snots.

I just waited 30 minutes in line to buy a jumper cable that was locked up. Asked 5 PEOPLE FOR HELP to unlock the cabinet for me to buy. I left. This is the most incompetent Walmart management team I have ever witnessed. I will NEVER return.

Today I waited at the store exit for about 45mins, and observed something that bothers me. The main practice that I don't like about Walmart is that they make you pull out your receipt so that they can "verify the items" that you just purchased. I have an issue with the way that Walmart does this, because I know that Costco also practices this method; for about 15 years now. The difference with Costco doing it and Walmart doing it, is that Costco checks every single customer who leaves the store to make sure that the receipt matches the items in the basket. Walmart picks and chooses who they're going to ask for the receipt to verify purchased items upon exiting. I took the time to sit and watch and I found that if you are an African-American or an Hispanic customer leaving you are asked for your receipt to prove that you purchased your items. If you are a Caucasian or an Asian customer, you are not asked for your receipt to prove that you purchased items in your basket. This is a BIG PROBLEM and to me, as a consumer, this is racial profiling of shoppers. I am going to shift my purchase efforts towards stores who do not practice this moving forward. Two stars because the store is well stocked and is clean.

I went to Wal-Mart on H street today to get some Peets decaf and was disappointed. I looked through the (6) packages of decaf that were on the shelf and only found (1) pack that was not expired. See my photos of a couple of them, expiration dates of 12-22-23 and 1-19-24, and today is 3-22-24. Wal-Mart does not believe in first in first out. I recommend you check dates on every food item you purchase at Wal-Mart.

This use to be very convenient for grocery and other item pickup, especially when COVID first started... the system was easy to use... the app or you call them and someone pickups right away... the past year... service has declined dramatically from not answering the phone and having to go inside to be told it'll be brought out, to the app never working for checking-in. Not to mention the answering machine states they are closed on Friday December 25th...and will be open on December 26 ohhh and the mailbox is full!! Its been 4 months since Christmas... Wally world has always been a "try to avoid" location because of the quality of service and environment this store brings... especially during COVID (wel even before COVID) don't stand on my heels... I like my space and nobody understands that at Wally World. Not to mention the fact that they keep rearranging the parking lot and needing to find where you can and can't park for pickup. Same goes for inside the store as well, while the sections and selections have stayed the same, they move certain items to end Or at the registers which makes it harder to find as well as being told that the items are unavailable. Today was no exception to the service, well lack of service that had been received. When I had arrived there was no cars in my area, sitting here for 15 minutes 3 cars had pulled up on each side of me. Not an employee in sight. Not to mention nobody answering the phone and the app again not working. While this is a newer and nicer Wally world, I think it has run its course with me. I have been here more times than Yelp shows check-ins And the last handful of experiences have not gone well. On a positive note this wallyn world has a different selection compared to the other locations nearby.. That has led to my grocery pickuops being at this location.

I have a membership that allows deliveries and pickup. Today, had a food delivery with no notification that was left in the sun for an hour before I went to see if an Amazon delivery was made and found the Walmart delivery. I checked the website and saw it was delivered an hour sooner. Tried to notify Walmart but that didn't work either. Totally frustrating.

I come to this store it seems like everyday for something because as I always forget something or my husband or in laws will need something. When I first get to store immediately you are always asked to sign some type of projects for something. I would love to be able to walk in without the feeling I'm being harassed to sign , some type of form. As a former employee of the company of 23 years I know things change but something has to give . Yes I know sometimes these documents that are asked to be signed can't benefit some but dang but every day . The store it's self is a great place for me to shop and the associates for the most part are amazing and friendly.

Prices don't add up when checking out . Pasta sauce was supposed to be 2.78 but instead I got charged 3.76!!! Not right at all

I used to like going here, especially because it's my neighborhood Walmart. As of lately, I DREAD it. Dreeeaaddd it. It's always so packed, and there is never anything available! I guess Sundays are the worst day to come because everyone is there shopping for the week. I've tried going early in the morning, noon and late at night....still the same. Packed and shelves EMPTY. It's so frustrating. ....And the Walmart shoppers are always in the way, snatching everything in their sight for the online orders before you can get to it LOL. Today there were people yelling to the back of the fridge for someone to put milk out because there was none hahahaahaha! I just wish they'd do a better job making sure their shelves are fully stocked!!

Waiting all day for an online delivery for the second time. Calling all day and not a single department answers the phone, obviously it's taught procedure to not answer the phone if every extension is being ignored throughout all hours of the day. What happened to people showing up to work and doing their job? Honestly I see why people steal from here. I feel like I've been robbed so why wouldn't I go steal back? Smh

The Walmarts in this area have a new policy for self checkout, 20 items or less. Are you KIDDING me? The whole reason we got self-checkout lanes in the first place was because there were never enough cashiers to check everyone out because Walmart is too cheap to hire enough employees despite making trillions of dollars a year. I've been to this store twice since they put this new rule up, and both times I've been harassed as soon as I stepped into the self checkout lane about "20 items or less" when I clearly have less than that in my cart. I know it's not on the employees, as they don't make the rules, but I'm fed up at this point and will be sticking to grocery pickup from now on. Inflation + container fees for bottles + paying for plastic bags is just absolutely ridiculous. I'm so over these mega corporations. Don't shop here if you value your mental sanity and don't want to be harassed whilst you shop.

My last stop of my toys hunt tonight, they had changed so much since last time, very limited stuffs on clothings and collectibles, seems to have more clearance than any other Walmart, but not a lot of selection. I didn't even plan to buy anything since their stocks on collectibles were low, but when I checked their toys department I found a damaged Transformers Studio Series box, so I brought it up to the attention of an employee since I knew you get discounted for damaged item, but oh boy the rules don't apply here, first they told me they only price match with their Walmart online store which means if I found it's cheaper in Target, they wouldn't lower the price for me, secondly they said even if the box was heavily damaged they will only give 10% discount, so I checked the price prior and it was $31.99 before tax. Nor of the toy employee or electronic guy can help me adjust the price. So I went to customer service and asked for the adjustment, the girl up there had no clue she was about to give me only 5% off, but I said the others said differently, so she told me she would ask her manager, and yes it was supposed to be 10% when she got back to me, so with that discount would bring the price down to $28 before tax, then after tax it will be $30 again. So I passed on that since I didn't really got any great deal out of this beat up box, for the record Target had it price $29.99 but Walmart refused to match it, and with any Walmart in the midwest or east coast, they will give you at least 50% off for that amount of damage, unfortunately that wasn't the rule here.

No other way to say this: the order online and pick up system is absolute incompetence. How does one pick up an online order? The ap said to go to the "pick up area". None to be found. Asked a cashier, she said go to customer service. Went to customer service, he said use the kiosk that was buried beneith some boxes. Dug my way to the kiosk. The sign said go to the pick up area outside. Went outside under the massive banner that said "pick up here". Nobody attending. Called customer service- they said go to the grocery pick up parking spot. Waited 20 mins to get a spot. Called the number on the sign- no answer. Called again and again. They said they had the item and would bring it out.. 45 mins ago. I've been here two hours. I'll probably be here by the time you read this.

Went to rancho del Rey Walmart off h street in Chula Vista . I didnt realize I was in the 20 items or less lane. I definitely had over 20 items but no one else was formed behind me. I was politely reminded by cashier ILIA. She still took care of me with a great attitude and made me feel welcomed. A+

This newly opened Walmart Supercenter is well stocked, organized and remarkably clean. All the departments- grocery, home décor, pharmacy and school supply area, were tidy and free of trash. The shopping aisle are very wide, to allow comfortable cart shopping. Free of trash, clutter and rubbish. Excellent lightening throughout the store. Clear and visible signage. This is the cleanest Wal-Mart I have ever been in. They offer amazing deals. Astonishing Rollback deals!!! The associates and cashiers were unbelievably responsive with a willingness to help. All the associates I encountered were well groomed, tidy, and proficient. This Wal-Mart was quite busy at 8pm. Parking is typical. I will be returning soon.

Last week, at checking out, when scanning, two of my grocery items had higher prices than their price tags. The walmart employees didn't even bother to go and check the real tags prices and I didn't buy any of those two items. Today after almost a week, out of curiosity, I picked those two items again and when scanned they still had higher prices than their real tag prices! Called an employee and asked to remove those items from my shopping list. I told him, they had higher prices than their tags. This time, that employee reduced the prices for me. This store is my walmart local store and I shop few times a week, so my shopping list is usually small and I pay attention to the scanned prices. Just God knows how many customers never pay attention to the scanned prices and literally are robbed by walmart. Like some cheap stores, this walmart's manager increases profit by stealing from the customers!? Awfully embarrassing!

Delivery Review: Although delivery was "attempted once on the 15th, it is now the 17th and never re-attempted again. Money is not released either and nobody is answering the phone!!! Why Do I not attempt to go to the store to fix my issue??? Perhaps I NEED DELIVERY BECAUSE I AM SICK!!!

Pros -location Cons -produce selection minimal -products not restocked overnight, I shop early Sunday morning, shelves are empty -cosmetics section under major surveillance, like WTF let me buy my $5 mascara and makeup wipes without harassing me to pay at your register! Being a super walmart I also buy groceries, I dont want to have to check out for my cosmetics separately! -found out today deodorant has moved to the cosmetic section, seriously?! -feminine wash is under lock and key! I really dont want to ask an employee for help with that..embarrassing. -self checkout now has a limit of 20 items, wtf! If employees rang and bagged quicker I wouldn't want to do it myself. -what is this, costco now? Why do I have to show you my receipt on the way out?

Nice Walmart kinda tucked away in Chula Vista H st so it's less crowded than most. Tip: there's more parking on the left side of the building by the Lawn & Garden entrance. There's a new Discount Tire store in front. Just like any other Walmart this place has all your family needs & then some. If you're in the area. Check this place out. Two thumbs up.

Walmart is okay, but the fact that they have so many items on lockdown compared to other stores. It is an inconvenience. Cottonballs? Shampoo? Come on.

July 14th ordered a tv online with the assistance of a store associate in San Diego Store H street. The order had a Same day service, so I thought. Great news! TV never arrived. I called Saturday, and they said tv on the way. Called Sunday same promise( i had to hire someone to sit with my parents to put tv in the house ) , and I'm still getting the run around from customer service. I live in SD and tried to send TV to disabled parents in LA. I called the 1800 # several times only to get disconnected or put on hold. I'm on hold now!!! I paid for a service that I never got. So, out of desperation, I allowed a "supervisor" to assist me with a new order( july 17). He explained that a delivery from the store was not the most effective. All I wanted was entertainment for my elderly parents. Not only was I overcharged for the TV, but he didn't add warranty as instructed. I asked why I didn't show up on my app , He'Manuel' replied, " Give it a minute, it will show up." I'm so frustrated with Walmart !!!!! I will post results. I'm still on hold. It's been over 20 mins

If I could I wouldn't even give them one star. I'm a handicap person, I'm unable to stand for a long time because of an ortho boot. They had a very long line and I explained to them my situation and also showed them my DMV handicap paper, they didn't care at all!!!!! No help was offered, could not take my much needed groceries because I wasn't able to stand in line.

One of the most well-kept and organized Walmart's that I have been to in San Diego. Compared to other locations, this one seems to be the less chaotic and problematic one. Very easy to shop around. Staff is helpful when needed. Social distancing measures are taken to follow city guidelines and protect their customers. Store is clean and organized. Parking is easy to get in and out.

I went to Walmart yesterday evening minding my own business. Among my items I had picked up an eyebrow pencil in the cosmetics isle. I wasn't ready to purchase my items at the moment so I was still walking around. As I was about to leave the cosmetics department I hear a rude voice tell out "Excuse me, but you can't leave." I turn around realizing it was the cashier posted in that department. She basically went on and said I wasn't allowed to leave that point unless I paid for my stuff. I had told her that I wasn't ready to pay as of yet because I was still shopping for other items. And then she went on and said "Well the other other customers in line are still shopping." Basically she could have told me that the items from the cosmetics isles were assigned to br purchased there. She failed to say that. Instead she made a scene calling me out in front of everyone and I couldn't leave the cosmetics department with my eyebrow pencil unless I paid for it first before finishing my shopping. Unless I wanted to leave it with her while I shopped. I found that only inconvenient but also ridiculous. NO other store does that. What got to me was that the cashier was rude and unforgiving and basically causing a scene as she called me out in front of everyone in line in front of her. At that point I was really upset and just said never mind and left without an item I honestly really needed. I usually like that Walmart location because it's clean & not too far from where I live (and it's next to Costco). I will longer be shopping at that location of Walmart, I'm seriously requesting taking out the cashier from the beauty/ cosmetics department. If it's to illiminate overflow at the front registers I understand. But the whole rule of not letting guests hold on to their items while walking around the while shopping is ridiculous. And customer service at Walmart needs to be better evaluated and trained to treat each guest with honor 'and respect (I felt that I received quite the opposite). Not making them feel stupid in front of others making a scene. My only regret is that I didn't get the cashier's name. As a former Customer Service advocate myself working at Target we ALWAYS put the guest first. And definitely did not treat them disrespectfully. Yesterday really upset me. My incident happened around 7pm Monday April 10,2023. Please look into that. Thank you

First of all, can I ask what is up with all the clean air parking spots up front? There aren't that many clean air cars. EVER. I can usually find a spot, despite all that "clean air parking". Then again, most folks, who don't own a clean air vehicle, still park in a clean air spot. Zero f'cks given. Uh....welcome to the not-so-super Walmart Supercenter? This Walmart isn't as big as the one in Eastlake. But, it's also not as busy. It's a nice change having to fight the crazies at the Eastlake one. Most folks forget that this place is here. It is smaller, therefore will have a smaller inventory. That's not necessarily a bad thing. It's pretty convenient, sharing a block with both Costco and Pacific Island Market. I try to do the shopping trifecta all in one hit. What I can't find in Costco, I can pick up at Walmart and/or the Filipino market. What else can I say? It's Walmart.

Not a fan of Walmart's wish-washy receipt checking at the store exit. Got into a small argument today with a male employee (Hispanic looking early 20's probably) who had no name tag at the store exit who aggressively asked for my receipt as I was already out of the door, causing the 2 people behind me to be blocked as he checked my receipt. The man couldn't even answer my question of if it was company policy to require receipts from every person at the door. He would just state that it's his job and he checks everyones. So what's he going to do when it's packed? Have everyone stand in line for him to check? How's he going to enforce that? Plus, my question to him is if it's required from everyone to show their receipts or if its more of a: depends which store you go to, depends what time, and depends on who is working the exit. The man became pretty unprofessional at the end by sticking his head out the door and yelling more stuff to me about it. He takes his job pretty seriously lol. Yeah sure I could have dealt with my slight annoyance of having my receipt checked as I was already out the door and kept on with my day but at this point I'm pretty fed up with it because of the way this man aggressively asked for my receipt as I was already out the door. I don't like feeling harassed or singled out when there was no proof or suspicion of me shoplifting at the end of me just giving my business to a company. I also don't like their sometimes enforced receipt checking. Both leave a nasty experience for me the consumer. I think I'll just start going to Target now. Their carts are nicer too.

A new Walmart Supercenter, right next to a new Petsmart. Costco is about a quarter of a mile to the east, up the hill. As with all newly-opened stores, the place is spotlessly clean, and marvelously inventoried. But soon enough will come the parents who fail to supervise their kids, and the place will look like a retail war zone. Walmart at this location is a huge improvement over the moribund K-mart that languished here for years. I interrupted an employee stocking a shelf to inquire about the item I needed. He was kind enough to show me right where I could find it. Good service, and I hope it lasts. Perhaps store manager Darion Garrison will see that it does. I used a Self-Service machine to check out. No line, hardly, just two people ahead of me. The cash register lines were daunting. I will shop here again, and hope it will be just as good in the future.

I am really upset with Walmart. I am a disabled senior citizen and it's difficult for me to get around town. So when Walmart started heavily advertising free delivery free delivery free delivery I thought I would give it a try. Everything was going fine for the first several months although they'd leave the bags of groceries on your front porch without any itemization without any receipt without anything notifying what you got what you didn't get etc etc. Then one day I was notified by my bank that my account had been overdrawn completely my last dollar drain. Apparently Walmart had decided to go in there by themselves without authorization without knowledge of what they were doing and just Place holds on your funds or send funds away to unknown third parties I was absolutely distressed I had no idea that Walmart would have the audacity to go into someone's account unilaterally without anybody's authorization and take out money. Then they passed me around almost 37 different customer relations people and nobody would help me even though they said they would do everything they could to rectify this. They have taken almost $1,000 from a well social security recipient and refusing continuing refuse to return back the money I'm very very disappointed in Walmart because I used to go there all the time spent thousands of dollars in their stores and trusted them completely. They really let me down

New location people still don't really know it's here where a Kmart once was. Since its so new it hasn't been ghetto-fied yet. Very clean for now. No screaming kids running about, no ripped open packages. Check in and checked out. The self checkout kiosks have a camera on them. Say cheese! This rating is for customer service. If I could, I would rate it 0!! The level of incompetency is outrageous! I called this location looking for a kiddie pool for my dogs to play in. The woman I spoke with stated, "we should have some in the Toy section!" Having been assured, I decided to head down. Thus, I drove down to this location and scavenged the Toy section. No where to be found? I requested the assistance from an employee with whom directed me to the Pet section? I was skeptical, like why would it be there? Forward to the part where it was not found in the Pet section... so I backtracked to calling the operator for this store (the same woman) who had assured she would send a manager to assist me in the Toy section. I waited patiently for assistance and surprise, surprise! No one came. So I asked the employee who had earlier directed me to the Pet section. Again, I ask, "where may I find a kiddie pool?" She replied, "we don't have any! They've been out of season two weeks ago." That's right ladies and gentlemen, apparently it's no longer summer. They never had it the second I stepped in and the staff ran circles without first verifying the information first. Very courteous, well-mannered and articulate --- oh wait, no! They weren't. It's best to have better training for your employees in customer service. I mean geez, I just went next door to Petsmart.

Who doesn't love Walmart? Need supplies? Go to Walmart. It's less crowded than Costco and cheaper than Target. I'd pick Walmart over any other supermarket any day. But what makes the Walmart on E. H Street special? I appreciate the organization of their departments. The signs for each department are huge and legible. The store is clean-- pristine, even! There's a shortage of goods at this time, but THIS WALMART is slowly filling up. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Even when they are busy, they stop to assist their customers. During the pandemic, they do NOT strictly enforce social distancing. They do not wipe down the carts for you. I am actually surprised that they do not do more to regulate the flow of foot traffic. However, at the check-out lines, they have placed stopping points for customers to wait on. So, I only give 4 stars because they do not enforce the rules. My tip is GO EARLY (7:00 AM) to get the paper supplies you need. If you wait until 8:00 AM, your chances of getting paper supplies are slim. If you plan to go to THIS Walmart, bring your own hand sanitizer and practice the six-feet rule. Happy shopping!

Walmart with grocery. Convenient and has everything just a smaller location. Lights are a little bit dim which causes a not so inviting vibe. Overall, it has a variety of choices. CONS Parking is limited. Lights are dim and hours. PROS fast convenient. So far good customer service.

Great same day delivery for groceries and supplies. Even got cough drops and Kleenex delivered. Be sure to click the DO NOT SUBSTITUTE box, just in case they are out of the exact item you want. I just even ordered my Thanksgiving grocery items and had them delivered! I did the free 30 day trial for grocery delivery. I'm going to keep it for $8 a month, unlimited delivery. I actually like this Walmart!!! Every time I go to it they have everything we need versus the one by my house never has anything it's so annoying.

Where to start... the produce section is the worst ever!! Empty sections, rotten vegetables, and very close to expiration salads. Selection is very limited, not enough cashiers, and self check out has long lines. Now on to the stupidest policy they have!!! All adults must have ID to buy alcohol.. what kind of s$&t is this??? My husband is paying, so I don't carry ID. Then I called a manager and she told me that it's a state policy. Really, really?? I will never return to this store!! So update: corporate Walmart said it is up to each store weather to ask for ID for all adults if cashier assumes that all adults will be drinking!!! What kind of policy is this?? Damn this Walmart needs to train its employees better!!! Not all adults drink alcohol.

Well pretty sad, I always do grocery pick up. 1st time at this location. I have never had an issue until yesterday when I went to pick up my order. Thought everything went well until I got home and was missing 15 items. I double checked, saw I got charged for them too. I can understand maybe 1 missing but not 15! I got my refund. But still, I relied on those items for dinner that night. Not good

Poor, poor customer service especially in the electronics department. The man there doesn't have any experience on how to deal with the customers. When we asked about the security camera. He said he doesn't have the key. He can't even find a way to call from his cb radio to get the key or call the other co-worker who has the key. He said , he's in the back room. Wow! Really?! That is not an excuse. Why are you working at Walmart if you're not going to do your job. He didn't try harder . Unbelievable. Jeez!!! That 's not a customer service. 4/17/2019
